@chil08kulet mahal ang rebooking fee sis... might as well get a refund then try to make a new booking 

promo kasi yun kaya hindi pwede irefund.. kaya antay na lang ulit ako.. o kaya check ako ng murang flight para yung difference na lang babayaran ko..

        mga sis patulong naman.I booked a flight with cebu pac and after clicking for the payment and have my visa verified,sabi dun denied daw...then it also sasy there, STATUS  "ON HOLD"

        i called up my bank and asked them why my transaction was denied and she said ,nagkamali daw ako sulat ng 3 digit number found at the back of my visa card.and i was told that the transaction didn't push through and she told me i can try booking again.Is she right? can i book again? baka kasi magdoble  ang bookings ko since ON HOLD STATUS KO.

      PLS advise me on what to do.do i have to call cebu pacific assistance? i am abroad kasi.what number will i call?

    pls pls help me.thanks so much

^ since you already called the bank & you haven't been charged... meaning the transaction didn't pushed thru

              ^thanks ,bratinella dear.will try to book again.grabe i am booking for 20 persons.hiwa hiwalay ang pag book ko kasi i noticed the price of the ticket goes up after my first booking.when i tried booking for 10 persons at the same time,they charge more.

              I first booked for 4 person ,a one way ticket to coron costs 1149 pesos.then i booked again for another batch of 4,the price for 1 way ticket went up to 1549 pesos.so what i did was i booked separately,4 in the morning and 4 at night.grabe pala mag book sa cebu pac,nakakaloka ang price ng ticket nila

^sis, maybe you could try to call them and ask for a group rate? that way, di ka mahihirapan magbook ng by batches.

Usually nageemail sakin CebPac few days bago flight ko na may option na ako mag web check in bakit ganun ngayon wala eh bukas na alis ko... paano ba mag web check in, yung free lang ha, hehe. yung napupuntahan ko kase lagi sa site is parang may bayad kase nanghihingi ng credit card number eh. help please. Thanks!

Be sure na nasa Web-Check In tab po kayo nang 'Manage Booking'
The system will ask for your confirmation code at full name.
You can authorize it then you need to print out the new IR.

madali na siya pagdating sa Cebupac counter, they'll ask for ID then isusulat na lang kung anong gate kayo maghihintay.

last March 14 na delayed yung dating ng plane from MLA to KLB .. because 6:45 yung departure time namin eh 7pm na wala pa.. so nag ask ako sa cebupac's personnel ang sabi sakin wala daw estimated time kasi ayaw daw nila mag set ng expectations .. sa asar ko nag post ako sa FB ko ng ganito

to be fair, our flights this month were not delayed - all of them ay on time!

2 weeks ago I went to hk nung departure dito sa manila na delay due to air traffic but we were asked to go to the plane on time and nunng pauwi we arrived 10minutes earlier naman.  So swertihan lang but on the board I noticed most of the SG flights are delayed up to 1 1/2hr.

question mga sis...tried to book w/ cebu pac today...year round fare ang binook ko cause wala promo fare...bakit walang option to pay it thru payment centers? nakalagay lang credit card at bancnet online... are the other options available lang if may promo fares???

I dont think so..... Meron yan sis. Na try ko mag book before yung hindi promo tapos sa bank ko binayaran......

So far I'm happy with CebuPac. Lahat ng flights ko on time or advanced pa like kanina. 15minutes na mas maaga sa CEB-MNL trip namin. May issue lang kanina when I was about to get our boarding pass. May balance daw ako na 448 pesos for my check-in baggage. Eh wala naman ako bags na for check-in. Yun pala yung teller sa NAIA, nag charge ng check-in fee sakin na dapat para sa passenger na nauna sakin. Kaloka. But the supervisor at Mactan Airport was very competent naman and was able to resolve the issue within a few minutes.

^well cebupac may provide a very cheap ticket but they also try their best to provide good service

uncle booked our flights manila-palawan thru cebupac office. go lite ang tickets namin.
since marami kaming bagahe, can we pre booked our extra baggages also dun sa office, or sa website lang to nagagawa? kasi sinasabi nya sa airport na lang raw 100 per kg which is much more expensive than sa website.
and when i tried to do it online, baket may extra charges pa? dapat 1200 php lang ang extra baggages ko naging 1276?? ano may web fee? kaya mas gusto ko dun na lang sa office. can we do it there?

^you can reinstate thru their call center as well. just make sure you have a credit card and that your flight is more than 4hrs pa before departure. a 15kg baggage reinstatement costs Php168 (that is 150 plus 12% tax). pag sa check in counter ka na nagpareinstate during your check in, over 400 na yun babayaran mo.
