Also common are quick temper, poor judgment, lack of motivation, social withdrawal, appetite change, lack of sexual desire, self-neglect, fatigue, and insomnia.[3]Euphoric phaseSymptoms of the euphoric phase include unusually good mood or cheerfulness (euphoria), extreme optimism, inflated self-esteem, rapid speech, racing thoughts, aggressive or hostile behavior, lack of consideration for others, agitation, massively increased physical activity, risky behavior, spending sprees, increased drive to perform or achieve goals, increased sexual drive, decreased need for sleep, tendency to be easily distracted, and inability to concentrate.[4]
I grew up extremely spoiled and it was sort of difficult for me to learn na I can't always get my way and that people are not expected to take my command or to bow at my every word. I easily get irritated but years of experience and interaction with people have taught me to control myself and react rationally instead of emotionally. Pick your battles, you dont want to have a miserable life just because your moods are controlling you. Nobdoy wants to be around negative people
