hi mommies, any more feedback on creativeminds events management? I am worried cause it's less than 2 weeks from my event but she's not prompt in replying to my emails unless I text her to remind. my last email was sent august 21 pa and have not gotten any reply even after I texted to remind and she said she will reply that night. waiting in vain pa din ako upto now. nagdownpayment pa naman ako 50% ng contract price as early as first week of feb. super lapit na ng event ko and I am really hoping she will deliver. Got them for the complete décor oackage, food carts, loot bags. I am praying na sa lahat ng suppliers na kinuha ko sila ang wag male late. hope others who previously hired them can post feedbacks. ganun kaya talaga sila kahirap maka communicate kahit malapit na event?

Same here... Requesting for feedback for CREATIVE MiNDS. Ive been requesting since june for the layout of the styrobackdrop and balloons but until now wala ako nareresib... They keep on telling me na ise-send na bukas ng bukas pero until now wala pa rin. Sis froufrou, please post feedback after your event ...im  Really really worried :-( matagal kong pinaghandaan 1st bday ni baby... Really scared lang po na biglang walang mg show-up na magdedecorate. Thanks in advance.

Hi sis icy_ace, kelan ang event mo and what theme? I will def post feedback on creativeminds after my event along with all my other suppliers. Thankfully ms chel of creativeminds replies naman sa text, tho i would prefer sana sa email kasi impt ang email trail to record conversations. She said she will send me the prod design a week before my event. So worried wala pa ako nakikitang kahit partial work but i am just hoping and praying they will deliver. Number 1 concern ko is for them to be punctual.

Sis froufrou, our event will be on the 2nd week of oct pa naman pero worried na ako kasi wala pa rin email. I might sound OA pero im sure naiintindihan nyo ako.  And also, i need to see the layout kasi e para mag-match yung styrobackdrop and standees sa venue decor ng caterer ko. Customized din ba yung sayo, sis icy_ace? Or existing design na nila? Anyway, in fairness to creativeminds, i've been to a party that they styled, and they were done with the set up early naman. I have read from a mommy here na matagal lang talaga magbigay ng design si ms. Chel but in the end they did a great job naman. I guess you really can't blame us moms to be a lil worried since malapit na event natin. But let's just hope for the best. Feeling ko din hindi naman sila gagawa ng bagay na ikasisira nila 'cause deinitely they are legit naman. I guess they really are just so busy. Important lang talaga for me their punctuality. I am not expecting much about the designs since it's their first time to do my theme. Still hoping tho na we can better communicate para less stress din on our part

Creativeminds was super LATE on our event! The party was booked at 2pm and they arrived at 2pm! Traffic daw! Duh?! Buti na lang I only got them for stage and entrance backdrop. Eh I reminded Chel not to be late Kasi that's been the feedback on them eh. Kaya Goodluck on your parties mga sis! Hope they will deliver on time.

I also got creativeminds last aug.. fully paid na rin ako that time except sa mga pina add ko worth 2,500. Early bird promo and customize din. Nag rereply naman siya sa fb pero pag tinatanong mo kung asan na yung sample layout lagi na lang bukas bukas bukas. Hanggan dumating na yung bday ng baby ko wala siyang pinakitang lay out. Buti na lang ok naman yung ginawa niya stage backdrop design and entrance. Kasi kinukulit ko talaga siya sa designs na gusto ko and nagbibigay ako ng mga photos na gusto kong design.. yun nga lang sa ceiling balloons, centerpiece and cake arch hindi nasunod yung gusto kong designs. As in iba sa mga sinuggest ko nakakainis lang. Hinayaan ko na lang and hindi na rin ako nag abala na itxt sila na disappointed ako. Ayoko na mastress.

Tska sabi ng friend ko na nag ayos nung party ng baby ko maaga naman daw dumating. Kaso sobrang tagal and bagal mag set up.

Hi cutemama, thank you so much sa feedback on creativeminds. This saturday na kasi bday ng daughter  ko and upto now wala pa siya nasesend sakin na photos. Ginagawa pa lang daw yung customized decors ko. It's causing me a lot of stress at nagkaka anxiety attack na ako. Hay. Just really praying hard it will go well on saturday, sabi ko nga sa hubby ko ma late na ibang suppliers ko wag lang sila. Kasi yung venue ko naman ang caterer so walang prob dun. To everyone asking for feedback too, i will try to post agad after my event.

