if di agad nagbayad ang buyer ng binili, pwede itong tawaging 'bogus buyer' but pag di maibalik balik ang pera ng sellei, di pwedeng tawaging 'bogus seller'. unfair. tsk tsk.

kase diba pag ang buyer di agad nakabayad madalas masabihan ng 'bogus buyer'. pano naman yung mga sellers na di agad nagsship ng items or yung ayaw magreturn ng money or yung super tagal naman magrefund ano ang tawag sa ganun?

Hayaan mo na lang sila dahil wala na nga yung pangalan mo dito di ba? Hindi naman siguro masama magtanong ng update. Magbayad ka na lang. Magbayad ka na lang kapag may pera ka na ulit. IMO, it's still not settled as long as di ka pa fully paid.

i really don't know the whole story but as i've read the first page.. grabeh ikaw pa may ganang magalit hermione28.. alam mo naman palang wala kang pera so bakit ka magpurchase ng hindi mo naman pala kayang bayaran.

kaya nawawalan ng trust ibang buyer/seller sa kapwa GTalkers kasi sa mga ganyang modus.. mas affected mga seller na all they want is kumita ng kahit konti.

To avoid getting sanctioned, regardless whether you happen to be involved in the said situation or not, it is again stressed that everyone, including you Hermione28 & Larraine, from making any more public posts. This is to avoid the situation from getting out of hand any further. Any more posts which violates the flaming, trolling or bullying rules will automatically merit a category 4 sanction.

From previous public posts, this has already been settled privately between the two members involved and it would be best to leave them to finish it without having to interfere and make unnecessary comments especially when we not directly involved.

there might be others who may have bought fake/used/invalid vouchers from other sellers and they can also post their stories so as to warn other gtalkers/buyers from sellers that we should not or be cautious in transacting with.

^This is precisely the reason why I suggested the locking of this thread. 

Come to think of it, there were (and are still existing) threads like this before, i.e. warning topics with names and even addresses (contact numbers pa nga) of those being complaint.  But never did we see the mods coming down with warnings like these.  I think the difference is that the one being complaint kept on responding, of course those who read the response couldn't help but also answer back (plus pihadong meron ding mahilig magRTM  ).  Ending di matapos-tapos na sagutan.  Which then construed as trolling, bullying and flamebaiting.  Kaya nga sabi ko ilock na lang at nang matapos na.  Lock lang naman at di iremove.  If there would be other cases (sana naman wala na) just make a new thread/post.  Kasi ito na nga ang nangyari puro muted na.  And this is just because we were concerned by what happened then alarmed by the response of the one being "accused".

makisagot lang ako hah, for me lang naman, this thread will also help the person involved kapag fully paid na siya, and siyempre magiging aware rin po lahat ng nag comment dito. Although meron na po silang private communication with this issue, it is also natural na maki balita kami na mga nag advise sa thread na ito. This will help her to clear her name, all they have to do is to post kung kelan niya na fully paid si buyer, and that buyer will just comment na tapos na ang issue. may happy ending for them, may proper closure

recently lang ngyare.. i ordered on line , roses & cakes for my mother in Philippines, for Valentine's Day,,, nung deniliver na yung flowers, pinagmadaling pa sign-an sa mother ko at dali dali ding umalis ka agad .. then after my mothe cheched na meron pa palang kasamang cake yung flowers... we tried to contact by landline ang mobile fone, walang answer from the seller....
