hi there sissies.. I had 1 blighted ovum year 2010 october. Then after that i had 6 failed iui my tubes are patent my diagnoses is unexplained infertility. So i decided to go to dr aleta though my re/ob doesnt not recommend it. so i had all the blood tests done at MEL most of the results are ok except for my LAT i got a score of 11-20% weak positive or negative reaction. Dr Aleta is recommending me to have at least 4 sessions of LIT and it will cost me 16th per session. I'm supposed to have my IVF procedure this July but then bec of the need to have a LIT treatment then my plan of IVF will be moved maybe sometime october basta target namin ni hubby before the year ends sana.. Now im into acupuncture naka 7 na rin ako sesion with dr ria at health dev. nalulungkot naman ako kase another gastos nanaman nakakaloka na. Imagine i had 6 failed iui na.  :'(then wala rin pala guarantee for a 100% sure pregnancy kapag nag IVF.. nakakalungkot. btw dr aleta told me baka daw mabuntis ako naturally after my LIT.. mayroon na ba nabuntis naturally after ng LIT?? tnx tnx mga sissies hah...

hi sis newbeymum, sorry to hear that.. pero for me mas ok yun decision mo na icancel ang ivf this july sis.. better gawin mo munang 100% talaga yun LAT mo.. diba saken before we went to taiwan, nagpaLAT ako and my result is only 50%? sabi ni dra aleta kahit wag na kasi good to go na daw, pero i insisted na to take a shot kahit 1session lang. ayun na-preggy ako through ivf but namiscarriage ako at 6weeks.. sad talaga.. sabi namin ni hubby, before namin balikan yun frozen embies namin sa taiwan kelangan maging 100% muna si LAT ko.. sobra gastos noh, pero isipin mo nalang din.. gagatos na rin lang taasan na naten yun possibilities na maging BFP..

kaya eto rest muna ako sa workup, palakas muna ako katawan ulet.. sya nga pala sis, baka lumipat ako ng immunologist mas aggressive daw kasi si dra abong at medyo mura..

Ako naman nag positive lang sa lit umalis na kasi naka 6 lit na ako kay dra abong.
Nag positive din ako sa ivf sa taichung... Kaso wala heartbeat till 8-9 weeks kaya m/c din.

Kaso wala sya intralipids... Sinabi ko sa ob ko nga di sya nag intralipids kaya pinasa nya ako

I think kasi di lang lit kelangan ko which agree ob ko kahitok naman immuno test ko sa taichung.
Since naka 2 MC na ako.
Kaya will try ivig or intralipids siguro before ivf again taichung..well with the suggestion din ng immunologist.

Sis abel,huling punta ko kay dra abong sabi niya pwede na siya mag intralipids. Pero case to cae basis nga lang..

It's been over 2 years now since I created the first LIT forum with my previous account (paradise-11) which apparently had been forgotten because I couldn't remember already my password. But because it's always a warm feeling to be involved and extend support to other women like me who are going through a lot, I continued through this active account. After 2 years, I thought I'd eventually graduate from LIT and would have a baby of my own already. But just not yet. Within the 2 years after the 4th m/c in 2009, I went thru 6 LIT sessions and 2 boosters and several IUIs but weren't successful. Last year, my husband and I decided that we'll have IVF. We're not rich people and so with the little that we have we're trying to put up our IVF funds. Part of our prep plan is to go check in again for LAT as I want to have IVF done this December. In about a few hours I will go to Hi-Precision and do my lab works. Indeed, our TTC journey is very challenging. Lahat tayo mga sis have stories to tell and I hope one day we'll all have the chance to narrate our story to the fruit of our hard labor, our babies. It's indeed a love story. Sabi nga a different kind of love story. Heto at magsisimula na naman ulet kami sa journey namin which has been going on for a decade now. Yes, it's been 10 long years but we're not giving up hope yet. Just not yet. We have our strong faith in God that He has a divine plan for us and so we're just moving on. Babalikan ko ulet ang pagbabasa ng Dr. Alan Beer's Is Your Body Baby Friendly book para maintindihan ko ulet ang pinagdadaanan at pagdadaanan ulet namin. Hindi biro ang lahat. Indeed, our road, sisses, is a road less travelled. After getting my LAT result which Hi-Precision says will be issued after 2 weeks I will again get reunited with Dra. Aleta for my LIT if the LAT shows not-so-good results. Previously, I had 6/8 at Cat I/II and then booster after 6 months. Now, I need to know before IVF Kung bumaba na.