Omg sis edaganda, ngayon ko lang nabasa post mo. Kinakabahan na ako waah! Ano nga pala laban nating mga clients pag nangyayari mga ganyan? Parang wala kasi client protection na nakasulat sa contract noh? I'll ask my dad who is a lawyer mamaya. Nakaka-sad makabasa ng negative feedback. Good luck to us. Huhu

A Box of FUN Party Services. She took care of everything, and more. She expressed her opinions and provided me with a lot of insight on what would be appropriate for my daughter’s party

During the party, her and her team set up everything beautifully, and was ready by the start of the party (with room for picture taking). I received so many compliments on the decor. It was truly a special occasion, and it looked extra special with Lalaine's work. I 100% recommend A Box of FUN Party Services.

Mga sis, I need urgent help for my baby's binyag this Sunday. I want sana yung big letters na ilalagay sa labas ng venue, name ni baby. 6 letters lang naman, kahit super-simple/plain na lang. I asked my party planner pero di na daw nila mahahabol. Madami din kasi yata sila events sa weekend.. baka naman me mare-recommend kayo na kaya magawa by Sunday 10am? Aasikasuhin/pupuntahan ko today.. sana within San Juan, QC, Mandaluyong, Makati, Manila or Pasig areas..

^ Sis, try to inquire with Handicrafts, Atbp. if they have stocks.  I also saw letters (though not big) sa Simple Joys in Megamall before.

^oo sis marami sa divi sa may tabora. Kaso ang mahal the last time na pumunta ko dun 350-400 per letter.

So happy that CreativeMinds team was done with the complete decors set up way earlier than what was agreed. The party before us was canceled dahil sa typhoon the previous day, so CreativeMinds team was allowed to set up early. Aside from being punctual, they also did an excellent job on my customized decors. Stage decor was beyond what i have expected. Super nice! And they even gave me free letter standees of my daughter's name. There were just a few things na hindi nasunod, like putting confetti inside the balloon burst, and the table centerpieces were a little more plain than the picture of the peg that they showed me. I feel like kinapos din ng slight sa ceiling decors kasi hindi na umabot hanggang likod yung lanterns and pompoms. But those are just minor stuff that i can let go. All in all, i am very satisfied and I felt naman that they put a lot of effort to come up with everything. The cake arch and entrance decors were really nice too. I actually got commendations from guests. For those who are booked with creativeminds, i suggest you sign an agreement para sa protection din nyo as a client. In my case, we did sign an agreement that they have to be on time or else they will pay for my damages. I asked my father (a lawyer) to make the memorandum of agreement. Thank you so much to the previous feedbacks on creativeminds. It really helped na i had to come up with something to make them know I am serious about punctuality. Really satisfied with styling done by Patty Gonzalez and her team (The Party People Party Organizers) for my daughter's binyag. Also, TPP's rates are reasonable and they are willing to work within client's budget.

To begin with, our venue is already nice so we didn't need over-the-top decors. The venue had certain restrictions especially on the ceilings/walls (cannot use thumbtacks, no tapes, nails, etc), but Patty and her team were able to work around it and still delivered on enhancing the place's ambiance despite the limitations. Perhaps the phrase I can use to describe the look we were aiming for was "understated elegance". So we went for a rustic-shabby chic theme.

They came prepared, armed with stuff for contingencies. For example, my cake and cupcakes supplier lent me a cupcake holder. However, it won't blend well with our theme and the total look for the cake&cupcakes corner. Fortunately, Patty brought their cupcake display rack as backup so we used that instead.

Perhaps, my only "complaint" is that sometimes, it takes her a few hours to answer my messages on FB or my SMSs. But it's just a minor thing, kasi di rin naman super-urgent yung mga concerns ko. Otherwise, I'd call her if I need immediate response.

Will definitely get Patty again if ever we'll have another event that needs styling. She was easy to work with and I trust her taste on things. As in, hindi baduy ang mga ideas nya. I just told her the look i want to achieve, we exchanged a few photos to be used as pegs, few ideas thrown in here and there, and she worked on the details na.

Thanks sis froufrou for the feedback... Atleast nakakahinga na ako ng maluwag kahit papano :-) sis paano ka nagpa-sign ng memorandum of agreement? Nag-meet kayo before your event para mapa-sign mo sya? Or through email lang? Kung ok lang sis baka pwede ma-share sa kin yung memorandum of agreement mo? But i would understand din naman if hindi :-) thanks again sis froufrou and congrats.

Its my turn to give feedback abt CREATIVE MINDS naman.  Sad to say but like most of the reviews here.., Yes, they were late :-( party was at 2pm pero past 12 na sila dumating considering na medyo malaki party venue. As expected Nandun na mga guests namin pero hindi pa sila tapos mg decorate. Pero Hindi na lang ako ngpaka stress sa kanila kasi e masaya naman kami pati mga guests ko sa party. Two Thumbs up to my other suppliers na nagpasaya sa party most especially to our party host Erney ARcilla  :-) , Sweet Services Party Food cart :-), Verleo catering :-) and to the photographer of the The Stork Studio na maaga dumating :-)
