sis papa_coco, im not an expert pero from what i understand sa result mo, need mo pa another session. yung HLA1, should be strong positive, tapos yung HLA2, kahit positive may go signal na para magtry.

sis lelaina17, sa pagkakaalam ko lang din ah, i may be wrong. pag hindi pa pregnant, need mo LIT treatmeng, pero pag pregnant na hahabulin na siya with IVIg or Intrallipids depende sa doctor kung ano appropriate sayo. parang ganon.

Thanks for the reply!  Actually just did my 3rd session last week.  Then my fourth on tues.  Ask ko lang, Does Intralipids address LAT or just the Apas?  I plan to do it kase to address some issues with my NK cells.  If it addresses my Lat then di na sana ako mag undergo ng another round of LIT sana.

oo nga sis, patapos na ang 6 mos naten, ibig sabihin, need naten mag booster shot. Same with me sis, di pa rin BFP. Sana naman this year na yong dating ng blessing na hinihintay naten sis.

ilang beses di nag tuloy yong pregnancy mo? Ilang months?  Yes sis, mag kaiba ang LAT sa APAS, usually kapag lage na mi miscarriage, OB recommends for APAS and LAT test. Try mo kaya sis sa ibang OB?

  sis saan doctor ako pupunta para mag pa consult? ob gyn ko kasi dito sa batangas is infertility doctor siya.. wala kasi ako alam sa mga test. hanggang 3 months. pang 3 ko na to una ko ectopic 2005 pa. tapos 2010 i had operation kasi barado [textspeak!] left tube ko. huhuhu

thanks for the reply sis!  ask ko lang ano procedure ng LIT?  di pa naman ako preggy ulit.  binawal muna ng OB coz dapat daw mag-undergo muna ng tests kasi nga 2x na ko nag-MC.  mataas ba ang success rate ng LIT?  may requirements ba?  saka ano yung ivig and intralipids?  thank you very much sis.

Hubby and I are also ttc for 3 years, I'm thinking of going for a consult to check if yung immunology namin is a factor for our infertility.  Still deciding though which doctor to go to as both have been highly recommended in a number of threads here in gt. so Baka will base nalang on how accessible they are Any info will be appreciated. TIA!

Thanks sis marc_liane! I called her sec agad and found out she holds clinic at manila doctors w & f, super lapit Lang where I live. I was able to go see her agad.

sis, I was advised to go have the ff tests:
LAT
RCT, ADIT, DAVVT
Aca IgG/M
ANA
Anti TG/ TPO
Immunodeficiency panel
Total serum Ige

Ang dami pala I te-test, ganito rin ba sa inyo? Will probably go to Manila endocrine lab Tom or on fri para sa tests.

oo nga noh, cross tissue match nga pala ang LAT. pero ako kasi when i had my LIT, LAT & NK was addressed na. Bumaba ang NK count ko. may nabasa ako from a pregnant gt na na pregnanct siya with high nk cells, then hinabol siya with intrallipids during pregnancy. na curious din ako, is it because mas matagal effectivity ng LIT?

Meron tayong sis din na for Ivig and Lit..
Nag Lit lang sya once kay Dra Abong...
Then after that pumunta na Taichung.

Positive naman sya nun naabutan komsya sa Taichung.

Im for implantation nga pala tmrw mga sis..please pray for me and other sisi sa taichung.
They recheck may Immuno and Ana , as I requested to Dr Lee... Normal naman no need for IVIG.
Pero sa Pinas Need ko daw IVIG and Lit... although nag pa Lit ako 6 x kay Dra Abong pero di nag strong positive.
Hopefully mag positve din kahit ganun.  Di kasi si Dr Lee naniniwala sa Lit. Ivig pag 2nd failed IVF and two times miscarriage.
I just insist na test nya ako ng Immuno for my peace of mind.  Kasi sa manila sa mel ana ko negative. then  pinaulit ulit ni abong sa asian naman daw ...then Positive...mahal pa naman sa asian ang Ana test.
Pag dating ko Taiwan Okey naman result.  minsan di mo alam kung accurate ba sila. paulit ulit na test masakit sa bulsa. he he... goodluck sa atin lahat.... 5  alice ang for implantation ( 2 ngayon, 2 bukas and isa sat).

curious lang sis, how much ivig sa taichung? ang mahal dito sa pilipinas based sa nabasa ko dito sa mga thread. buti negative mga test mo, sana ito na yung cycle for you! sis di ka na ba pinagtest ni doc abong ng ibang test regarding positive ANA? i had mine rin sa ASIAN, and it says weak positive, Wala sa borderline kaya super relieve and rule out na ako sa CAT 3 wc is ANA. sabi ni doc guinto pwedeng ngp-positive ang result because of pregnancy pero dapat itest for lupus, etc. di ko na rin matandaan kung ano2x. pero dont mind it na lang muna, i dont mean to give you worries.

hows taichung sis and kamusta so far? kwentuhan mo kami

Sinabi ko na din kay Dra Abong di ko kaya yun IVIG nya.
Sabi ko sa Taichung na lang ako mag pa ivig.
Dito nasa   50k to 75k NT dollar x 1.5 mo na lang. mas mura talaga.
Since di na ako na advise mag IVIG kasi okey naman ang result nya.

