NBI Clearance - Thread 2

Halos lahat naman yata ngayon may HIT na. Kasi kahit hindi saktong name basta yung first and last name e pareho may HIT na agad and they will investigate further. Ako din the first 2 NBI Clearance na nakuha ko walang hit. Yung last 2 meron na.

Just recently I found out that kast 2009 pala there was a girl na same kami ng First name and Last Name (Surname na ng Husband ko). Kinasuhan siya dahil tumalbog daw yung cheke. Kaloka nga e. Pero kung mag investigate naman sila further makikita naman nila na hindi ikaw yun.

Recently, my dad got an NBI clearance as he is going to change his birth certificate name to the name he uses. Having worked in the IT industry I welcome the shift to an online system. However, my experience was not pleasant specifically when we were already processing for payment and when we were already in NBI.

After choosing the portion for schedule and mode of payment which is Fund Transfer (DragonPay), I had to pay almost four times before a valid transaction completed. My first payment was Php190.00 which I unwittingly paid right away which turned out to be wrong as I should have paid 190.35 after opening a separate instruction.

My second payment was Php190.35 which I paid at night after checking back the instructions and is now invalidated because it was already supposedly late.

My third payment was Php190.64 which after paying, would not validate correctly even after several tries for a period of 30 minutes.

Only was the transaction cleared after I used Bills Payment.

In this process, may I suggest that the payment process be more streamlined and straight forward and no separate instruction be needed to be opened because it is very confusing. I am in the process of refunding my money which now will be deducted with Php15.00 per transaction.

When we were in NBI we had to leave early because NBI Baguio is an hour drive from our home and when we arrived at the office, there was some sort of confusion apparently. One of the NBI personnel checked and said that my father's NBI clearance is now being verified in Manila and asked us to come Friday. He did not instruct my father to take a picture or finger print.

When we arrived Friday, my father's NBI clearance apparently had a woman's picture and finger print already. After being checked by an NBI personnel, apparently, my father's NBI clearance had the picture of the woman who took her picture either before or after my father was on the line. Initially, they asked us to pay for a new NBI clearance which I vehemently refused as we did not have any hand with the mistake. Should we know the process more than the NBI personnel?

They worked something out and now my dad has to come back Tuesday for his NBI clearance. My dad now has to cancel his trip for Friday to submit his documents for change of name in our hometown and had to go back Tuesday to get his clearance.

To wrap it up, I would like to raise some suggestions to improve the process.
(1) Please make the payment more streamline. Ask your third party to make the payment as straight forward as possible, no opening of a separate instruction and then another link to validate payment.
(2) Please ask the third party to ensure that the validation process for fund transfer works. It was just stressful waiting for a validation so I had to opt for another process.
(3) Please ask someone to fix the bug where if the NBI clearance has no picture, the picture of either the one who had his/her picture before my dad is now saved on his NBI clearance.

I hope the points I raised be dealt with and help someone else avoid the same predicament.

^ Grabe naman experience mo sis.

Sa akin smooth naman ang online application ko - just the part where I have to create my NBI account, fill out a form and submit, then do the payment. Pinili ko nga lang magbayad via Bayad Center, kasi mas hassle sa akin kung online banking ang gagamitin ko (I have to register the Dragonpay biller pa).

Sana mamaya maprocess na agad ang clearance ko. Hopefully not spend a long time sa NBI office.

Ask ko lang po, i have this friend. he applies NBI Clearance & was advised that it will be released this 16th since na-hit nga either may kapangalan or something. Anyways, ang concern namin. Yun husband nun Ex nia filed a case against him and its adultery although alam naman nun Girl & nun friend na walang basis and pure jealousy lang si Husband nun Girl. Ask ko lang, will it affect his current application? even if wala pa naman resulta yun case. We know naman na makakakuha sya we just need opinions & yours are welcome Sana po may sumagot

Hay naku i tried paying via online fund transfer and hindi pa din validated ang payment ko until now. Sana pala binasa ko muna itong thread. Akala ko kasi less hassle mag-pay online compared sa Bayad Center

Pwedeng magbayad sa LBC. I also tried paying thru bpi, bdo, paypal kaso di successful. Pagdating ko sa NBI Baclaran, inadvise ako na magbayad na lang sa LBC. Mas mabilis naman ang process

2x ako nakapag-process ng payment online. Nag-email ako to requst for a refund para dun sa 1st attempt ko pero ang tedious ng process plus may additional fee pa everytime they attempt to process the refund. Di bale na lang, kanila na yung 140php.

walang pag babago sa pag kuha ng NBI clearance dito sa lugar namin the scenario is still the same MAHABANG PILA kahit umaga palang andun kana matatapos ka padin ng hapon. nakakaloka ang init ng panahon.

May appointment na naman ako sa kanila sa Nov 27. Infairness naman sa robinson's fairview branch mabilis sila ang matagal lang e yung mismong pagclaim since inaabot ng 2-3 weeks

kumuha ako ng nbi clearance for travel abroad kaso di ko nagamit. pwede ko kaya gamitin yun for local employment? para di na ko kukuha ng bagong nbi
