- in the menu bar, click [call] then [call a phone number]

- dial 18882211161 (check out other numbers here.
*make sure that the country selected is US

- prepare your Secure Web Pin which you can find in your PayPal Account. just go to contact us page and you will see 6 digit numbers.

- prepare you bank account details, credit card, etc...

Hi Sissies, is there a limit on the number of payments you are allowed to make in a day from Paypal? Today I purchased something online and paid using Paypal and it processed successfully. But when I tried to make another purchase from another website and tried using Paypal, it's asking me to add new CC or Debit Card and won't process my payment. Why does it do that? Thank you

yes it was just verified today and I've already used it to pay for my purchase from a group buying site. When I tried in another site it's really asking me to enter new CC or DC, also it even confirmed that I have 1 active CC account linked to my Paypal account.

^login to your paypal account and check if there's something... check if your account is still LIMITED...

or it's possible that the website you are purchasing doesn't accept NON US Credit Cards (billing address = US Address/Delivery Address)

i got my eon card last week as i've already been able to register to online banking. pero how come i can't get my paypal account verified? error message lagi that my bank denied my credit card. tama naman yung details na nilalagay ko. has anyone encountered these problems?

^ Paypal Verification - EON
1. The number at the middle of the card is the card number. The smaller number below your name is the bank account number. The bank account number IS THE ONE TO USE for verifying Paypal account.

2. Login to your Unionbank EON banking and search on the transaction history for the VISA Expanded USE charge. Remember the 4 digits that appear after the word VISA.

3. Login at Paypal & click on link & confirm your debit account. Enter the 4 digits (from Step 2)

What you need
- EON card and bank account number
- valid email address
- valid phone number
- valid mailing address = address indicated in your Unionbank EON card
- at least P200 deposit for the $1.95 that Paypal takes away for verification (it will be returned back into your Paypal account after a successful verification )

^ Thanks so much sis! I've been using the card number all along. Union Bank should indicate on their PayPal guidelines that the account number is needed and not the card number. Oh what would i do without my fellow GTallkers! Thanks again sis!

i'm new to paypal. i was sent some money through paypal. how do i withdraw it? i haven't browsed through the previous threads but i've done a little reading na rin online. kailangan ba eon card lang gamitin for this? or pwede din iba? sa mga nabasa ko sabi pwede daw debit card. eon is debit right? i have a bpi debit card. pwede din ba yun?

I checked my account and it says my sending and withdrawal limits have been removed. And yeah it's probably the website, because when I tried in another website ok naman siya

1. Bank Account
2. Union Bank EON or eWallet Debit card
3. Credit Card
4. Xoom



if thru bank account:
- Login with your PayPal account
- ‘withdraw fund to your bank account’
- type the amount and the chosen back account to transfer the funds
- click ‘submit’ to process

My dad is here in the philippines medyo low techie. Can i set up the account here for him do he can use it for his online shopping in us? Okay lang ba or mattrace pa ip of origin? Us resident naman siya. Ill just set up the account here

^you'll create a different account for him right? no problem if you create an account here or wherever... do the same thing for him, set up the account, register his CC, get verified...

just remember that some websites/stores in the U.S. accepts CC wherein the BILLING ADD = Delivery Address -- is in the U.S.     

some websites ok lang if the delivery address is different from the billing address of the CC...
