i celebrated my baby's 1st bday party at ortigas. ok naman.usually buffet sila but pricey pagbuffet and sayang yung space ng function hall since yung smallest kase kinuha ko. i asked them kung pwede plated na lang which is pumayag sila that's 175  then nagadd na lang ako sa bufeft menu ng for 50pax na burger steak pinasiksik ko na lang sa plate. nakabudget kase hehe. if buffet baka may maubusan kase. iba pa din pagplated.
for 60pax
plated combo meal P175 x 60pax = P10,500
burger steak P4,000 for 50pax
sundae P650 for 10pax
fresh fruit medley P2,000 for 50pax

pangkids and adult na yung plated (carbonara, chicken and fries) yon nga lang mismo event spaghetti sinerve nila wala daw kase carbonara. as in kung hindi pa ako magtatanong why spaghetti sinerve hindi sila magsasalita. also hindi na mainit yung food. as for the burger steak, ang liit lang pala mas malaki pa palm ko haha.

the sundae naman for kids kaya 10pax lang. fresh fruit medley super liit ng container same size lalagyan gravy ng jollibee then fruit cocktail lang talaga.

btw sa plated meal may iced tea na kasama. sa buffet menu iced tea is P50 while bottomless naman is P60. BUT sa plated meal pagupgrade ng bottomless plus P30 per meal!

As for the entertainment nila, Party Host nile is P7,500. sa labas ako kumuha got two clowns for 900 + 100 traspo from malolos to the venue. thought taglish sila turned out tagalog talaga hehe ok na rin kesa sa P7,500. btw i paid for the corkage fee P1,000+1,000(900 clowns and transpo)

then for the balloon decor naman basta kuha lang daw ako worth P1,000 sa balloons nila pwede na daw ako magpasok balloons from others(whicj i did) got the centerpiece from them kase yon lang yung hindi pricey sa kanila. exag prices pillars etc..got may balloons from 18k na super cheap and bait nila. as in they helped me pa kunin baggage sa car to function hall.

for the photographer no corkage naman.

since weekdays yon hindi sila strict sa time pagdecor and all.

10% for the service fee..yung attendants ok naman siguro mga 10 attendants yon.

downside sobra yung bill ko..days after the party yung inaayos ko papers found out sumobra payment ko almost 2k. Nirefund naman:)

no corkage for the cake and cupcakes basta hindi daw eat don. but my guests ate their cupcakes sobra konti kase serving ng desserts. they didn't charge me for the corkage kahit nakita guests don kinain:)

^wow thanks sis for your feedback. we are booked this end of april though sa westgate branch kami. your post helped me kasi budgeted din kaya nahirapan ako mamili ng food. buti you mentioned ok sa kanila na plated menu na rin for adults, kasi nung nagtanong ako sabi for kids lang daw yung plated. for the balloons korek ka dyan magpapasok na lang din ako ng balloons and i will spend the 1k corkage sa baloon centerpiece kasi nga yung ang mura. haha.. masyadong overpriced sa fun ranch kung hindi lang talaga adik sa fun ranch mga anak ko.. haha

Naka-attend ako dito preschool classmate ng anak ko, ortigas branch.
Plated din yung food for both kids and adults, pero meron 3 foodcarts.
Hotdogs, sorbetes tapos yung isa di ko na matandaan hehe. The party turned out great.
Busog kaming adults kasi umpisa pa lang puede na mag-sorbetes plus yung food ng kis syempre di na halos nila nakain kaya busog ang mommies hehe.

Pag parties naman kasi most of the kids di kumakain ng maayos kasi na program at games ang focus nila.

Thanks Sweetcake for sharing your experience. We went there last week and we were surprised with their rates.  Good thing you mentioned here that they allow plated meal for adults. I will visit again this week to inquire.

sa plated mommies nakiusap lang ako kase if buffet din sayang yung space and para tipid..btw, the chicken kasama sa plated hindi daw masarap  tho pwede naman instead of chicken pwede chicken crubchies(nuggets) i'm not sure kung ilan pieces yon.. as for the chicken plus extra burger steak nagmukha naman puno yung plate hindi nagmukha tinipid hehe.. also, yung order ko 10pcs sundae and sinerved nila was yung icecream cup na blue nakakainis i was expecting yung parang mala mcdo or jollibee kase sundae nakalagay yon pla ice cream cup na maliit..tska yung ginawa nila dapat carbonara tas bigla spaghetti. siguro dapat as in super specify and ulit ulitin and clear na dapat pagcarbonara carbonara dapat..next time alam ko na inisip ko nga non buti pa nagchocolate fountain na lang ako for kids and adults na. 5 stars for the venue talaga super enjoy kids but for the food esp dessert siguro 2 stars lang but 5 stars for the attendants

as for the active fun yung indoor game sa ortigas, iniba na nila sis yung name parang palladium na ata..

^if hindi factor ang location sa iyo sis, malapit sa house nyo or malapit sa panggagalingan ng majority ng guests, better ang ortigas. Parang ang dumi at ang luma nun sa alabang. Kami lang naman mag-asawa ang ganito pakiramdam sa lugar na yun, kaya better siguro sis if icheck mo na lang mismo yun lugar kung pasado syo.

sis, we're booked at fun ranch (ortigas), i also asked them this, hindi sila pumayag but i asked via email ha.. so i'm thinking if punta ako sa office nila and personally ask baka pumayag.. sa tingin mo?

Any moms out there who happen to have recently celebrated here? Or kahit planning to stage pa lang? 😊

I plan to have my son's birthday here and was wondrin if it is still as good and fun for both adults and kids. Swak sa budget sa tingin ko yung packages na nasa website nila especially if you're not really doing too much add-ons.

I did an ocular at Ortigas too but got disappointed sa aura ni fun ranch so lipat venue nalang. Lighting at Sunny's room was terrible too.
