paano kaya usually yung deal ng mga vloggers/bloggers with the brands? i recently followed a certain youtuber, and while i am liking her videos, na turn off lang ako nung nakita ko na binebenta nya yung mga products na nakuha nya from different brands. okay lang ba yun? i mean, i am assuming na free nya nakuha yung mga products para mareview nya tapos ibebenta nya at kikita sya ng money mula dun sa free items na nareceive nya. i understand na siguro sa dami ng products na binibigay sa kanila and di naman lahat nagagamit e kaya naiisip nilang ibenta. pero natturn off talaga ako.

anyway, for the past weeks i've been watching another beauty vlogger's(kuno) channel. wala naman akong magandang mapulot sa mga videos nya kase puro vlogs na minsan wala namang kwenta e inilalagay pa. and i cannot stand seeing her apartment. sobrang gulo, parang hindi babae yung nakatira. naaamaze din ako sa kanya actually. naaamaze ako sa lakas nya kumain. hehe.. dapat maging food vlogger na lang sya eh.

bet ko yung mga makeup tutorials ni michelle dy. hindi ko lang pinapanood pa yung mga 'serye' nya. pero okay sakin yung ibang mga tutorials nya talaga.

may kilala ba kayong make up gurus na around NC30-35 ang MAC shade?

Naintriga naman ako kung sino yang mga yan hehe.. pero parang may idea na ako.

I never liked say, esp nung nagsisimula pa lang sya.. buti nga ngayon medyo parang approachable na ang dating nya. 

Gusto ko dati si Anne clutz but lately parang di ko na type mga video nya.

Si Anna Cay naman, di ko sya type dati, yung sa pagsasalita nya... but now I love her vlogs.  Kahit na mayaman sya, di ko nafefeel na nagmamayabang sya. Tapos I like her reviews din. Sana she won't fall into the commercialism bug like nangyare sa ibang youtuber.

I also love Michelle Dy ang kulit kulit nya.

Meron pa akong isang youtuber na like dati, yung taga cebu, d ko na matandaan name nya. Kasabayan nya sina Say at Anna V.

Sis Myealexis21, si Noe ang tinutukoy mo? Family girl na kasi siya, may anak na. Kaya siguro hindi na siya masyadong visible. Magaling din siya tulad ni Ana.

Sana nga si Anna Cay huwag masyadong ma fall sa mga sponsored videos.

Sana naman kasi itong mga companies na nagpapa sponsor may guidelines na pwede naman sabihin kung anong totoo. Hindi yung parang puro rave nalang. Tapos kapag ikaw na consumer ang gumamit. Palpak naman.

I love Anna Cay as well. Nung una, mej ayaw ko sakanya pero I grew to love her. Her reviews are very informative and her vlogs are pretty interesting - mas nakita ko yung personality niya and mas nagustuhan ko siya because of them.

I also like Michelle Dy, Danah & Stacy, Kris Lumagui and Raiza Contawi. I just recently found out about Denise Botor's channel pero so far, I like her. She's really knowledgeable with makeup and enjoy ako panoorin vids niya.

I used to like Anne Clutz and Simply Rhaze pero di ko na masyado trip mga videos nila ngayon. I never really liked Say hahaha.

Ewan ko ba, I've watched so many local Youtubers pero I think they are the ones worth noting. I'm so glad na nagca-catch up na finally yung local Youtube beauty scene. Parang a year ago lang, 5-10 YouTubers lang yung lumalabas pag nagse-search ako ng tagalog makeup videos, pero ngayon ang dami nang lumalabas.

Ako din before I like Anne Clutz. Anna Cay is a new discovery, i relied on her reviews with western products now kasi Pinay sya so I am confident na okay din sa akin.

I also like kathleenlights and Amy Macedo kasi.

MorgansBBD- karamihan korean/asian skincare products. If you're into korean skincare, I highly recommend Morgan. Kitang kita mo talaga sa bare face niya na maganda routine niya. Helpful pa mga skincare tips niya. Truly a hidden gem, in-depth pa mag review

Anna Cay- discovered her through our sissies here sa GT (Super thank youu!) I love her videos and mukang honest naman review niya. I can't remember which vid, pero mag nagtanong na subbie sa kanya sa comments if she's under any network like Stylehaul (which I know na affiliated si Saytioco and sila Amelia Liana, FleurDeForce, Essie Button, etc). She answered na 'I don't wan to be tied down with any network' or parang ayaw niyang narerestrict siya by any network. Basta ganun yung gist niya. I was beaming with pride nung nabasa ko yan hihi

On another note:

Anne Clutz- used to like her videos pero ngayon parang di ko na siya feel

Saytioco- This girl, puro reklamo and nakaka nega vibes niya especially pag vlogs. Beautyguru pero hanggang ngayon di pa rin niya makuha tamang shade ng foundation niya. Laging 2-3 shades lighter face niya kesa sa neck and the rest of her body.


Ewan ko ba mga sis, mas nag eenjoy ako sa mga what's in my bag/makeup bag na vids ng mga youtubers hehe Ang nosy lang :p

I watch annay cay din pero issue ko lang sa kanya is super dami sya maghaul mabubusog talaga mata mo pero product reviews mismo wala masyado. I mean gusto ko rin makita sana yun products in action especially yun longevity.. gusto ko kasi yun reviews na may time lapse kasi minsan maganda lang kapag bagong lagay. And abang ako ng abang minsan sa reviews nya for a certain product that she showed in her hauls pero natabunan nanaman ng new haul. Yun latest nya na asian cosmetics and skin care haul grabe parang..mauubos ba nya lahat yun?? halos 30min haul vid lang. parang sobrang dami lang and madami na rin sya sponsored stuff. I think lahat nun asian haul nya na yun is bigay lang wala sya binili sabi nya. and the monte soap plugging..hmmmm hindi ko rin bet.

