Baby Fair i feel so lucky na hinintay ko to, nagkasya budget ko for all the big things na kailangan ni baby.we were there mga 4pm na, and di namin napansin 8:30 na kami natapos haha. Although pagod na pagod din ako sa kakalakad, pero nawala pagod ko sa mga nabili ko. Less 3k for the chicco stroller na type namin ni hubby. Then MIL gave us the chicco sterilizer that we want for 1600 na lang. Bought some avent bottles (600-honey), 2 pcs step 1 newborn nipples (190). Sponsored din ng isang ninang yung Fisher price na rocker (for newborn-5y/old daw), 4400, dapat yung sterilizer talaga sa kanya but nauna na si MIL, so yung rocker na lang. Binili ko na kasi gandang ganda ako haha, baka di ako makatulog pag di ko kinuha. Other things na binili namin- comforter set (1000), stroller pad (560), cetaphil, mamy poko diapers, bottle cleaner(brush), milk containers, cradle, changing mat, then MIL also gave us yung cabinet ng baby, that's 350 each, original price daw is 1200 yata. We weren't supposed to buy a crib/playpen kasi may nagpapahiram na cousin ko, but they saw yung sale na disney na crib, 3900 na lang. Yung narorock na sya and madaming accesories, because of the price and design, binili na din namin.
Just when I thought na tapos na kami, bigla ko nakasalubong 4 sa barkada ko. They were also shopping for Baby Zoe's baby shower haha! Tinignan nila mga hindi ko pa nabibili, then sa counter lumapit sila dala na yung bathing set, ang laki laki nung box. 1500 yun, pinaghatian nung 3 sa friends ko then pinauwi na sa amin dahil ang laki hehe. After paying, we went back to chicco para sa raffle entry namin, may 5 entries kami. Sana manalo kami haha
And last but not the least, was yung SWAG BAG. I thought pwede ako magclaim ng madami haha. Kaso isa lang daw pero mom card holder kahit na madaming receipts :| Tuwang tuwa kami sa laman nung bag. Kahit wala pa ako nabibili for myself and puro kay baby na lahat, ok lang. Obvious ba, gising pa din ako until now dahil sa tuwa hehe.
Dami pa sana gusto bilhin but Im strict on my budget hehe. Sana mabili ng mga friends ko yung gusto namin for the baby shower. Among the other things na gusto ko pa sana bilhin: cloth diapers (I only saw charlie banana and next9 ba un hehe), abdominal binder (from mamaway but its 2600, no discount), sleep positioner, more feeding bottles, healthcare kits, and then toys toys toys!!!hehe.Ang mamahal kasi e.
My only bad experience kanina was on the booth of MEDELA! I was already holding their brochure and would like to sign up sana and buy a breastpump. I was already infront of them pero di ako pinapansin,promote sila ng promote sa ibang moms while I was already there in front of them. Then nagtatanong na ako ng price but no one entertained my inquiries, so medyo nagtaas ako ng boses at sabi ko "Hay naku wag na nga!". Sama talaga ng tingin ko sa kanila, kainis kasi e. Siguro dahil mukha akong bata kaya kala nila walang pambili tsss.
stretchmarks Nung 28 weeks ata ako, thats when I noticed some stretchmarks under my tummy. Di ko napapansin before kasi nga nasa ilalim pero biglang naging noticeable na sya. Ive been using a body butter with shea at kung ano2 pa eversince but still lumabas pa din ang stretchmarks.Lalo naman ngayon, ang lalaki na haha. I read somewhere na dapat nag maternity belt para di masyadong nabibigatan kay baby and hindi masyado magstretch yung skin. Oh well, andyan na yang 'mommy marks' na yan, I believe mag llighten pa naman yan. Im planning to use emu oil on my tummy after I give birth na lang. Sa ngayon, ok na yung body butter.
