Im officially over and done na talaga with this wedding prep thing coz i keep forgetting the rates. Haha. But it's definitely more than 13k now. Coz when i inquired, 13k is the old rate pa pero willing nilang ibigay if ever kukunin ko daw kase nakalimutan nilang iupdate yung rates that time.  Yup check mo the facebook account, it's like they're gonna prepare a red carpet full studio set up with all the lights and reflectors in your venue. Ok sana sya for give aways sa guests kase malalaki ang portraits with frames pa agad. And since you have how many hours allowance between church and cocktails? 2 or more? That should be enough sana to cover the vacant periods. That was Just a suggestion. You probably have better ideas since you know your guests more. Few months na lang, best of luck!

Wow mahal din pala flipbook, but ako nga i like that idea eh hahaha i have a fiance who is hard to please

^belle_v2g I see, cool naman red carpet treatment bagay siguro for ballroom weddings but unfortunately not my low-key garden setup haha. Mura na sila kung ganon considering flipbooks is 25k. I have a 1.5 hour gap for cocktails then start na program. My emcee who is also a coordinator told me to cut it down from 2 hours kasi kahit anong ok at dami daw ng food and activities e inip na mga tao after 1.5. Last few months, yes, gagraduate nadin ako from this wedding planning thread and into the married life one hehe

oo nga sis. 2 hrs is too long..  a good band and singer should be entertaining while they are making chika... I'd like to suggest magpa-games ka with nice prizes...

We had our ceremony and reception in the same venue and there's an hour gap to flip the venue and for the post-nup shoots. We had a photobooth, a slambook page for guests to fill-up (for a raffle prize later), rounds of beers/mules, and food carts. To be honest, guests just went for the food and drinks! Haha.. a lot of our page wasn't filled up, and most photos on our photobooth we're taken after the reception. I guess it's because of the location since the food cart is in a separate area from the photobooth. But the point is, guests are just happy to be fed and mingle with people they are with. Don't stress too much on how to entertain the guests for the cocktail hour, just give them lots of food, drinks, and a decent place to hang-out.

It's all about food and drinks and mingling talaga especially sa cocktails kasi as guest tamad mag photobooth and games games. I want to bond and make chika Lang with friends.

Sisses, are there any other new ideas for the cocktail hour? We have been to two weddings this January and my dad has always been naiinip during the cocktail hour which lasts for 1.5 hours talaga. So apart from good food and drinks plus photobooth isipan ko raw ng iba pa.. Whatelse kaya?