Nag tataka lang ako bakit asian and mel inuulit ni dra abong ang Ana test? I mean wala ba sya tiwala sa mel at kelangan pa ng isa pa? sana sa asian na lang  agad di ba? para i sayang pera.
lahat lahat na lab test sa immuno nasa 30 k din halos ha. di biro ang gastos.
samantala dito sa taichung 7.5k Nt lahat yun immuno test nya .

Dito mura din ang accupuncture nasa 300nt dollar lang... amy massage pa at ventosa. sulit tlaga.
Kaya nag pa accupuncture talaga kami. naka 3 x din ako accupuncture dito last ko today because tomorrow na implants ko he he....

OO naman di na ako nag woworry basta ginawa ko na lahat. meron din kasi sis dito naka 12 na lit di rin tumaas ayon buntis naman sa awa ng diyos at nakaraos naman.
Kaya dapat din siguro kung tingin natin mauubos na pera natin sa kaka lit , dapat meron din tayong hangganan. magaling sila dito at dami ko meds like Gonal, menepur, saizen, lupron .. pag sa pinas for sure laki ng expenses ko sa IVF..

ako naman sinabihan ni doc abong na kung ano yung gusto niya test na ipagawa sa asian. apas & ana yun. kaya di na ko doble doble ng pa lab. siguro napansin niya sa trending ng result ng patient kaya prefer niya sa asian mag ana. ako din 2 sessions lang, 4 donors lahat tapos di na ako nagproceed with the next session, and nung january naglat ulit ako, got strong positive naman.

laking mura ng 7.5k NT para sa all in na immuno test ah. ako di na ko nagcompute sumasakit ulo ko e, kaka stress :p

i saw dr. abong last sat sa asian.  kailangan ko daw mag-LIT kasi 0% yung LAT ko.  1 donor every two weeks starting april 21.  3 sessions.  still waiting for hubby's blood screen results.  meron pa bang mga sis na 1 donor lang din?  successful ba?  kasi yung mga nababasa ko mostly 2 donors agad.  btw, P14,800 daw ang fee all-in na.  P2,500 naman yung blood screen sa MEL.  repeat LAT a month after 3rd session.  i'm praying for the best.

^sis pink_blush01, this is my personal experince, i have cat I, II, IV & V issues. na-pregnant ako (unexpectedly)  w/o any prior treatment so kailangan kong maghabol.
I had to have LIT asap combined w/ IVIG. (sorry i cannot help you w/ Intralipids kasi my immuno prefers IVIG more than intralipids). ganito kasi reasoning nyan, ang LIT addresses both cat I & V issues kaso mabagal ang effectivity nito as we can see sa pag re-check ng LAT natin d ba? usually, we have it re-tested 2 weeks after para makita ang effectivity. pero if you start at 0 you may need some more rounds of LIT to get it to 100 w reaction code of 8/8, e pano nga pag buntis ka na (like me). so i have to have IVIG din habang di ko pa na-reach yung maximum potential ng LIT para ma-protect na si baby from the Natural Killer cells na nag a-attack. kasi ang IVIG lasts in our blood system for a maximum of 1 month (or can be less if mabagsik talaga ang NK activity mo).
plus LIT kasi cumulative yung effect nya, kaya when you start at 0 aangat sya hanggang 100. and i think it lasts ng 6 months sa system natin, so w/in the pregnancy we may just need booster shots maybe depending again gano katapang ang NK activity ng blood/uterus natin.

I hope I made sense, nakakalito kasi tong mga immune issues na eto e based lang to sa personal experience ko sis ha.. HTH!

hi sisses, ask ko lang if saan kayo nagpapatest ng NK pero hindi na sya kasama sa panel 1, yung NK test lang po talaga and how much po?  We want kasi to test again for NK last test ko po kasi is 6 months ago pa.  We did LIT for NK pero hindi naman pinatest ulit if bumaba ba or anong nangyari after LIT.  Ang nire test lang sa akin is yung LAT ko which is maganda naman ang result kaso hindi pa din ako na pregnant sa loob ng 6 na buwan na yun.  So iniisip ko baka mataas pa din ang NK ko.  Salamat po sa mga sasagot.
