Hi sis Anne7800, same here had 4 failed iui's, 1 +ivf (miscarriage at 5weeks).. better sis to have the immuno treatment first if your lat score is zero before you proceed with another rounds of iui or ivf.. in my case, hubby has a low motility/count (oligo) thats why we jumped na sa ivf last feb.. pero kung no problem kayo ng hubby mo (both).. better do the immuno treatments na, baka makuha sa isa pang iui..
but if decided na kayo with ivf, pa-move nyo nalang.. baka kasi masayang like sa akin sis..   before kasi kami ng-taichung for the ivf my 1st lat score was 50% na, sabi ni dra aleta.. good to go na daw..  pero i insisted kahit 1 shot lang ng LIT.. ayun, sad to say na-miscarriage ako.. kaya i decided to have my 2nd opinion, lumipat na rin ako ng immunologist... hth!

Thanks for replying wat_evah..you mean after one LIT mo..your LAT is already 50%..do you know what's the safe and ideal LAT? When you mentioned na good to go..did your LIT treatment coincided with your medications ( the one from taiwan) like lupron, etc. I am not sure kasi if I could start taking it na while having LIT..hoping that after 4 sessions, i am ok na to go Taiwan for retrieval and transfer.

Hi Everyone  I'm just new here but I would like to share some very good and helpful experiences after 7 years of being unable to conceive...now I have 2 healthy, gorgeous babies done the natural way with the great help of my OB (Dr Aguilar) and Dr Aleta.

Hi Anne7800, with regard to your queries, Yes, it is possible to get pregnant the natural way after LIT. From my experience...50% is a good LAT since its a positive reaction na din though optimum is 80%. Although, you may undergo booster shots when u get pregnant or after a few months say..4months from last LIT.  As far as I know, you may continue taking other meds while doing LIT.

Hi sis anne7800, 50% na talaga score ko before LIT, safe score siguro 100% talaga.. If you have elevated nk cells din request ka ng ivig kila dr lee para mas sure shot! Its ok naman to have the LIT with other meds from Taiwan. Pero kung imove mo sis yun procedure mas ok LIT or Ivig kana sa taiwan.

hi mga sis. on our case ba na nag undergo tayo ng lit, does it mean na un immune system nating mga babae ang at fault kaya di tayo nakakapag produce ng anti bodies to protect the baby,thus narereject ang baby?or kung it so happened na iba ang napangasawa naten,is it possible ba na,we would not be encountering this problem of negative lat/tissue cross match?depende lang ba un sa partner/husband? di ko kasi masyado naiintindihan

As explained to me by my Repro Immunologist, Dr Aleta and how I understood it, our cases are due also to a mismatch with our husband...so if ever we married any other guy...probably it may not turn out the same case as we have now...Nevertheless, thank God we now have Reproductive Immunology here that we can find solutions to such cases of difficult pregnancy..So stay Positive! and keep the Faith

nga pala i had my first lit session kanina.and i was so surprised to know na di naman pala ganun sobra masakit.slightly mahapdi lang.or baka siguro mataas lang tolerance ko sa pain.mas masikip pa pisil ng husband ko sa kamay ko.siguro kasi nakikita nya habang iniinject.ako kasi di nakatingin.

mga sis,5 days na since i had the lit injection,today i noticed white bumps like pus sa injection sites.is that normal?

I had my second LIT session, this time sa right arm naman nag inject ng lymphocytes. Parang hindi na siya ganun namamaga katulad nun unang beses na nagpa LIT kami. Last time kasi ang dami pus.

Good to know youre getting better. Well, let's hope its also effective since from my experience when I had LIT with Dr Aleta in BloodWorks lab in Katipunan QC, the reaction is expected to decrease up to the last session since when the antibodies have formed, your body should be able to tolerate so less reaction na.

I just had my 1st  LIT yesterday. 16 shots. Nakabandage sya ngayon. Tuwang kelan nyo pinapalitan yung dressing? Sumasakit kasi siya pero natatakot ako makita... Check-up ko rin tom.

sis geliq,ako after 48 hours ko remove bandage then ligo na tapos palit bandage.pero kung di naman ako lalabas bahay,di ko na nilalagyan bandage. the first time i had the treatment andami pus after 48 hours,so may pinahid lang ako ointment.nun second time,less reaction na

mapapaaga next lit session namin.pang 3rd na namin bukas.the last one was two weeks ago.need daw namin mag lit na ulit kasi pregnant na ko.sana nga positive na crossmatch namin para wala na maging problem sa development ni baby.

thanks for your response, barbiebaby28. it's been a week n ang parang mas grumabe yung reaction ng lit ko. mas lumaki yung red bumps and dumami nana. i don't know what the normal reaction should be, ano nga ba? i thought after 1 week dapat pagaling na sya... correct me if i'm wrong, medyo worried lang ako sa effectivity dahil sa reaction. next LAT test ko next week pa ata.

sis natural reaction daw un ng katawan natin lalo na pag 1st session ng lit.un sakin nun ganyan din.pero may reseta sakin cream in case nga daw na magka pus.lampas one week before nag heal completely un first time ko. the second session, wala na ganun mga pus meaning nga daw is hindi na nirereject ng katawan natin un other cells.itong third lit ko,after two days pag open ko ng bandage, wala na nakaumbok or pus.

sis, di naman needed bed rest pag nag lit. pag pregnant ka naman,depende sa pregnancy ultrasound mo kung you have to do bed rest.pero syempre better if you could have the chance na mag bed rest.
