yes sis, yan nga. Hay, mukhang gusto ng universe na mag apply ako online para may maishare ako dito. LOL. 2 NBI centers na pinuntahan ko today, parehas ako di tinanggap. So here I am sa net shop, kakagaling lang ng Globe Center and I will see if I can set an appointment via net. Will keep everyone posted.

hay nakakuha na ko ng nbi clearnace  kahapon,every day 400 plus lang yung bibigyan nila ng number,exact 8 am nandun nako,pang 284 number ko,kala ko by number nila tatawagin, yun pala first 300 lang muna in the morning ang iaaccomodate nila,then after nun yung the next 300 plus na in the afternoon,dapat mas maaga kang makaupo ng seat mas maganda kasi mas mauuna ka..madali naman magprocess ng NBI nag start ang processing pasado ten thirty na natapos ako exact 11:30 medyo sa hulihan kasi ako,malas lang kapag nahit ka babalik kapa after 1 week..atleast 1 valid I.D. ok na..

Wow. I got to NBI Taft 3:15 pm, got out 3:40 pm. Wow talaga.

Ok girls, this is what you do:

Step 1: Click and read: http://www.nbi.gov.ph/online_application.html
Step 2: Pay the amount via Gcash or Globe Center. Accdg. to the link above, 135 na dapat ang babayaran, but when I paid, it only came out to 230 php (I got 2 clearances w/ diff. purposes and I paid at a Globe Center.)

Step 3: Once you've paid, the reference number will be given and you will go back to the link aforementioned, where you will be directed to (a hopefully secure) page. Nakalagay naman dun sa website: "APPLY HERE FOR NBI CLEARANCE"

*based on my experience, twice ipapainput sayo yung mga fields, I don't know why. Wala naman naging problem after that.

Step 4: Booking the appointment. According to the website, once you sms the Reference Number, you have to include your mobile number or date and time (pag sa globe center nagbayad) DO NOT do this because magrereply sila na "your code is invalid"

Also, for location the only code accepted is: NCR (kasi sa Taft palang may E-application, despite the website saying nationwide na siya by 2012)

For MMDDYYYY, you input the date when you want to schedule the appointment. 
For HHMM, you input the time you want. IT NEEDS TO BE IN MILITARY TIME or 24 HOUR FORMAT.

So ayun, then you will receive a confirmation sms saying you are booked for that particular day and time. I asked for 3 pm and 315, and I got 2 confirmation SMS for 3pm and 4pm (system glitch I guess, pero ok na yun)

So when you get to NBI Taft, feeling special ka kasi makikita mo yung pagkahaba-habang mga pila and the guards will tell you to go straight up to the 4th floor. Once you get out of the lift, to your right, you will see some chairs with a sign saying "For E-Applicants". The door to its right is where you want to go into. Tapos nun, they will give you a provisional receipt and ask you to go straight to "Releasing" which is on the ground floor.

The End. (Ang bilis bilis niya. Grabe, for a bit I became hopeful na baka eventually lahat ng mga gov't office ay ma-streamline ng ganito. I'm not sure if it's because it's a Friday, but still, super bilis.)

PS. They are not open on Saturdays. And if you, like me, need several NBI clearances for different purposes (ie. for Local Employment and for Immig Purposes) 2 SEPARATE payments ang gagawin ninyo.

^ Hello po..ask ko lang po kung kelan kayo nagbayad for nbi clearance? mabilis po bang magpa-appointment (w/in days lang po?) saka po sa tingin nyo po ba madami-dami na din pong nag-aaply online based sa pila po nung kumuha kayo?

i paid sa globe center. nagpasched ako via sms. siguro dadami din eventually pero less hassle parin kaysa pumila sa traditional way. mabilis lang magpasched, nagbayad ako ng wednesday (11) i scheduled the appointment on the 13th. Nung pumunta ako, walang tao, there was one other dude lang who arrived after me.

Medyo nakakaworry lang kasi sa room where they took my biometric scan, parang isang machine lang ata ang meron sila. Hopefully  may backup sila.

^thanks for the update. ano ba mauuna kapag walang gcash bayad ba muna sa globe? nagpunta kasi ako sa globe center magtext muna daw ako sa nbi.  eh d ba sa kanila nga (globe) kinukuha ang reference number?

Bayad first sa Globe Center. Medyo hinde reliable the people there kasi hinde sila aware about their partnership with NBI . I had to show them the nbi website pa on my phone.

Btw, if you will be paying over the counter, ang nakalagay sa website ni NBI is "send to 2882917xxxxxxx" Tanggalin ninyo na ang 2882 when you fill up the form. Recipient's name/ Receiver's name, NBI lang nilagay ko.

thanks sis midnight! Nakakainis naman yung nagattend sa kin sa globe market market. pumila pa ko , nagintay pa ko  ng matagal, buntis pa naman ako. wala ring nangyari.

Yep. Kainis nga yung ganyan. At least yung nag assist sakin once na nakita yung webpage nag take na ng initiative at tumulong talaga. Ask them to write down the reference number din. Kasi malabo at dot matrix ata ang gamit nilang printer, hinde makita ng maayos.

next time will go there siguro early 5 a.m. last time we went 10 in the morning 5 hours akong nakatayo! ha ha.

question, matagal bang mag-reply pag nag-pa book ka. kasi nagtext ako ng around 11pm. tapos after non wala pang reply. o office hours lang sila nagrereply hehe.

The NBI Eclearance center is at the 4F sa UN Ave infront of manila doctors hosp..not the one in taft.. i got mine last fri..ingat sa elevator nila.. swerte when i used the elevator nakalabas naman ako but after meron na stuck =(..  yung room na me nakalagay na eclearacne just knock and give your confirmation email with barcode plus ID...

dont mind the very long line na makikita nyo..sila yung on the day nag aaply..

Dont forget to print yung web confirmation esp yung barcode kasi impt yun as proof .. kasi i scan nila yung barcode sa printout..plus your ID..

then you go down sa releasing area just give the receipt na galing sa nag process sa counter..
