^For Real Estate, meron mga seminars for brokers/agents, but it's open naman to others, you can just choose the topics na lang you want that's related to investing.

I was able to attend Citisec Online Free Seminar, same speaker ng Pesos and Sense.

Also, when I was an agent of Philam Preneed (now Philplans), daming financial related seminars, dapat kasi ma-explain why it's good investment, and financial planning.

Same here.  I want to attend real estate seminars.  My friend attended one before and I asked her, but the speaker doesn't offer seminars anymore daw. 

I want to do Real Estate investing next year to level up (hahaha)... where po yung mga seminars for brokers and agents? Where do you see what are the topics being offered? TIA

Usually, RFP's (Registered financial planners) conduct their seminars. some are Randell Tiongson, Efren Cruz etc

Hindi pa ako naka-attend ng Bo Sanchez Wealth Summit... just his Stock Market seminar and this other one, I forget the title. Honestly, disappointing... 80% of what he said sa first seminar, yun din sasabihin sa other seminar, iniba lang ang title. And 80% din ng sinasabi niya, you can read sa mga books niya. Hindi din super concrete. You have to join his club for the concrete advice. But this is just my opinion.

If super beginner and hindi nagbabasa ng financial literacy books, sulit yung seminars niya, I guess. He really makes things easier to grasp. Kaya lang... hanggang dun lang din... Additional pay if you want better finance education.

I am really now on the lookout for real estate na seminars. Pero I just want beginner's knowledge muna. I don't plan to be a real estate broker kasi.

I agree with you, Sis. Naka-attend na rin ako ng Truly Rich Seminar. Pang beginner talaga sya. Dahil nabasa ko na yung books nya, na-identify ko din na mostly repetitions din yung mga info sa seminar at sa books. Ang difference lang, after the seminar, Bo introduces other people na pwedeng i-approach for information on investing in mutual funds, real estate, etc. Dun din kami na-introduce sa IMG kasi may broker ng IMG na recommended ni Bo. Ang alam ko kasi, top broker din si Bo Sanchez ng IMG. Ayun. 

Very helpful naman sa tulad naming newbies noon yung free IMG seminars. Ang tawag nila doon ay Wealth Academy Series. Libre sya from Series 1 to 3 noon. Ewan ko lang ngayon. Until series 20 yata yon. Kaso, yun nga, kailangan maging broker ka din at bumili ng other financial products to attend the higher series. Not bad naman if you need the products like yung term life insurance ng Cocolife at yung Long Term Health Care Plan ng Kaiser. Gagawin ka rin nilang broker if you want to. Affiliated kasi sila sa sobrang daming companies like yung Rampver (bilihan ng mutual funds), Cocolife, Kaiser, Ayala, CrownAsia, DMCI, etc. Daming opportunities to sell. 

Good people naman sila kaso siguro hindi lang talaga para sakin ang selling kaya hindi ko pinursue. 

Minsan, nanghihinayang ako pero hindi talaga ako marunong magbenta eh. Haha. 

Anyway, free seminars are good naman. Kailangan lang wag magpadalos-dalos in case na may mag-offer ng products or membership.

Dr. Larry Gamboa of Think Rich Pinoy, who's also associated with Bro. Bo Sanchez, conducts seminars on real estate/property investing. In fact, the team will be giving a Seminar on February 9, 2013 on how to buy foreclosed properties or properties from “motivated sellers” and turn them around into rental properties or quick sales.

Sis. Maves Angeles, who writes for Wealth Strategies (Truly Rich Club e-newsletter) is also the marketing officer for Think Rich Pinoy.

Aside from Dr. Larry, the other speakers will include Bo Sanchez, Ronald Cagape, Eden April Alemania-Dayrit, etc.
