MAJOR HELP! Bday on APril 2012

IM super stressed, cramming and worried. My daughter's first birthday party will be on April. Still, we dont have the venue pa, party planner, caterer, suppliers. EVERYTHING! Can anyone kind give me ideas what to do, where to inquire or to call? (NO ADS pls) sorry moderators, ive read all the thread. And I have no idea pa rin.

We went to Acropolis Clubhouse, too big [textspeak!] venue, our guests estimatedly will be 100 pax maximum, adults and kids, yung sa greenmeadows clubhouse, taken na [textspeak!] date. whole day occupied.  SA fun ranch daw kasi sobrang mahal. HELP naman po.. thanks

for caterer marami good feedback ako nababasa about passion cooks. You may check them also. search mo nalang sila sa net for contact info.

Verleo also di ko alam saan office nila check mo nalang din sila sa net.

for food carts contact yanple at her YM carmela_fe (Anne Contento). Im not sure though if party planner din sya.

For photo/video: zoombox, thor productions, nice print Ok din sila sa photo, stork studio galing din for photos lang sila, sophia photography also.

Venue: malayo kasi syo fort bonifacio kaya I wont recommend it.
Caterer: Passion Cooks tried and tested ko na yan but you have to book it asap if want their service kasi lagi punuan yan sila.
Balloon Supplier: balloonatix, super nice si jojo. Sabihan mo sila na agahan lang nila kasi during my son's party natagalan sila ng set up.

For party planner, I recommend Jhoanne Alon (PolkaDots), for caterer naman Passion Cooks.  If you want to make your preps easier for you, you can book a party planner then let her/him do the legwork na, or get your other suppliers from her/him na rin, so you'll have to deal with less people.
