so happy, i got mine today 1 day processing only, 2 hours lang and then done. thank God, hindi ganon kahaba ang pila. tiyaga at didskarte lang ang kailangan din.

@ sis rockstar-sa rob galle ako sis. not otis, i  dunno how to get there... hehe... nawawala ako pag line1 ako ng lrt e...

^ganun ba sis? i thought otis ka nagpunta. so maaga ka nun pumunta sa rob galle? sabi kasi super early dapat pag dun kukuha ng clearance... as in mga 4am, para makakuha ng number.

hi rockstar, sa mandaluyong city hall ako pumunta. hapon na ako pumila.

@ sis rockstar-yep sis. dapat early ka... but you may also get ur nbi clearance at madaluyong city hall. its a lot easier there compared to rob galle. as early as 8am, open na sa mandaluyong, unlike sa rob galle, 10am ka pa pwede makapasok kahit nakapila kana at may number.

sis rockstar, saan ka ba malapit? malapit lang ako sa mandaluyong kaya doon ako kumuha. anyway, these are the lists of satellite offices:

Quezon City Satellite Office (Quezon City Hall)
Mandaluyong Satellite Office (Mandaluyong City Hall)
Las Pinas Satellite Offce (Las Pinas City Hall)
Muntinlupa Satellite Office (Alabang Market)

hirap sa mall maaga pilahan pero tiyaga lang din. it's up to you kung kailan ka pwede. pili ka lang diyan. since wala pa akong ginagawa, in my experience and someone told me na madali sa hapon.

thanks sis ravena & prettykhae for your replies. Pinakamalapit sana yung Mandaluyong sa akin kasi Makati/Taguig area ako.

Anyway, I was in Manila earlier today and I tried Robinson's Otis. I got there before 11:30am and the process was fairly quick. I finished around 1:30pm. Malas lang may hit ako so I have to go back to get my clearance.  Nakakapag taka lang talaga, first time ko na may hit and to think unique na yung first name ko ha and hindi common yung surname. weird talaga. And na-observe ko parang mas madami yung may hit na kasabay ko kanina.

^ hmm, i dont think there's a problem with the database of NBI sis... nagkataon lang siguro na almost lahat kayo dun kanina may hit...kasi pwedeng, last time may hit ka, next time naman ala na. just like the girl i have met in the queue while im securing my nbi clearance in rob galle...

@ rob galleria mga sis early as 6am or 7am nagpapasok sila sa main entrance in front of edsa.. i tried kaso super haba na when i arrived ng 730am..more than 50 na yung nakapila..malapit sana sa office ko..

sa online ako nag apply ng nbi..wala pa 1 hour im done na..kahit sa UN ako dumayo..

i guess yung glitches ngayon sa system nila kasi madami na applications na nai-lodge.. testing pa lang ata sila.. kasi iisang pc lang nung nag try ako last feb...

in time dapat mas madami na sila na pc to process eclearance..

^ sis ako this april lang.. 1030 am nga to be exact kami pinapasok e... kaya ata dina sila nagpapapasok as early as 7am sa loob ng mall kasi recently may holdapan sa loob ng rob galle.

hi mga sis!ask ko lang sa mga nag online (E-clearance) application, hinahanap ba talaga yung confirmatory text message sa "booking" upon entering the NBI?nag text kasi ko to book pero wala pa ding reply..thanks!

pwede ka sis mag MRT baba ka ng taft then LRT 1 baba ka ng UN, then pag baba mo ng LRT tawid ka lang sa kabilang side NBI na un..

went to NBI taft today..at 12 noon di na sila nagpapasok dahil cut off na daw,good thing nag apply ako online..grabe as in grabe yung pila dun,nakakaawa sila.. wala pa ngang 10 mins tapos na ko but need to go back there, need pa daw i-verify..
with regards sa text sa globe for booking, i don't think na kailangan pa yun kasi di naman nila tinitignan or tinatanong..ang importante is yung print out ng confirmation online..

^ I agree to that sis, I think you can go there pa nga any time as long as you are booked on that day.  They are not checking on the schedule eh, what they need is the printed confirmation lang with the QR.

Hi. Nagbayad ako kanina sa Globe then nasa Account Registration & Validation of Payment page sa NBI website pero langing pabalik-balik lang ako dun sa same page. Lumalabas "Please make sure you have not mistyped your reference number and mobile no./date registered"

I think naman lahat ng details: 9 digit reference number galing sa receipt sa Globe:, date registered ang napili ko and tamang capcha pero hindi pa rin ako napupunta dun sa registration page. Help!

Hi I paid the 135 pesos sa Payment Center and then nakapag-register na din ako and all today. May QR code na din ako but when I texted the number 09175638054 for my appointment hindi naman sila nag-rereply ( I sent several texts already). And then I read on their website that if you have questions regarding payment etc, text 09175638053 so I texted my appointment details there hoping to get a response, and alas! They replied using another number with the message "NBI HELP DESK: Thank you for your msg. We will get back to you within 24 hours."

 Ok lang ba pumunta dun even if walang confirmation from them regarding my appointment? I badly need to go there on Monday to process my NBI clearance.  Thanks in advance.

^based sa experience ko and the other sisses here, i think okay lang na kahit walang confirmation text about your booking kasi hindi naman nila hinahanap yun..ang important na maipakita mo sa kanila is your print out ng registration mo online..
