Tried Hiyashi Ramen in Kenji Tei in ATC (edit: sorry wrong area kanina hehe). I find it too tangy, I had to use some soy sauce and a lot of wasabi to at least enjoy it. (didn't try their hot ramen yet, lumakad ako under the sun so I tried to find something filling but cold) @_@

Then well, may Hapon na kumain dun, he said na okay ang ramen dun basta may kasamang beer. Tugoinks.

In Kenji Tei I love their Mabo Tofu Ramen, it's a bit spicy but the broth is flavorful.  Their large bowl is big enough for 2 tapos siguro add 1 dish na lang para busog talaga :)

Finally tried Ramen Yushoken, we ordered Tantan-Men, gyoza, aji tamago and shoyu maze soba.. their gyoza is really good for me, the aji tamago is just ok and i'll not order it next time, the noodles in their ramen is really good but i find the Tantan-Men soup quite oily.. i like shoyu maze soba over Tantan-Men.. we'll try miso or shoyu based ramen next time.. :) well, the price of their ramen is around 360 - 380 pesos each bowl and not that big bowl..

So in one week I tried three:

From Moshi Koshi (again) -- Shio Ramen with Aji[tsuke] tamago
In all fairness, they're improving. Technique here to appreciate the ramen is to eat the ramen as FAST (emphasizing the word) as possible, else the noodle gets saggy instead of chewy and the soup gets saltier. Meat was kinda dry though.

From Ikkoryu Fukuoka -- Ajitama Tonkotsu Ramen (hard noodles)
The noodles isn't as chewy as Moshi Koshi or Mitsuyado Sei-men (even when I asked for a softer sample), and the tamago isn't as tasty as the one in Moshi Koshi, but the soup is a bit thick albeit a bit too salty and the meat is softer than the one in Moshi Koshi (the toroniku in Santouka is a lot better for me).

From Mitsuyado Sei-men -- Curry Cheese Tsukemen (cold variety noodles)
This is going to be my favorite. Very chewy ang noodles -- what I did here was to mix the cheese (I didn't use all of it since I felt it's going to be too salty) with the noodles first, let it sit for a short while, around a minute, and then dip with the curry sauce. I wasn't able to finish all of it kahit sa small size nya. Ambigat sa tiyan hahaha!

My friends ordered double cheese tsukemen, karashi tsukemen, and tonkotsu ramen. Didn't like all of them to be honest.

Tried Ramen Nagi. It was just okay. We ordered the Black King and the Green King. I'm glad I did not line up for this the last time I went to HK :)

Then again, I am not a ramen lover. :)

tried regular-sized shoyu ramen and spicy negi ramen at Kenji Tei.. both broth are good and not super salty.. for the noodles, we still prefer Ramen Yushoken..

Happy to say that Ramen Nagi tastes exactly like it does in HK! Went there twice in a span of 5 days! Haha

I also tried the ramen place in Megamall across from Yabu. It was pretty good, the soup had a really thick consistency where you know it was cooked/boiled for many many hours.

Tried Hokkaido Ramen Santouka at SM Mall of Asia. Milky broth, okay yung broth for me, di maalat. We tasted the Shio, Shoyu and Kara-Miso ramen. Yung Kara-Miso yung spicy variant nila, pero hindi naman maanghang, just enough pero nalalasahan mo pa rin yung miso.

Tried ramen (tantanmen) of ryu ramen and curry restaurant. Ang sarap sobra. Spicy and creamy. Very delicious. It's located in UP town center.

1. Wrong Ramen - di siya oily kahit tumagal na and the noodles is very firm! the best :) but the place is really small. so come early!

2. Santouka

3. Ikkoryu Fukuoka - although nagiging oily na siya sa katagalan, masarap parin naman :D

4. Kimono Ken

5. Teriyaki Boy
