^sis clarify ko lang, when you say years nagwwork does it have to be the same company? like say 5 years na ko ngayon sa present pero if i count yung previous company 7 na. ang gap lang between the two is mga 2 weeks. just wondering kasi if Ill be getting 7k or 10k if i apply now..

^^Re MPL parang nabasa ko sa website nila sisses, na ang maloloan sa mpl eh 80% ng tota contribution with accumulated dividends.. so kung malaki contri natin malaki din siguro entitlement sa mpl...

@maem6304 total years working kahit iba ibang company.

@pinklilac hindi po puwede ang 2 housing loan. Dapat mafully paid muna ang isang housing loan to avail ulit.

Hindi sya automatic consolidated, the last time na nabalitaan ko. You have to consolidate it Matrabaho, sabi saken, 1 month para maconsolidate lahat yan.

sabi nila sis hindi namand aw mahirap avail ng MPL as long as enough contribution mo para makapag loan...kung madami ka na pinasukan you would have to consolidate your contributions

Hindi ko alam sis kung exactly ko masasagot ang tanong mo, pero here's an excerpt from their site

Has not availed of a Pag-IBIG housing loan that was foreclosed, cancelled, bought back due to default, or subjected to dacion en pago, which shall include cases where the borrower is no longer interested to pursue the loan and surrenders the property;

I've had multiple loans na sa PAG_IBIG. sobrang helpful siya in times of need. Mabilis lang. If today ka nag apply, in 5 days kuha mo na checke mo.

Sis, question lang. If ever mag file ako ngayon ng MPL sa pag ibig den after 3 months magfile din ako ng housing loan ok pa rin ba yon or i dedecline nila ang housing loan ko kasi may MPL na ako?

this would depend on the number of contributions you have.. so the more na contricbutions mas malaki maloloan mo...

mga sis pano pag may pag-ibig loan (4k) tapos nagstop muna magwork, yung months na hindi yun nababayaran while unemployed lumalaki bale yung interest?
