I received a text from airphil informing me that my flight from Cebu to Manila has been rescheduled from 4:05PM to 5:00AM on the same date, Oct 14, 2012. I cannot accept this change kasi masyadong hassle on our part and VERY inconvenient kasi super aga nya. And may activities na kami for the morning nyan, kasi expected ko nga na hapon pa ang flight. I called the hotline 855-9000 and the customer representative told me na pwede daw i-rebook, but i have to email onlinesupport@airphilexpress.com for approval. The customer rep even guaranteed na ma-aapprove naman daw yung request ko kasi may available flights pa naman sa preferred option ko. So kinabukasan, i emailed onlinesupport but i got no response. I emailed their reservation for my concern, and they replied asking for my flight details and preferred flight. So happy ako kasi akala ko ok na, then bigla ba namang nagreply na they cannot act on my request daw. The only options lang is either to rebook to other date or to cancel the flight and they will refund what i paid. Both options are unacceptable. I cannot rebook the flight to other dates kasi planado na yun and because of work constraints also. Di ko na din pwede icancel. I'm really disgusted sa customer service nila. Tagal pa magreply sa email. Sisses, have you encountered this? Gusto ko na nga sana pumunta na lang sa office nila mismo. I don't know if my concerns will be entertained if pupunta sa office nila talaga kasi yung mga offices na nakalagay sa website nila are Head office and ticketing offices. Wala naman akong napapala sa online customer service nila and sa hotline. Hayyy, please share your experiences or pm me mga sis. Help=) thanks...

hi sis, ako din iyong na-booked ko na date for our October flight ay na-moved, i have the options din to refund or rebook free of charge, sa akin naman no need to email, i just called their hotline and asked them if pwede kami mabooked sa ibang dates, ayon mabilis naman, napalitan na agad iyong flight schedule namin (mas naging advantage sa amin kasi iyong nabook ko na flight during their promo is sun-tues, ginawa ko ng saturday-monday)

^^ Sis I na experienced ko na din yan sa Airphil. Last March nag Boracay kami ng family ko I got RT tickets from them, then I a got a phone call a week before our flight informing me na moved sa early flight iyong pabalik namin ng Manila so na dissapoint ako sabi ko sayang naman yong isang araw or half day namin sa Boracay so they gave me an option na icancel or refund..grrrrr ganon lang yon eh settled na kami lahat. And they gave me another option na connecting flight sa Cebu, so stop over kami sa Cebu for 4 hrs. Hayz then I found out available naman pala yong original na sched na booked ko.

I booked again for our Hongkong trip for next year one way lang. Hoping na walang maging problema.

hays! i have the same dilemma sa airphil, they texted me this morning that my BF's flight will be scheduled to a later flight which is 7:45AM, original time is 5:50AM, magkahiwalay kasi kami ng airlines, ako kasi sa cebupac naka book at super aga din ng flight which is 4:55AM, so if ever kaunting time lang pag iintay ko. pero na move to 7:45AM sa kanya so dadating pa niya MNL-CEB ay 8:45AM, previously nag adjust na din sila yung CEB-MNL Oct17, to a much later time super gabi 9:40PM pumayag naman kami pero ngayon adjust na naman MNL-CEB naman! hay kakainis na yang airphils. magbook ka ng desired time mo then gagawa ka ng IT accordingly.

Bakit naman ganyan ang airphil. I also got a call from them today that my return flight was moved 1 day earlier kasi wala na silang flight on the original day that I booked for. Nung march pa ako nag book sa kanila & paid na rin yung hotel accommodations ko.  Spoke with 2 customer reps already & puro positive naman yung sinasabi nila that my flight can be moved back to the orignal date or that they will give me an alternative flight ticket for the date that I originally booked. kaya lang nung na basa ko yung posts dito bigla nanaman akong na lungkot. Tsaka hindi pa din nag rerespond yung onlinesupport@airphilexpress.com at customercare@airphilexpress.com sa e-mail ko. Meron na bang sis na successful sa pag complain at na tuloy yung original schedule na binook nila? Ang tagal ko nang pinaplano itong vacation na ito.  Sobrang hectic ng schedule ko this year & I was really hoping for a nice vacation tapos masisira lang dahil sa airphil.

I had my xmas flights home (SG-MNL-SG) changed for free.  Originally, I was booked on Dec 24 kasi yun ang pinakamura, but when I called them, free daw ang rebooking so I was able to book it on Dec 21 which is the most expensive date... For Free!  Yun nga lang, if I did not call them to ask if I can rebook, hindi ko malalaman na nagbago pala ang flight time. 

Since I also bought my CNY (Feb) vacation and Good Friday (March) in advance, although panay alangang araw like for instance Thursday to monday kahit na ang vacation is friday - sunday,  I was able to change also to the most expensive days for free kahit na mura ko lang nabili yung CNY and Good fridays.

I just hope this is the last time that they will change flight times kasi sobrang hassle na pag binago pa nila ulit.

What's going on with Airphil? I booked a MLA-CEB-MLA 10 mos ago pa for my sis. The flight is for today. Buti she remembered to confirm with Airphil about this flight. Kase na-move pala flight nila to PAL! Airphil ba and PAL iisa? Or sister companies? Tapos earlier today, when checking in, wala yung name nila sa list! Buti dala ng sis ko yung email confirmation. So natuloy rin naman sila. Pero syempre katakut-takut na stress sa sis ko yun!

