^^sis lady_jhade, since sila naman ang nag-alis ng flight sa airphil. pwede kang mamili ng oras kung san ka mas comfortable, try mong mag-mock book sa website ng PAL. ako lagi kong ini-insist kung anong gusto kong sched kasi hindi mo naman kasalanan yon eh, maayos naman yong nakausap ko kahapon & nasunod naman yong gusto kong 1pm, sobrang aga kasi yong dating flight ko na 7am. binook ko lang yon since promo kaya no choice sa oras.

have a Puerto Princesa - Manila flight for next thu, pero di na ko sasama, now there's 3 of us in that ticket, pwede bang pa hold or cancel yung sa kin, tapos the other 2 gora pa din?

promo fare sya, i think parang half off ng normal price(?)

^pag di mo naman nagamit yun ticket mo keri lang walang penalty or something. unless irerefund mo. pero since promo, non refundable yan malamang.

Naka-apat na trips na ako sa Airphils, so that makes eight flights. Ni isa dun, walang on time! Lahat delayed!!! The worst was yung flight ko from Busuanga to Manila na na-delay ng four hours. Wala man lang announcement na matino until after an hour of waiting, grrr. Tapos nung boarding time na, minamadali kaming lahat para makaalis na raw agad. Sorry naman na sila ang late at hindi kami! The plane that we got on was all-white -- no paint ng logo or number man lang! Ano yun, "colorum" plane? Parang mga unmarked FXs lang sa daan ah!

may nakapag try naba sa inyo ng GROUP BOOKING sa Airphil? How much yung nakuha nyo na discount?

nagpa qoute kasi ako then yung unang qoute na binigay sa akin last return flight ang binigay so i called them to change it na ilagay kami sa first flight kasi kailangan makauwi agad before lunch.

then the revised group reservation came. TAMA na yung return flight namin PERO ang TOTAL AMOUNT hindi nagbago. Diba dapat magbabago yun? We're expecting na mas mababa ang babayaran namin kasi mas maaga return flight namin.

The more the LATE ang RETURN FLIGHT the MORE na MAS MATAAS ang BASE FARE.

i'm so disappointed with airphil.

i booked my tickets halos ten months ago pa from SG to Boracay, leaving Friday night from SG tas with a 7-hour layover sa Manila. tapos they called me, sabi nagpalit daw ng schedule yung flight ko from 8pm to 12 midnight so ako naman natuwa pa na mas magiging maikli yung layover ko. tapos when i received my itinerary, friday AM yung flight ko! so bale yung layover ko is 26 hours! hindi ba natural isipin na pag na-move yung flight mo from 8pm to 12mn eh ibig sabihin na-delay at hindi naging earlier by 20 hours?

sobrang di naman yata kapani-paniwala na yung friday pm flight ay na-reschedule to friday na madaling araw. and nilinaw ko pa dun sa tumawag na change schedule lang ha, di naman ako na-bump off to a different flight or anything. tapos i checked online, may saturday midnight flight naman pala, pero di nila ako dun nilagay (i bet kasi mas mahal yung airfare na yun).

tapos sobrang useless nung call center agent sabi nya kasalanan daw nga nung tumawag sakin pero wala na siya magagawa dun. to think na i called pa from overseas. i got the same reply from a different call center agent (kasi naputol line the first time). ganun din sa twitter and e-mail cs rep.

so warning lang if ever na tumawag sila na mag-change sched, check niyo maigi kasi baka kung ano na naging schedule. ako naman kasi i trusted they were giving me the best available schedule, yun pala they were bumping me off the flight na.

^nangyari na din sa akin 'yan sis ..4 mos. earlier ako nag book tapos a week before our flight eh moved nila return flight ko pabalik ng maaga 'di ako pumayag kasi sayang naman yong isang araw ko sa Boracay. Sabi ng call center agent pede ko naman daw irefund, the point is saan pa ako makakahanap ng murang flight eh next week na yong sched ko at bayad na din hotel namin. Pinili ko na lang 'yong may connecting flight sa Cebu, kaya ilang oras din kami nag antay. Tapos nalaman ko mayron na palang flight yong original na na booked ko. Ang sama di ba..kaya minsan useless din yong nag avail ka ng cheap at early booking sa kanila.

hay it only means na overbook ang flight during promo hindi na maaccomodate lahat ng passengers. tsk tsk tsk halos ganyan ata palagi sa airphil

^ i don't think overbooked yung flight, kasi i checked online, they're still selling tickets. so mas nakakagalit diba, kasi ano pa ba i-a-assume ko kundi tinanggal nila ako para mabenta nila yung seat ko sa iba for mas mahal? first time ko ma-experience to sa kahit anong airline.
yung inefficiency at flight delays, cancellation, poor service, natatanggap ko naman, esp. for budget airlines. pero feeling ko ito kasi eh outright deception na ng customers to make more money.

Sa akin naman sis, it also happened to me na they changed my schedule without telling me. 

I booked my SG-MNL holiday flight last sept.  My initial schedule was

SG - MNL Dec 24
MNL - SG Jan 7

Yun ang sched kasi sobrang mahal pag hindi Dec 24 and earlier than Jan 7.  Then nabago nila yung sched so I called Airphil right away (their hotline in PH so long distance sya).

Then they told me I can rebook for free.  So I grabbed the opportunity and changed by Dec 24 to an earlier, more convenient time.  Same with my Jan 7.  Although mas prefer ko yung original sched kasi hindi madaling araw ang lipad pero I am okay na rin kahit naging madaling araw dahil mas convenient na yung time.

When I booked it last sept the roundtrip was priced at SGD450 (this is the price for the non convenient dates).  Pero since I was able to book the peak dates, medyo nakamura ako kasi ang booking pag peak dates are around SGD900.

^^Ang key lang dyan is know the schedule of the flights better than those customer service.  Like, when I wanted the Dec 22 flight, I gave the time, the exact dates even the flight number para walang lusot na pwede ako ilagay doon.  Tapos mention na open pa yung schedule sa website nyo. Then they will have no choice but to put you in your preferred flight time.

Twice ko na nagamit ang Airphil To and From

Both trips are Manila-Kalibo bound, 2 years and agwat. I recently went out of town and wala naman delays sa ATA, maaga pa nga sa given transit time.

Okay naman kase may snack compare sa cebupac, although sa Pal meron na din

^^ yes that's what i should have done nga (in hindsight). pero i don't appreciate naman yung ganitong airline na palagi ako dapat nag-ch-check ng booking ko kasi baka may kung ano na sila ginawa. and yung pag tumawag agent nila dapat listo ako kasi baka kung ano nang milagro mangyari sa flight sched ko. medyo nakakawala ng confidence (and respect) sa airline diba?

cebu-davao-cebu kasi yun,bale isisingit sana namin yung davao sa cebu trip namin.
kaso baka aattend kami ng graduation kaya kailangan namin i-cancel at ang mangyayari
eh manggagaling na kami manila,(manila-davao-manila) na kami...rebook nalang sana kaso diba wala na yung direct flyt nila na manila-davao?!pano kaya to???sayang din kasi yung ticket eh!
