I need an NBI clearance and it's my first time to get one, pwede ba sa satellite offices nila sa Robinsons Malls?

is it true na need ko muna makareceive ng confirmation text from their number bago ko mavalidate online? i read it here sa thread na ganun daw... hay

after paying sa gcash sis may confirmation db? stating the ref# you need that kasi ilalagay mo yung sa validation sa website.

  finally!!! I was able to register online!! Tiyagaan lang talga. It was still worth the hassle of lining up for hours sa nbi satellites. Thanks for your help!!

It's my second time to do e-clearance, Pero this time just like some people here, me glitch and di ako maka validate. sabi sa NBI site na email ko sila with a scanned copy of my receipt.  Sana within 24 hours nga sumagot sila.

Why does this message keep on appearing? “Please make sure you have not mistyped your reference number and mobile no./date registered.”
Please email the following information to eclearance@nbi-online.com with the subject “payment validation error”:
 GCash reference no.
 Date of transaction
 Amount paid


 Scanned copy of your GCash receipt
They will assist you w/in 24 hours.

Good evening mga sis.

Pahelp naman. Kasi I need to have NBI for my job requirements, dito lang naman sa pinas. Wala ako gcash, paano yun? Nagpunta kami kanina ng brother ko sa globe center megamall. Binigyan ako ng form ng gcash eh wala nga ako gcash. Sabi pa na kelangan ko pa raw tawagan yung NBI bago ako magtransact a knila. Nalilito na nga ako. Bukas baka agahan nalang namin pag punta sa MAIN kasi alam  ko na may hit ako just like before. Pagtiisan nalang yung mahabang pial. Kainis kasi eh.

Help naman mga sis kung ano dapt gawin.

^just fill out the application form sila naman kasi magpaprocess ng payment saka kahit saang nbi naman alam yung gagawin dun. better yet go to this website and follow the instructions.

wala ng renewal of nbi as what i read here and sa website ng nbi. new application ulit ganon din pipila ulit sis vain_kixie.

i applied sept last year lang nung nagbago na system nila. wala parin renewal? that would suck bigtime.

@vain_kixie sis as far as I know wala na renewal considered new applicants na lahat, unlike before na may mga kiosk pa. kahit renewal same process pa rin dadaanan mo sad lang.

wala pa talaga renewal. what i did, i went to the robinsons otis mall around noon. only 6 people were on the line. i was finished in about 10min! im going back on the 25th for the clearance since i got a hit =) robinson's otis is just near nbi taft. along UN AVE.

^yup i asked din kasi i was able to secure an nbi clearance last year so i asked if pwede renewal na lang. the lady said di daw mahahanap saved info ko. encode pa rin everytime but the nbi guy said BAKA raw next year may renewal na
