1st birthday ni Theia on July, and nung march pa yata I already booked Ralph Copiaco & Co for the event. So far so good, prompt naman siya sa email and open to suggestions ko and sa pagkaOC ko.      I got his birthday package..

Havent seen this party coordinator here in GT pero ito kinuha ko sa party ni baby 3 years ago: jelly bellies. Part owner kapatid ng friend ko so i trusted them. I wasnt disappointed, in fact i was very satisfied with their services. Pati decors nila maganda. My host was ruther before he joined pilipinas got talent. My hard-to-please guests gave very nice comments so super happy kami sa outcome.

^Talaga sis? Di ko sila nakikita sa forums e kaya nagtataka ako. They give good service, they have their own office, hindi fly-by-night lang. Ang price ba nila super taas compared to the party planners mentioned here in GT? Wala akong comparison kasi once pa lang kami nag party for baby and I got their package na sobrang sulit na for me.

^ Yes, dalaga pa ko naririnig ko na sila.  Matagal na sila sa business ng party planning, long before nagsulputan ang mga PP na mas kilala dito.

i got partytimephilippines for my kids parties, i love mel very much, very easy to deal with, courteous, and palagay ang loob ko sa kanya, she's been my supplier for 6 years already and mukhang matagal tagal pa kaming magkakatransact since i have a new kid hehe.

grabe di ko alam na may ganyang issue si bluekaren, kasi madalas ko lang mabasa mga posts nya, lurkers lang kasi ako madalas although matagal na ako dito sa gt. pero agree ako dun sa sinabi nyo na sarcastic sumagot heheh, kawawa naman [textspeak!] mga naloko nya

so sad to read about what's happened to emie.  we got her services as a provider of some stuff for our party way before she even registered her business.  she was so nice and very accomodating and a lot more friendlier than most we encountererd.  hope she gets back on her feet and gets things figured out.

I got JD's Party Shop to do my baby's 1st birthday in October, ok kausap, mabilis din sumagot sa mga queries. Hopefully, everything will be as planned. Will post feedback again after the party, tagal pa nga lang non 

My friend had her baby's party recently, styled by Polkadots Events. I was impressed. Super nice din daw the owner.

Ako naman I was initially planning to get Jacque of Partyboosters services.   I would have to agree with all the posts here that she is very accommodating and she immediately responds to all text messages and email.     

Medyo may budget constraints din kaya when I saw the deal with ensogo and Yan-Ple, I decided to settle with Yan-Ple.  Did some research prior to booking and I've read good feedback about her. Yun nga Lang most of her customers have not met her personally.  For those people who have tried Apple's services, di ba siya talaga nakikipag meet-up?  Worry ko lang kasi baka di ma-execute yung output na gusto ko for the venue dress-up

^sis, hindi ba dapat mameet talaga natin ang mga PP natin at least once before our party para maayos ang usapan diba? hindi ko pa rin kasi namimeet yung PP ko eh pero gusto ko talaga na kahit 2 weeks before the party magkita kami para mafinalize na lahat lahat.

so far mukhang ok naman yung mga feedback ng mga clients ni PP ko kaya i hope maging maganda din yung sakin *fingers crossed*

for me, personally meeting the party planner is important.  that was of my basis for choosing my party planner before.  if they weren't willing to meet up with me and sit down to really discuss what i want, i moved on to the next available party planner.

but then, if i've already used that party planner before, and i know how they work then the next party is just discussed through messaging and email.

Yup, for me important din talaga na nakikipag-meet up yung PP.   Kaya nga I was wondering how come there are some blogs I've read na they haven't met the PP personally.

My baby's party was on July 7. I got partycheers and I'm satisfied , happy and gotta get them for sure sa sususnod na party namin.

I have to agree that you have to meet with your PP. In my case, once lang kami nagmeet ni Kathleen but from there I already saw her professionalism and her attention to details. It's a good thing din to talk face to face para you would know how if the PP can give good recommendations/suggestions on the spot.  Iba pa rin [textspeak!] pag face-to-face.

I have a question?

Suppose I emailed a party planner for further queries with the intent of hiring them already, and it's more than 3 weeks but there's no response yet, do I just email again? Or call them up? (I'm sorry, I'm new at this. I'm not used and don't like online purchasing. I feel like I'm bothering people when I call them up on their cellphones, even though they're a business. It's different when you walk in a store or talk to someone in person.) Or do I just look for another planner and assume the one I asked isn't interested? Anyway, my party isn't till the end of the year. I'm wondering if that's why they don't respond to my emails, because there's no urgency?

(I would just like to note that I love the way Passion Cooks replies to emails. It makes insecure and paranoid people like me feel better about them for some reason. Ok, I digress. Wala lang.)
