no... we can't find yellow rice... so we just used jasmine rice.. it taste good really...

Wow paella favorite ko yan. Kaso lang hangang baking lang ako pad dating sa main dish lola ko na bahala hehe sana i can learn how to cook this too

Terry's sells   rice for paella.
IMO, you gotta use saffron.

any short-grained rice will do.eg bomba,japanese. i use saffron and sweet pimenton for flavor.

you can use kasubha if you don't want to use saffron, however this is just for replacement for coloring.
