Sis it's obvious that you care because you keep replying to this thread. Actually, ako na ang nahihiya for you. Kung ang oras ng paglogin mo ay ginamit mo para magbayad ng P500, you have zero drama before this year ends. Dahil hindi kita kilala, I seriously will never understand why you keep defending yourself here instead of just simply paying PHP 500.

Wala namang exaggerated sis.  Paano kasi akala ng marami malaki yung value nung voucher na ayaw mo irefund kaya todo deny kang ibalik yung ibinayad ni sis Larraine.  Mahirap kaya ang buhay ngayon, hindi pwedeng ipapasa-diyos na lang kung may perang hindi sinasauli sa iyo.  Hindi rin maganda yung mga sinasagot mo.  The point you made in your posts could be summarized in one sentence: Ayokong magbayad at wala kayong pakialam.  Kung hindi pa naipost pangalan mo dito sa forum at niremind ka ng consequences nito in the future ni ayaw mo pang bayaran. 

Besides the posts here do not only apply to you and sis larraine.  Para na rin ito sa mga nagkakaproblema tungkol sa vouchers today as well as those who might have this problem in the future.  Lalo na kung several thousands na ang ginastos at peke naman pala ang ibinenta sa kanya.  Going to the police and having it blottered or to Tulfo to get assistance are also sound options.

You should also take care how you deal with people even in forums.  Kahit pa binura na pangalan mo kilala ka na rin ng mga tao dito.  Can you imagine what would have happened had you made this "mistake" with people in another forum?  Yung walang paki yung mga tao dun.  Baka may sarili ka nang website, inaannounce sa buong mundo na scammer ka, completo with pictures.

alam mo bang pwede siyang icomplain doon for selling fake/used gc's/vouchers and if proven guilty (most probably) e pwede siyang masanction ng suspension or if malaki ang amount talaga pwedeng expulsion. kase nangyari yung incident while part siya ng university. tapos syempre ayaw ng university na madamay ang name nito sa mga ganyang issue kaya pag nagcomplain si sis larraine s school officials eh lagot yung seller. kase hindi kinokonsinte ng school yung ganun.

I'm so sorry for the inconvenience that I brought from  sharing my experience but please don't think that my fellow GTalkers who posted their opinions here are bullying sis Hermione28.  Kung babalikan yung previous pages, puro payong kapatid lang ang sinabi nila. Na-aggravate lang naman dahil sa naging sagot ni seller.

Intellectual na  usapan ang nangyari and in my own opinion, sis hermione28 will not realize that what she did is wrong without the remarks/opinions of my fellow sisses. Hindi masama at hindi paninira sa kapwa o pag-invade ng privacy ang mag-salita ng mga bagay na totoo namang nangyari.

Parang unfair naman po kung bawal mag-sabi ng pangalan ng nanakit sa amin. why? dahil ba mapapahiya sila? paano naman po yung rights ng majority na maging vigilant at protektahan yung sari-sarili nila?

We are all like sisters/brothers here. In this thread, sis Hermione28 may be the villain pero sa totoo lang pinapangaralan lang sya...itinatama yung mali nyang perception about the responsibilities of a seller. Yun lang yun.

Huwag sana ipagbawal  ang pagbibigay ng factual info dahil we all want to stop fraud at hindi matatakot o magdadalawang-isip manloko ang mga scammer kung alam nila na somehow ay protektado ang identity nila dahil nga bawal i-disclose ang name nila kahit na nanloko sila. (I'm not referring to sis Hermione28... but to the professional scammers who are all over)

Anyway as per sis hermione28, she partially paid me when she gave P100 last night.  salamat sa sisses na tumulong.  small amount lang ang P500 pero pera pa din yan na pinaghirapan ko kitain. I am also hesitant to air my experience here because like her, I also sell vouchers and other items, but then, I choose to share this matter because I am after fraud-free trading and I want my friends to be more cautious. It so happen lang na through this thread ay nabuksan ang isip ni sis hermione28.  I am thankful  dahil through the years, Girltalk is helping me and teaching me a lot of things.

sis larraine, please dont think na you caused us any inconvenience by airing your side of the story. we should even be thankful because you were brave enough to share what happened and with that, we can be more cautious in dealing with different  people. hindi naman lahat honest.

i agree na hindi paninira ng kapwa or invasion of privacy ang pagsabi ng totoo or pagshare ng details lalo na if nakasakit or may na-dehado. and i also agree that the seller will not come to the Decision if hindi napost ang name niya kahit sandali lang.

i found it also very unfair if the name of a bad person or person who made a mistake and does not want to own up to it is not posted lalo na if that person caused pain in any way to the aggrieved party. di ba dapat dun tayo sa tama? diba we are here to share experiences na ganun? in my opinion, di ba  dapat lang naten iwarn ang mga ibang sis naten sa mga ganyan bagay so they would not experience what we went through? responsibility naten ang magshare ng names and events lalo na if factual naman ito.

buti naman pala at nakapagbayad na yung seller. sana mabayaran nalang agad yung remaining balance para matapos na din yung issue and maging okay na din kahit pano.

No worries sis larraine. You should never feel sorry for being a victim. I've been a GTalker for 6 years. Lagi naman tayong nagppost ng mga comment, feedback or general experience natin, whether good or bad, sa mga pinagbibilhan natin. Nagppost tayo directly ng pangalan. If I want to try something new, I search it first here before I go to Google. Hehe. 

The way I see it, our intention is to inform each other. To share our rave or disappointment, as if nagkkwento ka lang sa kabarkada mo.

Like what Mod said to sis Hermione28, she has gotten herself in this situation and she needs to deal with it. As for us, we will continue our happy life here in GT.
