^Kung magclaim ka na ng mismong printed na clearance pwede yung representative. Just show the receipt lang. Pero para magfill up pa kailangan talaga siempre yung mismong magkuha ng NBI clearance.

I registered online to secure an NBI clearance for a Chinese visa. I don't have a lot of time to backread. Sorry. I'd just like to know if it still takes a long time (or no response at all) for the booking appointment nbr to respond? I was hoping to visit the galleria branch tomorrow and received no reply. I emailed it, too, but it says wait for the reply within 24hrs. Can i still proceed to the NBI Galleria office and just bring my QR code form?

So never mo ng makukuha ang clearance mo on the spot? Always wait for 2-3 weeks to pickup?

I went to ever gotesco commonwealth yesterday to get my clearance. I chose the place because it was near my house and if ever i have to fall in line, i would be seated, in a air-conditioned area. Not bad.

I applied online. Did the usual stuff. Had my appointment booked t 1pm. I went to ever gotesco by 1 and told the guard that I am an online applicant. She told me to proceed to the biometrics section. When i reached the biometrics section the guy told me to fall in line along with the other applicants who are also queuing for biometrics. I was annoyed because I was scheduled at 1 pm but they didn't accommodate me at my booked time. Turns out, even if you arrive at your preffered time, pipila ka pa rin. This is for their ever gotesco commonwealth branch.

So I waited for almost 3 hours. I went to the biometrics and had my fingerprints scanned and picture taken. The guy who accommodated me said "ay lagot" and then consulted someone higher than him, asking if my clearance can be released. Unfortunately, they said no. And that I would have to go back after 5 workking days because of verification. I was annoyed again because they only handed me a small scrap of paper saying "April 16, 2013 Ever Commonwealth" with no official stamp whatsoever.

If I knew how inefficient the ever commonwealth branch is in accommodating their online applicants, i shouldve just did the normal way. Suggestions for those who are applying online. Don't go to ever commonwealth. Bad service.

I'm not sure with the NBI, but for most transactions with the government or private offices where I have to claim stuff but lost their claim slips or receipts, carrying a valid government ID or two works wonders.

i got married last year and i need a CHange of Name sa NBI.

Yung sa unang screen from the site online, Maiden name yung hiningi.

Pero They Didnt ask na for the Change of Name pag married. Paano ko malaman if okay yung application ko?

salamat sa hassle free transaction ng nbi online clearance! natapos ko lahat including the release of the clearance in 10mins. ok lang din kahit nawala ang gcash receipt, ang importante valid id and the qrcode printout.

may nakapag-apply naba dito thru online? mas mabilis ba procedure? thanks 

Same question po. and is it true na magbabayad muna thru gcash bago magapply online?

^yes kailangan mo munang magbayad sa globe wireless center ng gcash, P140 para magkaroon ka ng reference number. after that makakapagregister ka na sa website nila, https://nbi-online.com/login. afterwards, all you have to do is print your QR code then go to the 4th Flr of NBI UN Ave. pag walang nakapila, it will take about 5mins to process the clearance at pag wala kang hit like me, you will get the clearance on the same day.

Hi, i tried the online registration for nbi clearance. i had it scheduled for may 28 at 10am. Unfortunately, i wasn't able to come 'coz of family emergency. do i have to book for a new one? Or should i go directly na lang even if i missed the scheduled appointment? will my payment be forfeited if ever pumunta ako after a week ng scheduled appointment ko? please help mgs sis! thanks!

Pa schedule ka uli Sis kasi may list sila ng mga naka schedule for the day. Baka di ka i accomodate
