yup, everything's open and operating in regular business hours even during holy thursday and good friday coz it's the time when the flux of tourists peaks

^^ yup sis make sure you arrive early, as in early to avoid traffic during holy week. na-experience ko na during holy week the traffic was from the rotonda hanggang sa may radar/half-way, grabe!

             mga sisters,meron bang OK na collete's buko pie store sa Tagaytay? i don't find rowena's buko tart that good.i find it too sweet. they also have buko pie but there's only a few slices of buko inside,unlike collete's.

           Pls help naman po.i will be bringing some foreign friends with me and they are dying to taste it.ayoko namang pumunta pa sa laguna for the buko pie only since ang itenerary namin is within  tagaytay lang para less travel.

         i will really appreciate your replies

sis meron collettes across Jollibee Rotonda if i'm not mistaken, or beside RSM Mendez. why don't you try Amira's? along aguinaldo din siya, left side coming from Manila. lampas pa ng Pink Sisters and nasa corner siya ng Aguinaldo Hi-way and another street. best seller din ang Amira's plus they have a small cafe where you can dine with your guests.

Bag of Beans' Brunch Buffet sounds promising I always order their Breakfast Sampler when we go there. Nakakamiss naman, matagal na din ako na hindi nagtatagaytay. I want to go back pero iniisip ko what else I can do there if I travel solo. I always end up eating lang haha  I want to stay in Sonya's Garden kaya lang ang mahal.

^where are you coming from? walang taxi sa tagaytay... if you are going to one place to another, there are lots of trikes meron din jeepney along the main road

sis bratinella, we'll be taking a bus from pasay (at least that's our plan). hubby and i are having a weekend trip  sa manila next week and we want to do a side trip to tagaytay. majo malaki at matangkad kasi si hubby baka uncomfortable sa kanya mag-trike. so magj-jeepney nalang kami. accessible to jeepneys ba ang picnic grove, people's park in the sky, bag of beans?

^papunta ng picnic grove / peoples park parang walang jeep dun na derecho... liliko siya pa santa rosa / express way.... so no way but trike...

from pasay, if dadaan siya ng aguinaldo highway medyo ma traffic... if express way dadaan then sta. rosa exit, mas mabilis ito...

rode bus from MRT taft, around 1.5 to 2 hrs ang travel time to olivarez terminal

^ sis aguinaldo or SLEX dumaan bus? swerte sis no traffic ba? usually ako mga 2.5 to 3 hours, pero kasama na traffic don. pag walang traffic kaya ng 1 hour

and also, are they open during holy week? balak namin holy week akyat ng tagaytay.

Bag of Beans was closed last year nung Holy Thursday and Good Friday.

not sure san exactly dumaan, basta sa cavite not much traffic papunta. wala rin kasi masyadong stop yung bus.Pero nung pauwi, puro stop yung bus, umabot around2.5hrs.

Has anyone here been to Mt. Tabor Recreation Center? It's in Tagaytay-Canlubang Road. I am looking for a place na pangquick escape lang. Nasa ensogo sya ngayon. I'm interested to go there pero wala pa akong nababasang feedback. Ngayon ko lang sya nadinig, actually.

               hi mga sis,how far is Caleruega chapel from rotonda(Rotunda?),malayo po ba? how many minutes will it take us to reach the chapel? i have read here that the way to caleruega is from Green crest resort?
