^try mo ulit tawag sa cebpac. hopefully yun makakausap mong agent e alam na ang gagawin.

you can pay it naman thru bdo online if meron kang account.

pag wala talaga, abangan mo na lang ulit mareturn yun slots tapos book mo na lang ulit.

Kurengkeng, we have the same problem. Ive been trying to pay my bookings since morning pero until now invalid payment details pa rin! Mainit na rin ulo ko.. Hehe..

sis kurengkeng and sis twinx29 : I've had the same problem since April. Na expire ang two bookings ko because of the mysterious "invalid payment details" ng BDO internet banking samantala I've been doing the same thing for the last couple of years. And because I don't own a CC, at sa inis ko, called my bro sa Pinas to buy the ticket itself sa ticketing office. Hay.

And sadly, kapag pala sa ticketing office bumibili, hindi optional ang insurance fee, automatically billed sya unlike sa online bookings. So that's 250 php insurance x 2 (me and my husband) x 2 (roundtrip) = 1000php agad on top of the payment. BDO or cebu pac or whoever's concern should do something about this.

sabi sa pex, may contractual issues daw ngayon ang bdo & cebupac regarding online payment, pero pwede pang magbayad sa bdo via atm or over the counter. sana maayos na nila kasi ang convenient ng online payment, at marami akong nabook na flights dahil dito. madami din akong kilala na ganito ang preferred mode of payment so sayang kung aalisin ito ng cebupac.

^aha, that explains. oo sobrang convenient, di ko na nga naisipan kumuha ng CC because of their online payment option, pero ngayong mukhang di pa maayos, parang gusto ko na ng CC huhu

acgtually, tumawag ulit ako sa cebupac. ang sabi nya is to pay via bdo atm. e heller!!! gabi na kaya. pano pa ako lalabas para maghanap ng atm. hay talaga. badtrip!!!

nagtry din ako magbook cc mastercard pero ayaw tanggapin
naka ilang attempts din ako  kainis gusto k p naman ng mabilis na confirmation hay
ayun sa bdo payment counter na lang pinili  ko naubusan tuloy ako ng magandang flight sa hk 
tapos expected ko the next day nasend na confirmation asus 4pm na wala pa din
tumawag ako sa cebu pac kesyo di pa daw pasok payment grrrrrrr pina email sakin scanned payment slip  awa ng Diyos after 30 minutes nareceive ko n ticket

May naka try na ba sa inyo mga sis na magkamali ng input ng Mr. or Ms?  Yung sa akin kasi yung isang kasama ko na boy ang nakalagay sa kanya Ms.  Now ko lang napansin, November 2011 pa namin nibook yun. Domestic lang naman, via cebu pac. May bayad kaya pag itawag ko sa cebu pac and ipa-korek?

^^Ang alam ko wala naman bayad yung ganon. I booked a domestic flight for my cousin last year eh nagkamali ako ng lagay ng last name, kala ko updated na passport nya with her married name eh hinde pa pala. Kaso sya na yung kinelangan magpabago, I couldnt do it na for her. Wala naman syang binayad.

I booked Cebu Pac for our boracay trip this June. Ninenerbyos ako talaga kase parang naungusan yata ng Cebu Pac ang Zest air sa dami ng nega feedback. Plus, yung recent Boaracy trip namin, we took Zest Air and sobrang hassle free and bilis. Sana naman ok na Cebu Pac with their flights by June.

Where can I contact Cebu Pacific for a complaint?? Called their hotline but they can't assist complaints!

I wonder how reliable Cebu Pac in handling checked in baby stuff like strollers. My husband is insisting that we bring our umbrella stroller to our Bora trip because our yaya isnt coming with us. Kaso natatakot ako baka mawala or ma-mishandle, I swear I'm gonna pull off a CB
