Mahal sya compare sa airphil, tinanggal ko na lahat ng baggage 3,400 for 3 pax while sa airphil 2,400 for 3 pax din, same destination same promo, mas maaga nga lang travel date ng cebu

Anyway, question mga sis. Has anyone tried to do a connecting flight with cebu pac? domestic to international? Pag delay si domestic and hinde maka habol kay international, may sagot ba cebu pacific dun? Or TY yung international ticket mo?

I'm a bit worried kasi coz my family is traveling from the province and the ETA sa manila is 625pm. The flight to Singapore is at 925pm. I would say 3 hours is enough of a gap. However, I went home last October and December, and sus, puro delayed yung flights, as in walang palya ang pagka delay ng RT ko, both times. That's with both cebu pac and other airlines, i love to mix and match airlines kc haha, kung saan mura ang tix. Anyway, so my main question is, would the check-in counter be a little bit forgiving about moving their "counter closed" time if ma late ang passengers dahil sa delay ng domestic flights nila? (PAL was extremely helpful with this on my travel a year ago, delay ang domestic, mangiyak-ngiyak na ako).

8.5.1 The Airline is strictly a point-to-point carrier and is not responsible for any connecting flight of the Passenger or for any misconnection arising from any delay or cancellation of the scheduled flight.

8.5.2 Passengers and Baggage will be checked up to the Sector for which the Passenger has checked-in. Passengers with connecting flights must claim all Baggage and clear through immigration and customs authorities in all airports and check-in to their connecting flights.

8.5.3 The Airline offers connections within its network and these are sold as such. Only Passengers who have availed themselves of the Airline’s flight connections (throughfares) will be treated as connecting guests.

mga sis, has anyone used complimentary tickets from cebu pac? pano ba yun? They gave me round trip tickets kasi (any destination except Japan) for their mistake during my trip last December.
napakalimited naman kasi ng info dun sa card na binigay nila sakin (nakalagay lang non-rebookable and non transferable). pero sabi tawag lang daw ako sa hotline.  ano yun? i'll just give them my name then may record na sila nun? wala naman kasing confirmation # or anything basta tawag lang daw ako. i want to avail na sana next week. baka naman napakadaming restrictions nun a, like not valid on weekends or peak periods. Chinese new year pa naman.

In fairness to Cebu Pac, ok naman yung naging compensation nila for the trouble, kala ko maglulumpasay ako sa airport e. Christmas season yun and going home for vacation, wag sirain ang mood, lol nakalipad pa din naman ako and masayang nagpasko with my family 

I've learned my lesson na. basta peak season or basta weekends, fofollow ko na yung 2 hours before the flight. and magwewebcheckin na din ako. haha

mga sis tanong naman po, i'm going out of town this weekend. libre ng friend ko. di ko makita sa ticket kung may check in bags kame. but in case wala and on the spot ako mag check in sa check in counter, same price lang kaya nung nasa web na 150 minimum?

uber haba na po ng threads, di ko na mahagilap kung may ganitong case. TIA!!

what you could do is purchase prepaid baggage... you can do until 4 hours before your flight

sis ficklemind, call their hotline. i have complimentary tickets din before, and i availed it by calling the hotline and booking it directly via phone. then they will ask you to email them the voucher or card, or fax it to them.

^ thanks sis! madami ba restrictions yung complimentary tickets? since no definite date pa ako, and magdedepend sa leave ko, baka a day or two days before the flight ko siya itawag, sana pwede yun hehe.

i want to book my niece and nephew with their grandma going here in manila from province, their parents are both working outside the country.  magpapakita pa ba ng birth certificate, patunay na grandma nila kasabay nila sa plane?  need pa ba ng authorization letter from the parents?

Sis ficklemind, maybe you should call at least 2 weeks before your preferred flight, kase baka puno naman flight nila di ka din ma accomodate. In my case walang restrictions yun kahit kelan pwede ,o gamitin as long as available pa seats, i was able to book pa nga caticlan to manila. Kase yun yung pinaka mahal na local flight hehe.
