Where to go and what to do for V Day

the first year we celebrated as husband and wife, we decided to stay home lang and cook. but last minute, for dinner, we decided to go to a nearby resto. naka-shorts nga lang kami. buti nakakuha kami ng table. LOL

last year, i just gave birth kaya di na kami lumabas. we ordered food instead.

this year, baka we'll do the same kasi ayoko ng traffic. or if we'll go out, we'll go to family resto para kasama baby namin

usually nanonood kami ng concert sa araneta pag V day after mag dinner. Last year pinanood namin yung concert ni Ogie and Regine. Sana this coming V day manood kami ng concert ni Jessica Sanchez sa Araneta din. It depends pa sa sched ni hubby sa ofc. Pero sana matuloy.

2nd year namin as a married couple na magcecelebrate ng V-day together, naisipan namin mag out of town ngayon. Dun sa Tagaytay Wingate Manor. Mukha naman maganda, tsaka sana kahit 2 days 1 night lang maenjoy namin. Gusto ni hubby isama yung anak namin pero parang ayoko, kung yung parents ko nga never ako sinama sa V-day dates nila mula pagkabata ko. They make sure na may mag-aalaga sakin for the day/night. E yung anak naman namin maaalagaan ng mom ko.

Sinasama nyo rin ba kids nyo pag lalabas kayo on such occasions?

but for the so inclined, my suggestion is to just stay home and cook dinner for your significant other.

sis imbisibol, i agree with this. i found it more sweet.and may personal touch no, kaya for sure ma-enjoy eto ni hubby. and sabi nga nila diba "a way to a man's heart is thorugh his stomach". so lalong ma-inlove si hubby lalo na pag masarap ang luto.

V day is celebrated as a family event since birthday ng daughter ko yun. This year we do not have plans yet kasi baka paalis ang husband ko nun for training. I'm thinking it would be nice to watch a V concert. Never ko pa yun na experience. Pero ayoko naman ng Martin and Pops (no offense to their fans. lol) This year sana kasi kasama naman nila the Alcasid couple. Pero I feel guilty going with my best friend kasi nga birthday ng anak ko yun. hehe...

My Vday suggestions:

- Out of town trip
- Watch a V concert
- Expensive dinner date

we usually just eat out during V day ..plus he gives me red roses. and these past 3 years pati 2 daughters namin binibigyan nya rin ng something (like a rose, or "flowers" pero made of ferrero) ...kasi nagreklamo eldest namin dati, bakit daw sya walang flowers...lol!!!

since i have work on v-day itself eh no celebration. but the next day since i have no classes, we are planning to go to the mind museum. nerds lang.... maybe breakfast muna then the museum then lunch...after that baka uwi na for sure antok na siya since night shift siya sa work... but wala naman siya work on that evening kaya ok lang na late na siya matulog ng 15.
gift? still don't have any idea.

kami wala pa rin date eh. Niyaya ko sya sa Skylounge sa Vivere Suites ng dinner buffet pero tintingnan ko kung affordable ang price nila. Gift - letter nalang. hahaha

^ ok lang... wala naman siyang pasok sa gabi ng 15. ako naman ang meron kinabukasan. gusto ko nga siyang dalhin sa iba pang museums sa manila like national museum and museong pambata... hindi pa nakakapunta eh... coke museum kaya sa santa rosa? hehe....
hotel tripping kayo lately ah.... hahaha... hindi pa kasi pwede masyadong igala si baby... i'll give you a few months more and i'll see pictures of my inaanak kung saan saan ( excited lang, inaanak na agad! wala pa yung binyag)

As for us? Loving loving nalang hahah but seriously, every year i wrote him a letter, for four years ganun lage in return i get naman anything i want from him. What matters naman daw as per my hubs is that we love each other so much daw but for this year, he told me na may something daw so i am looking forward already

For Vday, I will cook my husband's favorite food and then set up a candle light dinner sa small garden namin sa hous.

I asked my hubby what he wanted to eat for V-day (will just spend it at home since I have work). He asked for carbonara, not exactly romantic but I'll make it special pa rin.

Bahay lang.. spend time with my family... wala kaseng ma-date rin dito...

We plan to eat out a day earlier than the actual V-day kasi for sure marami na tao! ayaw namin ng crowds or waiting for a seat.
