^ yup Meron din sis. Minsan me di tumataas pag Puro hubby Lang donor kaya pag ganun lipat na sa ibang donor!

hi sissies!!! i had 4 LIT under dr. aleta, with LAT of 50% with 1 donor each session, 1st, 2nd and 4th - husband donor. 3rd lit-naghanap ng donor sa clinic nya. then she said that i need to have 2 more LIT. 5th LIT was done last march7. but bago yung 5th LIT ko, i underwent IUI under dr.meguizo at st.luke's qc last february 27.
2 weeks have passed since my IUI, (5th IUI, 1st with dr. meguizo), and i've read that after 9 days ng IUI, pwede ng mag pregnancy test. so 2 weeks, pwedeng pwede na...but early today, nagka spotting na ako. i'm still hoping that sana implantation bleeding lang ito. pero mukhang palakas na ng palakas ang spotting. mukhang magkakaroon na naman ako ng period. 

sis sissily, congratulations! i'm so happy for you! pag nakakabalita ako ng mga stories na gaya ng sa iyo, it gives us inspiration not o give up our hope na magkaka-baby din kami. and God will also give us what our heart truly desires, in His perfect time.

where can i have my LAT TEST done? sabi ng st lukes they dont have that kind of test yet?

Ask mo muna yun immuno dok mo kung san ka nya gusto mag pa test. Para di ma double gastos mo. Meron kasi mga yan preference din.

hi mga sissies! now ko lang nalaman may 2nd thread na pala tayo dito sa LIT, tagal din since last visit ko sa gt..

question lang po about may LAT result, yung first LAT result ko was (on HL I = 4 tapos HL II = 2) tapos on my 2nd LAT (HL I = 6 and HL II = 2 pa din).. nadiscuss ko na din ito kay dra. abong via text and she advised me to have LIT again, this would be my 5th LIT na (first 3 LITs si husband ang donor and yung last with 2 donors na).. ibig sabihin ba nito mabagal ang reaction ng body ko?

hi had my first LIT with dr. alleta last thursday it kinda hurt a bit pero okay lang siguro nasanay lang sa mga injections... at first its itchy then after i peeled of the plastic wrap its not that itchy anymore and hindi siya masyado nag swell.. does this mean hindi ako nagrereact sa leukocyte ng husband ko? do i need a different donor kaya? at ask ko [textspeak!] did anyone here had lit in less than week interval like i just had my LIT last thursday can i have another session tomorrow which is tuesday? and when is it advisable for me ti have my LAT tested? TIA!

^sis Angelalias, sa pagkakaalam ko dapat ang reaction code mo both sa I and II nasa 8 para maging strong postive to. depende sa protocol ng immunologist mo pero minsan pag umabot ng 6 yung iba nagbibigay nang go signal, 6 being positive na. I'm with Dr Ed Lim kasi & medyo aggressive ang approach nya so simula pa lang husband + 3 donors na para mabilis mag 8-8 ang reaction code. so baka sa next LIT mo tumaas na yan since nag add ka na ng donor sa LIT mo

^sis Snuffy, you can have your LAT re-checked 2 weeks after your LIT to give time for the LIT to work In my case kasi first LIT grabe reaction ko sa lymphocytes ni husband, as in may mga pus. sabi ni Dr Lim ibig sabihin nun grabe ang rejection ko sa blood ni husband. sa 3rd LIT ko halos wala ng reaction w/c is good daw kasi ibig sabihin hinde na ni-re-reject ng body ko si husband.

^ sis Supermonwannabe, ang alam ko na candidates for LIT ay yung may Cat I (low LAT) & CAT V (high NK cells) issues

sana nakatulong kahit papano I'm no expert, these are just based on my personal experience

hi sis soozan, im also under dra aleta, had 5 LIT with her, 1st is husband, 2nd 3rd iba donor ko, then on my 4th and 5th sinabay ko husband and other donor, went to see her yesterday, got 50% passing score din, pero di na niya ako inadvise na mag undergo another LIT, sabi nga niya ready na ako to get pregnant, so she asked me if i will do IUI, how much IUI  kay dra meguizo? after kasi ng D&C ko i went to see her na, pero di namin nadiscuss about IUI, paano ang procedure with this, tnx

clear ko lang din sis yung sabi mo na yung iba pag naka-6 na ok na, you mean kahit yung isa lang yung 6 or both dapat 6 (I & II)?

and hindi ko sure kung naitanong ko kay immunologist ito, ano nga ba yung  I & II? ano yung nirerepresent nung dalawa na yun? sencia na sa question ko mga sis..

Reaction Code:
0-10% - 1 (Negative)
11-20%- 2 (Weak Positive of Negative)
21-50% - 4 (Positive Reaction)
50-80% - 6 (Strong Positive Reaction)
81-100% - 8 (Very Strong Positive Reaction)

Sorry, di din ako sobrang familiar sa kung kailangan both or isa lang. May iba kasi ako nababasa dito na if they get 6, they were given go signals na. i think immunos base it differently among patients needs & kung gaano siguro -grabe ang concerns. ako kasi ang taas ng NK activity ko plus wala akong pre-conception treatment kaya hinabol talaga namin yung 8

hi mommyontop! done with my 6th LIT, husband donor pa din.
dr. meguizo's iui procedure costs 19t+, may butal kasi. yung 10k pf nya, and [textspeak!] 9t+, hospital charges ng st. luke's. pang 2nd ko na sa kanya, i hope ok na to! 
i'll post kung paano naging procedure sa IUI thread na lang

Hi sis mommyontop! Yup, sya nag suggest ng iui sa akin. Pero naka -4 iui's na ko prior to her. Wala pa kaming baby, never got pregnant pa. Pero nag 40 days ang cycle ko, kaya sabi ni dr.aleta, posibleng meron na yun, di lang natuloy. Pero negative PT ko.
Minamadali na nya, kasi sayang nga daw ang pagpapa-lit. Meron pa naman  ako maliliit na myoma, pero lahat nasa labas. Ayaw nya ko operahan kasi nga 6months healing time, masasayang ang lit ko.

Hi mga sis!

Just need some help understanding the results of my LAT. The test was done in MEL.  It turned out:

HLA1 - Reaction code 4/PRA 29%

HLA2- Reaction Code 1/PRA 9%

Sabi sa akin ng doctor ko ok daw LIT namin coz nagrereact ako kay hubby.  Concern ko lang is the HLA2, di ba mababa yun?  Kase i read in the previous posts dapat mataas silang dalawa..

hi sisses!  i just got my LAT results and nakalagay dun:

HLA1 reaction code 1/PRA 8.5%
HLA2 reaction code 1/PRA 9.7%

sabi ni dr. abong hindi daw ako apas positive coz within normal range naman yung apas panel ko (sct, drvvt, aptt, etc.).  normal din NK cells ko.  with the result above, does it mean i belong to category I?  i'm also ANA positive so nasa category III din ako.  i just want to know the steps to be taken.  been reading here a lot pero ngayon lang ako nagpost.  btw, i had two MC's in one year (2011).  i'm so scared.  please enlighten me naman.  sa april 14 pa ko makakabalik kay doc coz holy week na eh.  thank you so much!

hi sis, ok naman ito matatapos ng 6mos effectivity ng LIT natin hindi pa din ako BFP

Si sis mizizlim, walang post siguro pahinga muna sa thread.

Si sis idaid, for sure bed rest inaalagaang mabuti si baby
