I stumbled upon a recipe for granola bars which calls for brown rice syrup to bind all the ingredients.  The one used was Eco Farm Lundberg (not sure which one is the brand, but these are all on the front label).

Any idea where to buy brown rice syrup?

^have you tried in Healthy Options? Di ko sure if meron there but usually I find those healthy type ingredients there. Baka sakaling meron in HO.

saan grocery nakakabili ng Tilapia fillet.. yung hindi naka-vacuum sealed. though I haven't check kung meron sa palengke.. labahita lang kasi mas famous sa palengke na pwede ipa-fillet..

^sa farmer's I can request na ipa-fillet yung tilapia. I think even in robinson's supermarket they do that. Yun Lang nga you pay for the whole fish