I find jessica godinez very pretty and I like her reviews and the way she speaks Ok din for me si coffeeandsparkles/ mimi very concise and informative reviews nya lalo na half and half episodes

I also like Raiza Contawi anggaling nya magmukap pero ngayon napaparami na rin sponsored products..

for korean stuff, si Morgan from beauty breakdown, Joan Keem and Edward Avila lalo na about cushions and skincare..

^I love Joan and Morgan!! Like ko rin si Edward pero di ako nakasub sa channel niya haha.  I like him pagkasama niya si Joan.  Half Pinoy sya ang kulit nung vlog niya nung bumisita sya sa pinas kakatuwa mga comments ng cousins nya.

Anna Cay had me with her review of Kylie Lip Kits - she said, and I'm paraphrasing "slightly better than colourpop, but not significantly better to justify the price"

I like Raiza Contawi - not so much product reviews pero she really focuses on sharing makeup techniques.

I'm not too annoyed by PR samples and posts to be honest, I trust my intuition on whether someone's lying or not. Hindi din kasi hindi sustainable ang beauty vlogging kung lahat na lang personal purchase nung vlogger. Puro A & B class na lang ang makakapag-vlog kung ganun.

BUT. Sana maging choosy din sa kung anong tatanggaping product. Yung swak sana sa preferences nila or something they would actually consider buying if the product weren't offered for free.

Im currently subscribed to Anne Clutz and Michelle Dy. Pero I also observed na puro sponsored products na lang lagi nafeature ni Anne Clutz. Im looking for other vloggers na relatable.

Michelle Dy-- kaaliw lang siya. I like her morena skin.

i am subscribed to Say Tioco, anne clutz, rhaze, ana victorino, raiza contawi, ana cay, purpleheiress, Alexa Ilacad, etc etc.

all of them have different expertise and flaws din, but I still watch them! hahaha
pampalipas oras and dun ako nakaka kuha ng ideas for some new make-ups na available na dito sa market natin.
kung may giveaway eh sumasali naman ako.. why not! baka manalo ako ng free goodies dba?! 

I like Michelle Dy lalo na yung makeupseryes nya.. so funny! but yung IG nya mejo di ko na bet kasi feeling ko gusto yatang mag pose FHM magazine

Raiza Contawi ang galing mag make-up talaga! Same as Ana Victorino but ang konti na lang ng mga uploads nya.

Say Tioco, I think she focuses na lang talaga sa lifestyle vlog nya and not so much sa make-up techniques. I can feel in her vlogs that she is hardworking kasi ang hirap kaya mag edit everyday and lagari rin sya sa mga events .

Ana Cay, Natutuwa ako sa batang ito kasi very down to earth kahit mayaman na sila. But yun nga nakukulangan ako sa mga product reviews.

Anne Clutz, madaldal  hahaha! But I find her reviews helpful and kasi like me na mommy na sometimes hindi necessity ang bumili ng mahal na mga make-up! relate ako sa kanya na super oily ang fez kaya looking forward parati sa foundation reviews nya.

Before, I was following Michelle Phan and Bubz Beauty. Pero nag-iba na kasi si Michelle Phan, hindi na ganun ka-interesting yung makeup tutorials niya. Si Bubz Beauty naman may family na so her posts are all about her family life (which are also interesting ha).

Currently, I'm following Pony. She's a korean makeup guru. I love her! Nakakabata yung makeup videos nya.

say tioco just promoted Tinder. kaloka. yung explanation nya pa parang wholesome na wholesome ang dating ng Tinder as if di alam ng viewers nya kung anong klaseng app yun. yung mga nagcocomment dun sa video nya dinedelete nya pa. like yung nagcomment na one night stand thing yung Tinder sa US and UK. eto yata yung nabanggit ni anna cay sa isa sa mga vlogs nya na she had to turn down kase hindi sya comfortable. well for say tioco, parang wala na talaga syang pinipili. pera pera na lang talaga.

matagal na din ako nag unsubscribe kay michelle phan, parang before pa nya ilaunch yung makeup line nya. same thoughts, hindi ko na din gusto her tutorials. pero i must admit sya yung unang unang youtuber na pinanood ko.

I just recently watched Michelle Dy's makeup serye. She's funny. Makeup wise sakto lang her skills but at least she's creative enough to think of video concepts.

Noe Mae is migrating to the US, sana she comes back to doing makeup videos na ulit.

^yung kay say sis? recent video nya yata yun basta nakalagay dun sa title yung Tinder, Netflix, etc. nakita ko lang dun sa recommended channel dahil sa kakanood ko recently ng mga local youtubers. si michelle dy may recent vid din pala about tinder but atleast naman may paalala sya sa viewers nya to be smart and to think about their safety while using the app. yung kay say kasi, kung wala ka alam at all sa Tinder, iisipin mo talaga na ibang-iba sya sa totoong tinder na alam na alam ng iba. i don't know with others pero panget kase ng arrive sakin nung video nya na yun. kase for sure madami ding students sa viewers nya and to expose them to an app like tinder? tsk tsk..
