^naku sis madami reklamo sa ZestAir.. Pero mga friends ko na sumakay na dyan said na mga 20-30min late lang naman daw sila so far.. Swerte nila kung ganun..

^Oh no!  Like what sis?!  I just booked Kalibo to Mla thru Zestair.  Medyo hesitant nga si hubby sumakay kahit bayad na kasi takot daw siya :-(
Sabi naman ng officemate ko ok lang naman daw kasi int'l airport na Kalibo so medyo malalaki naman daw plane ng Zestair... Please give insights.... thanks!

^sis, OT na pero sabi rin ng friends ko, delayed lang daw sila ng ilang minuto.. Minsan kasi cancelled ang flights ng zestair dahil sa makina/eroplano inaayos.. Ang complains lang naman dun ay di sila naiinform na cancelled flights nila at poor ang customer service nila.. Minsan maalog/rough ang pag landing pero depende na siguro yan sa pilot.. Pero aside from that, wala naman ako naririnig na iba..

pero para di OT, kahit naman sa cebu pacific, may mga nadedelay na flights.. pwede na siguro mga 20-30min pero kung +hours na, hirap mag antay ng flight, no!

^^Nung nag-bora kami last  december, cebu pac manila to caticlan delayed ng more than 30mins, tapos maliit lang yung plane.. 2seats lang per side, nung pauwe naman zest air kalibo to manila, dumating on time yung plane at nag-board kami on time, na-delay lang pag-take off kasi hinintay muna mag-land yung plane ng cebu pac.. mga 20-30mins din kami nag-wait sa loob ng plane bago nag-take off.. mas malaki yung plane ng zest air kasi 3seats per side compared sa nasakyan namin pa-caticlan..

I love cebu pac kasi dami payment options. very helpful sa mga walang cc like me. hehe. thank God for (BDO) internet banking.

tip nga pala sa mga constant flyers, register for ceb club member para every time you book a flight online, you only need to log-in tapos naka-retain na yung information ninyo, no need to re-type everything lalo na pag nag-eerror. I registered under my name tapos add guest option allows you to add other names (i.e. husband, kids). Ayun, hehe. Isang checkbox lang, lalabas na infos nila

BTW, may konting prob ako with paying via mybdo.com.ph, anyone has encountered "Invalid payment details"? sobrang chinek ko na, ilang ulit ni-enter, same error. di na ako aabot sa 12MN deadline. =(

sis, mga 1pm ata yung flight namin sa cebu pac nung december.. as far as i know, kaya delayed kasi 1pm na di pa naglaland yung plane na sasakyan namin to caticlan..

Scenario: There's 3 of us in one itinerary. I'll be arriving NAIA at a much later time than my friends. Friend ko nag-book for me. Do we really have to check-in together or pwede separate?  Pwede bang isa lang yung mag-check-in online? Or sa counter?

Sorry if this has been answered, I've backread as much as I can but I can't seem to find the answer.

^sis if you will use the web checkin facility, all the passengers listed in the itinerary ay machecheckin mo na,
but for the checkin counter, kung sino lang iyong andoon na or nagpresent ng ID sila lang iyong machecheck-in (so pwede separate iyong pagcheck-in nyo )

eh hindi ba piso naman talaga ang fare?  nadagdagan lang dahil sa taxes at aviation fees

my dear, dahil sa mga promo na yan madaming tao ang nakakabyahe, including me, madaming tao ang nakaka afford ng mababang fare unlike before na libo libo ang kailangan mo para makabyahe ka. dahil sa piso na yan less than 1k eh nakakarating ka na kung saan saan ng balikan!
 aminin natin nung hindi pa nauuso yang promo fares na yan, select people lang naman ang nakakaafford diba? yun ang totoo.. now, even a regular wage earners can enjoy travelling without having to shell out a fortune.

 cebu pacific kase sila ang nagsimula ng trend na yan sa pinas and yes with regards to regular fare, other airlines are much cheaper, at times.

Well, yeah, cebupac and other low-cost carriers really do offer drastically reduced airfare, but as far as advertising goes, deceiving naman talaga to call it piso fare, di ba. The definition of airfare is the price you have to pay to travel by plane, so natural dapat sakop na nya lahat ng extra fees. The total amount na. Why not call it simply a seat sale. Oh well, gulatan na lang pagnag-mock booking for those who aren't familiar pa, though I'm sure by now a lot of us are.

kaya most of us, before booking, chinecheck muna difference nung base fare at pag may babayaran ng iba. Kasi kagulat gulat talaga especially sa first time magbook sa promo kasi nga deceiving. Hehe! If possible, lower rates ang kinukuha ko not because yun lang ang afford but because gusto ko yung ma-save na money, ma-carry over sa budget for pasalubong, etc. para mas enjoy =)

ok let me change the word, AFFORD to DISCOUNTED, PROMO RATE what else pa ba?

for me it's not deceiving, nakalagay naman when they advertise eh piso lang ang BASE FARE, not your total bill..

and i dont think that its only them who does the "deceiving/false advertising" most if not all products do that. 

im just stating na sila nagsimula, dont mean any harm to that point.

thats why the next time theyre on sale, try to do a mock booking to get an idea as to how much it will round to. if you find it "not saving you any money" then dont buy or look else where.

^that's what I do (mock booking first), I just posted na malaki talaga difference No harm intended too anyway, this is a forum. So we are allowed, I think, to post not just info but also insights especially when those insights can inform/warn other people who are not that knowledgeable on certain things.. No need to make this certain issue longer as it goes off topic already. The important thing is, one posted something about the huge difference of the promo and the total fare and another person also posted to inform naman regarding the rules and regulations na separate yung base fare promos from other charges kaya malaki difference.. It just so happened na the other posted like "kaya may promo kasi rich people lang nakaka-afford dati" or something like that, which for me is wrong..

If the fare is still expensive, it's already implied that customer can still look for other airlines that offer cheaper promo/regular fares.. No need to repeat it over and over again.. Though, thank you for also answering our concerns para mas informative sa mga readers

Anyway, back to topic, ask ko lang, if may bayad ba pag nagkamali ng spelling sa pag book? And also, my mom won't be going with us pero sa kanya naka-name yung baggage, may extra charges ba pag pinatransfer yung baggage, for example, sakin?

i dont think you can use her baggage allowance.
bayad sa spelling, depende if ilang letters ang mali, kung isa lang wala.

Hindi ko 'to alam before. Pwede mo palang mapa-refund ang ticket mo EVEN IF promo fare pa yun.

I had chickenpox more than a month before and unfortunately natamaan nya yung supposed to be travel ko to Ilocos. My sister, who's pregnant right now told me to call 5j and ask kung marerefund ko siya. May refund case din kasi siya 'cos we are supposed to have a trip to SG and KL together but hindi na nya ippursue cos due date nya yung travel dates namin.

Fortunately, inapprove ni 5j yung request for refund ko provided na i will be presenting some documents such as medical certificate and prc id of the attending physician. The good thing pa is that entitled ako to refund din a booking of 1 (one) companion. Buti na lang, two lang talaga kaming aalis nun.

Super bilis lang ng process nila. Basta you provided the needed requirements, mabilis na. I got to refund it na last week sa 5j ticketing office and full refund siya. Thank you Cebu Pacific!

^pwede sis nangyari na samin yan before. Di nakasama yung friend ko. Pinayo lang ng friend ko na nagwowork sa cebu pac na marerefund daw basta may mapresent kaming medical certificate plus 2 ID nung friend ko.approved naman kaso don sa CC na ginamit namin magpabook bumalik yun refund. Pero ok lang 2500 din yun ha
