share ko lang mga sis.. my son had just celebrated his 7th birthday and i was satisfied with the services of Mr. Sun Kiddie-Party.com - White Plains branch. initially, medyo hindi ko sila nagustuhan because the 1st person i talked to was not that attentive and does not look interested. after 2-3 weeks, i came back, complete with the theme and color scheme that my son wants (F1 Car Racing), and this time, a more attentive staff came and assisted me (Maricel). being the "makulit" and "mausisa" na client that i was, i would often text Maricel even on her off-days to verify stuff in the contract and if i have questions. as in super dami kong tanong. there was even an instance wherein naka-ilang balik kme sa email ng invitation layout because may mga last-minute change requests ako. but the staff of Kiddie Party were very patient. we also requested that the lootboxes be released a few days before the event because we were planning to add some toy race cars (in line with the theme), as this item is not included in their standard lootbox. Maricel was able to find a way to release the lootboxes about 4 days before the event. The contents of the lootboxes were also more than what we expected - stationary kit (pencil, eraser, sharpener, ruler, sticker), a small coloring book, small crayons, big lollipop (not the typical ones in the supermarkets), 2 packs of oishi snacks, and 2 packs of cheese biscuits. We just added toy race cars to keep in line with the theme, and 2 pcs. of plastic balloon, to make it more fun for the kids.
During the event itself, overall, I would give them a score of 9/10. They (the staff and the host) were in the venue 2.5 hours before the actual start. Yung organizer pa ang nag-antay sa venue na ma-cleanup because there was a party before us. The decors and the tarp backdrop was really great. The tarp backdrop fits the color scheme (red, white, black) and has a photo of a real F1 car (I gave them a heads up that my 7-year old son hates smiling and animated cars - the Disney type - gusto nya yung real sports cars, like those found in F1 racing or fast and the furious). There were also 2 standees of Renault F1 race cars, that caught the attention of even my adult guests. The onsite staff (Julie) was really hands-on. She was very resourceful also. Mahigpit kasi dun sa venue ng party - even masking tape was not allowed. Thank God for Julia's resourcefulness, they were still able to hang the balloon decors using a clothesline technique (i.e. sampayan). The game prizes and the items in the pabitin were also great - hindi yun mukhang nabibili lang sa tabi-tabi. Julie and her staff are also professional. Marunong sila mahiya. When the food was served, lumabas sila. I had to call them in para pakainin. The host/magician was equally awesome. Baui was in a red F1 race car driver costume when we met during the event. As we only met on the day itself, he approached me agad pagdating namin (about 1.5 hours before the event) to discuss what are his plans, and what I was expecting. Madali sya kausap, and he sticks to what we agreed upon while he was hosting the party. He is also good in controlling the bigger, more rowdy kids so hindi naging magulo ang party. The kids and even the adults were also very much entertained with the games and much more, the magic show. He was also very professional. While the guests were eating, sinabihan ko na sya na kain na rin muna sya tutal everyone's busy pa naman with their food. He declined saying na after the party na lang daw, because the guests can finish anytime and wala dapat blank moment. I admire this level of professionalism, kasi hindi pataygutom ang dating nung host.
Honestly, I would have given Kiddie Party a rating of 10/10, had they not forgotten the name tags for the kids. Dun lang ako medyo na-disappoint kasi it was included in the contract. Siguro dahil natataranta na ang lahat, they accidentally forgot to distribute the name tags. Buti na lang, they were able to make up for it in the other areas. Overall, I would still recommend them to my relatives and friends.