^sis all flights yata ng airphil ngaun are redirected to PAL, and yes they are sister companies . Meron silang advisory dun sa website eh, parang may list sila binigay. nakapost na din un mga changes sa roads going to airport. please see below. baka makatulong.

mga sis, after reading your post sa flight changes ng airphil. i immediately checked yung tickets that i booked for february 2013 sa website nila... to my surprise, it was marked as "FLOWN" e 2013 pa nga sya!  wala naman ako narereceive na e-mail o call sa kanila kung may pagbabago sa flight schedules ko. nag-email nga ako agad sa kanila so i'm still waiting for the reply.  buti na lang at sinilip ko kung hindi baka pagdating sa airport e makunsume kami. akala ko naman terminal # lang ang magbabago pero bakit ganon, mukhang yung schedule e binabago na rin nila...

Nag check din ako ng flight namin to davao and cebu diverted to pal.  Wala pa kaming nareceived na email or text though sa december pa ang flight namin.

Email ko na din sila kasi na arrange na namin lahat ng need namin for our vacation.

Hay naku, pangalan palang ng airphil naiinis na ako! If gusto niyo pumunta either Cebu or Davao better book with PAL kasi coded-sharing na sila dala ng magka sister company na. Chances are ililat ka nila sa PAL mga 3 days bago flight schedule mo.

Last Oct. 31 nag text ba naman na yung flight namin will be directed to PAL tapos since yung booking namin nung april pa, prior sa mandate ng govt. na i-include na yung terminal fee effective aug. 01, tinakot ba naman kami na if di kami magbayad ng terminal fee till nov. 01 sa nearby offices ma foforfeit na daw tickets namin...nakipag argue talaga me since di namin kasalanan ang lahat! Naman ang layo kaya ng manila from laguna tapos yung time na call nila almost 1 hr bago magsara offices.

First time ko to have flight via airphil, rountrip pa, just this long weekend, oct31-nov3, MLA-CTCLAN-MLA, as what i have read sa mga posts ninyo-- na may tatawag for flight time changes, i expected na may changes sa flight sched, yup! Tama nga may tumawag sakin to inform na instead of 7am departure, we will depart early around 620am, not a big deal naman for me. then nung pauwi na kami kanina, they informed me na may early flight kung gusto daw namin, we took it na so we canmreach manila early. So far ok na experience naman. btw, got 2 roundtrip ticket for 900+/head, 2 kami. Plus terminal fee.

Finally got the reply from Airphil on our cancelled flight this feb 2013.  I was able to rebook it for free.  originally 3 days lang ang MNL-CEB-MNL ko kasi yun lang ang promo dates.  But i was able to extend it to 4 days.  That's a good thing... Kaso, they required me to pay the terminal fee na.  At first the option was to go to Makati ticket office to pay it until tomorrow, otherwise, maca-cancel ang booking ko.  So syempre I argued din and said na di possible na makapunta ako ng makati. I'm willing to pay naman the terminal fee except that I can't go to Makati e nag-o-office ako dito sa Ortigas.  I asked them kung san pwede magbayad and wala daw ibang option kaya talaga nainis ako at nakipagtalo kasi di ko naman kasalanan na at the time of booking ko e di pa required bayaran.  Tapos saka lang niya in-open na pwede naman daw sila ang magprocess ng payment by charging it to my credit card.  Kaasar lang... Kailagan pa mainis bago sila mag-offer ng service. And to think na di sila nag-advise na na-cancel ang flight.  Kung hindi ko lang naisip na mag-check nung ticket online, di ko pa malalaman.

actually sis, tinawagan ko na rin. kasi nung nagre-reply sa akin sa e-mail para don sa rebooking dates ko, hindi niya masundan yung preferred dates ko. kaya tumawag na lang ako sa hotline nila kahit ang tagal kong naghintay para lang matapos na ang rebooking... hayun, natapos naman and i got the new ticket na...

ako naman nakabook ng promo nong march ko pa nabili, manila-cebu on dec 21. last week ko lang nalaman na wala na silang manila-cebu kasi pag nagbook ako nada-divert sa PAL website. so tumawag ako para malipat yong ticket ko sa PAL, medyo matagal yong paghihintay ko sa phone pero ok naman kasi mas napaganda pa sched ko, original kasi 7am & pinalipat ko sa 1pm para hindi ko na kelangan bumangon ng maaga. no choice kasi ako dati dahil promo, yon lang available na oras, so yong 700 pesos na ticket ko sa airphil naging PAL, na ang base fare ngayon 3k. hindi rin sya nag-require na bayaran ko yong terminal fee, so baka sa airport na lang

^sis msrain, hahaha same tayo ng naging problema with airphil...di ba nakakaasar, nananakot pa na ifoforfeit ang tickets, e problema nila yung nagpalit sila ng management tapos tayo ang pahihirapan. Sa sobrang inis ko pati sa facebook nag comment na me kasi naman hirap lalo't na may mga kasama kapang kids. Naka ilang email din ako sa support, customer service and reservation pero bagal sumagot kailangan follow-up mo pa. Kung di pa ako nag tanong over the phone if pwede i-charge nalang sa cc since yun naman ang ginamit kung nung ng booked, di pa nila naiisip yun.
Believe me, up to check-in kabado ako baka di i-honor ng PAL, awa ng Diyos dito na us Davao

hay after how many days sumagot na din ang Airphil na divert nga ang flight namin sa PAL na (davao on dec 21-23 then yung isa pa naming flight to cebu on dec 28-31)  at buti naman at hindi cancelled namove lang ng ilang hours.
