Based on my experience okay naman yung e-clearance. P140 sya tapos payment ko thru GCash na may additional na P20 so total nung NBI clearance ko is P160. Okay lang naman mapamahal ng konti basta less hassle. I had my appointment at 11AM sa Robinsons Metro East. Pumili ako ng mga 1030 pa lang. They prioritized me naman. Medyo natagalan lang ng konti sa pagpila kasi isang tao lang yung nasa picture taking, isang tao sa encoding, isang tao sa payment and so on. Got my clearance within the same day wala naman kasi akong hit. Mga 40 mins lang natapos na ako. Naunahan ko pa yung mga kumukuha na the day before pa nakapila.

Sis the last time kumuha ako pinabalik din ako kasi I had a hit yata. Okay lang din sa akin kasi di ako pumila matagal.

Hi mga sis, I need your help! I tried to get an NBI clearance for local employment, I went to one of the satellite office (rob nova) surprisingly I have a "hit" they asked me to go back after 5 days, even I was surprised, I did not ask why because it was just the guard who told us to go back on a specified date. On the day of release ive decided to get it at the main office since I have an appointment in manila, so I head at the e-clearance station and confidently ask for my nbi clearance, after 20 minutes of waiting the girl finally approached me and said "lika ma'am samahan kita sa baba" I thought she will just escort me at the releasing counter but to my surprise we went to the "quality room" which I knew that its for interview thing. I started to worry why after so many years of not having a namesake (since my name is unique) im seating inside a quality control room
 After more than an hour, my name was called. There they asked me where do I live, where did my parents get my name etc.then finally they said that I have a pending case which is a "bounced check" I was literally shocked and alaed because first of all I never opened a checking account, which I immediately mentioned to the guy conducting the interview, but all he said was "ayan oh, tignan mo ikaw yan diba, dito ka sa address na ito nakatora diba" then he just wrote something on a form and said "punta ka muna sa MTC, ayusin mo yan" I just got the paper and leave.

Now, my concern is, on that piece of paper, it is really my name and my address, but Im sure that, that bounced check was not mine! BEcause I never had one.

What should I do?

Sis baka victim ka ng Identity Theft kung pareho lahat. Baka may gumamit ng name and address mo to open a checking account.  Try to call CMAP kasi sila may record about bounced checks. Then ask for help from a lawyer, kasi it would only be in NBI database pag criminal case.

Naaawa ako sayo sis grabe, sana maayos yan.   
Open ka kaya thread for that baka may mga members dito na makapagbigay inputs.

NOTE:
GCASH will no longer be part of the payment service.
PPP/Kwartagram will be the only payment service available effective on September 13, 2013(Friday). This is based on a recommendation sent by COA.     

Nabasa ko lang ngayon sa NBI WEBSITE, hala pano to di na pwede gcash transaction? iilan lang ang branches ng PPP?Kwartagram eh..

OO nga bakit ganun, kanina I am about to pay gcash for nbi but sad to say hindi na daw nila supported yung system na yan, paano na?

may oras at araw pa rin na konti lang ang nag-aapply. i went on a late thursday afternoon and everything took less than 30 minutes. yun nga lang, pag may hit, mas matagal ang waiting time ngayon bago ma-claim..two weeks?! haist.

hindi ko pa naasikaso:( wala akong time to go to RTC e. but my friend told me na may mga ganoong eksena nga daw, all I have to do is to go to RTC ko clear my name.

Sis, would you know if okay lang mag pa schedule sa robinsons galleria or manila ng 6PM for e-clearance? Para sana hindi na ako mag leave from work.

^ Hanggang 7pm naman sila diba? So I guess walang kaso kung 6pm.

kasi malamang my cut off sila. so better na mas maaga dapat sis

^ Okay na sis, I called them and their system is down pala. They told me to just proceed to NBI and show my QR code. True enough, pag punta ko sa galleria, no hassle, picture agad, biometrics and releasing na. All in just 15 minutes or less.

Sana ganito lahat ng government agencies.
