Anyone here who has acquired a policy with them? Sila yun nanghaharang sa SM malls na kunyari may napanalunan ka daw pero aalukin ka na lang insurance until you can't say NO?

Well my husband availed one last Nov2010. Yun Endowment nga. Since then, bayad kami ng 1650 per month.

Then this Dec2011, my husband had an accident and fractured his left arm. Turns out, wala kami makukuha for his injury. Ang term lang daw namin sa PPLIC eh kapag dneclare ng doctor na permanently disabled sya, i-waive lang daw ng PPLIC yun monthly fees namin until maturity ng policy. At may makukuha lang kami money if na-deads na sya.  :-/

Nope, this is the insurance company PPLIC, yung ngaalok sa malls.
Iba po yung Prudential sa news. Pre need company yun.
No insurance company has gone under to date

These days, you really can trust no one but yourself. First was CAP now its prudential...these people are just too corrupt. Proven that everyone is just corrupt and greedy be it from private or public sectors. That's why I never get any educ.plans for my kids, it's just a repeat history. Aren't you guys discourage?

Na-encounter namin to last saturday sa 5th floor ng SM Megamall. Pag nakita nyo yung PPLIC, run for your life! I mean, don't waste your time with them. Grabe ang agents nila, sobrang agressive. In fact, deceiful. They won't tell you the whole process at once, and you'll just find yourself sitting with a lousy sales agent trying to lure you into buying her lousy product. Pero hindi nila kami naloko. lol. Iniimply ko lang na may pera ako at kaya kong kumuha and I think that made the agent more desperate. haha. She was so jolly and all but nung na gets na nyang ayaw ko talaga magdecide in 45 minutes (na lumampas na rin ng 1 hour and 15 minutes), biglang nag-iba ang facial expression nya, nalungkot yata. Sabi ko there's no way I'm getting an insurance today, baka umaasa ka lang. Wala naman syang maioffer na ibang arguments bukod sa kelangan ko na daw today. So ayun, inuulit ulitko lang din ang sagot ko. Para kaming t****, handshake nang handshake. She was offering me 1.5M, guaranteed 15 years after. But only fools think that that amount is still the same in the next 10 years. haha. I'm investing in stocks at yun ang napili kong goal this year at di yun kayang baguhin ng bobong sales agent. haha. Sayang lang kasi it didn't occur to me that I should be rude because they'd already detained me for more than 45 minutes. Yung girlfriend ko b**** mode na. Haha, nagmakaawa nalang yung agent.

Fact is, I want to get an insurance too, but I know how to shop around. Let's all be wise buyers, di puede ang 45 minutes if it would commit your savings in the next 5 or 10 years. Months ang kelangan to finally magdecide!

To the TS, I'd rather eliminate PPLIC among the options. Manulife, Philamlife, Ayala life, AXA are big companies that don't need to sell their products the way those PPLIC agents do.  Their strategy should give us a clue as to their corporate culture.

Question lang po: Iba po ba yung Prudential Life Insurance sa Prudentialife Plans Inc. ??

Kasi yung sa in-law ko po ay Prudentialife Plans Inc. plan holder, eh nagworry siya kung ito yung Prudential na wala nang pambayad sa policy holder nila.. Ang maturity nang plan niya ay sa February 2022..

Any advise po sa anong steps ang pwedeng gawin ng in laws ko about this. Hindi namin kasi alam kung tatawag ba kami sa Prudential or if kaninong group or department kami lalapit.

Hi sisses, may existing policy ako with PPLIC, gusto ko na sana icancel. Parang may doubt pa rin kasi sakin though di naman talaga sila scam. Once ba na napalitan na ng status ang SOA to "cancelled upon inception", di na sila magccharge pa ng premiums sa credit card ko though ipapasa pa siya sa main office para sa full processing. TIA sisses, I want to cancel na as soonest as possible.

any news for prudential life mga sis? i got this  on my 1st year working. 2 years na lang, mature na. di pa umabot since they're having financial crisis. sayang. i read somewhere they're scheduling refunds for those who have plans, available na kaya? what i'd like now, mabawi ko man lang sana investment ko.

I actually made a blog post a long time ago regarding this company. I walked out due to their aggressive tactics. Wala naman sila nagawa. Kalokohan yung ginagawa nilang panloloko sa mga tao.

Help, they terminated PPLIC ang group life insurance/family future provider. 
4mths na lang sana ang bubunuin ko para makuha yun refund.
anong dapat kong gawin?

Any news on your PPLIC insurance No Claim Bonus? I have the same policy acquired from Danvil and later was transferred to PPLIC. I called the Insurance Commission last May, sabi nila may meeting daw mga policyholders na nagcocomplain(around 80+ na) last May 24. Wala pa akong update what went on the meeting, i was trying to call IC today, kaya lang pangit line ko.

Please help share any info if you have:-)