hello to all sissies here.. I will be undergoing my first ever LIT treatment this coming Tues July 2 at Dr Aleta's clinic. This is going to be one of my prep for my ivf. I was supposed to have my ivf this July but then the result of my LAT is not so good that's why Dr Aleta recommended me to undergo this treatment. The diagnoses of my RE/OB Dr Jing Fernandez to me and the husband is secondary UNEXPLAINED INFERTILITY. After my failed pregnancy due to blighted ovum and failed 6 iui i'm hoping  after i completed this LIT treatment I can get pregnant the natural way. I'm scared with the ivf coz I know its not a 100 percent success rate.. I'm really hoping that this LIT will be the answer to all my prayers.. Goodluck to all us here..

Sis Newbeymum, where did you do your LAT? Mine was at Hi-Precision. This morning I came in for the blood extraction. Ikaw ba sa MEL?

Hi sis Paradise11 yes i had all my blood test done at MEL. Thank God the rest of the results are good except for my LAT. Im scared of the LIT procedure and scared of the expenses i just do hope this will really help me...

hi sis my doctor is Dr ALeta since mas malapit yun st lukes saken eh. My first LIT will be this Tuesday. Hay sana naman maging ok and effective at mabuntis ako without the need of IVF.. Goodluck sis...

Sis Newbeymum, Dra. Aleta din ako. How much do you pay her sa St. Luke's? Kase ako sa Don Santiago ko sya minimeet dahil pag sa St. Luke's 28K daw pero pag sa Don Santiago sa Taft 14K lang. That's last year. Don't know how much it is now kaya tanong ko sa yo sis.

hi consultation is 1000k then she told me LIT daw is 16k per session.. i asked her kung may discount sabi nya pwede naman siguro during the treatment na magbigay din discount..

^ sis, St. Luke's QC dun ako initial consultation back in 2010. Yes, 1K yung consultation fee. Pero sabi Nya sa kin pag sa St. Luke's daw gagawin yung LIT 28K pero sa Don Santiago 14K Lang kaya yung LIT ko sa Don Santiago ko na ginawa. Yung sa'yo ba sis sabi nya sa St. Luke's QC gagawin LIT?

Just had my first treatment of LIT with Dr Aleta. Yun medtech sa clinic nya told me na mas mura daw yun intralipids dyan sa makati sis abel yun sa asian institute parang she is connected din dyan eh. Its like 7k per session and she told me cheaper daw compared to st lukes and asian hospital ata and madoc wala raw intralipids..

Bale sis yun taga asian institute si jazmin dating co worker ko sa Pal.
Buti na din nalaman ko na meron sya ganyan business saka syempre need some info din kung okey din yun lab nila.
Kasi nga medyo ayoko na din sa Mel magpa check up dahil sa mga naririnig ko.
I want a reliable laboratory kahit mahal ng kunti basta accurate yun mga test.
Di ko naman afford si Dr lim kasi mahal.

sis abel you mean di na ganun ka accurate yun sa MEL?  i had all my tests dun at dun din naman ako pinapunta ni dr aleta and when she saw my results di naman na rin nya ko pinaulit ng tests maybe pag mag check na ako ulit ng LAT sa iba na lang din di na sa MEL. Hirap pa naman pumunta dun traffic galore na and medyo hirap parking but the thing is mabait naman yun si tita Au..

Yes mabait naman talaga.. Just that my immunologist had me take ana test from
Different lab pa. Kasi nga sabi nya di nya gusto ang ana test ng mel..
Tapos yun result naman sa asian hospital super sensitive pala
Kaya di namin maintindihan bakit kelangan ganun. By my ob naman ok naman result ko sa asian kasi
Nga sensitive lang.Para tuloy kasi ok ang result kaya pinaulit or kung di sya kampante sa mel dapat di na sya doon nagpapa lab test ng patient nya.
So now iwasan ko muna mel ang have other option sa lab para kahit masmahal sa iba accurate and reliable naman sana.
The fact that you have Lit treatment in that lab means kampante ka sa mga lab result doon.
If not dapat wAg na sila mag pa Lit doon, para di rin naman paulit ulit ang pag test natin.
Unnecessary repeat of test super magastos.
