hoopchick, every time we go there dun agad ang destination namin nila Chris. and we go back on our last day para makapag-take home ng pang dinner namin sa airport. once palang kame napunta sa [textspeak!], the second time we're there dinala naman nya kame sa Art District. kakalurkey ang daming bagets na mas malakas pa tumoma kesa samin! ok sana kaso ang ingay at parang anytime magkakaron ng rambol dahil sobrang mapoporma yung mga bagets. mas gusto ko sa [textspeak!] kasi laid back lang or sa Lord Byron's hehe.

yup sis, we'll see you after Mambukal. Hindi rin kaya ng konsensya ko na pagisingin ka ng maaga hehe..Food trip tayo sa gabi and then maybe a little night out kung kaya pa ng powers namin, hehe

^hmm, depende na lang sa kung anong classification ni tammy sa papable. but for me there are a lot. i saw them in art district, felicia's, pepe's..saan pa nga ba? hehe!

Question: Kung nasa Saltimboca ako, paano ako magko-commute papuntang Silay City?  I just need to get to where the jeeps going to Silay are located.  Thanks!

Hahhaha! mga sis, ano nga ba ang papable? Hindi ko na yata alam ang meaning nun, lolz. Well let's see na lang, kung may papable keri lang, kung wala ok lang din, hahaha. Sis ayionick, kung nasa Bacolod ka ng 24 or 25 join ka sa min..

@sis ayionick....wala talaga even in those places. haha. i usually eat in pepe's and felicia's. the gym i go to is in Art District. or baka i'm used to seeing this guys or na talaga. hehe.

@Mr. Punch. From saltimboca, ride the Bata-Libertad jeep then baba ka lang ng Northbound Terminal. then dun sa northbound terminal sakay ka lang ng Silay-Bacolod na jeep. Yey! alam ko pano mag commute dun. direcho lang naman yan kase. hehe.

Northbound terminal is located where exactly?  I'm trying to look for it in the map eh, hehe.  Thanks.

^Northbound Terminal is just right beside the Pepsi Cola plant in Bata. Right at the end of that thing we call a zit on the road that our city government had the nerve to call a "flyover"

@hoopchick, the first time we went there wala pa yun. then last august para akong naliligaw kasi nga may tulay na. i'm used agad to seeing the pepsi plant with no barriers in front looking from the terminal.

@tammy, i'm from manila talaga. vacation lang kame sa bacolod.

yung officemate ko kagagaling lang jan last weekend til yesterday. i made an itinerary pero di naman daw nila nasunod lahat kasi more on food trip din ang ginawa nila. but even so they enjoyed the whole trip at nakapag-uwi sila ng 7 boxes of Bong-bongs! and i'm also glad that they liked lord byron's back ribs, akala daw nila di nila mapupuntahan at di sila masasarapan. if only they can go back before their flight magho-hoard na daw sana sila ng back ribs.

^sana pwede ipa-ship ang lord byron's, miss na namin yun...pati na ang cakes sa felicia's. meron kasing bob's dito sa makati at pasig so when we miss their cakes and sate babe, we can have them anytime. sana magkaron din ng branch dito ang felicia's at lord byron's! hayz, nagugutom naman ako puro food ang topic natin.

Sis hoopchick..see you very soon na hehe...Gumagawa na ko ng IT pero baka nga hindi masunod since puro food trip ang mangyayari hehe... I will definitely try that Lord Byron's na yan, altho i'm not really into back ribs, pero malay natin mag iba ang panlasa ko this time hehe.. Ok na nga pala yung accommodation namin sis, sa Go Hotel kami mag stay, malas lang kasi nagmahal na nungmag book ako last year, almost 400 din yata ang itinaas, hehe..

I once thought that 2 days will be enough.  Then I extended it to 4 days because of the food trip prospects.

Now that I've been able to research more, nahihirapan na ako pagkasyahin sa itinerary yung lahat ng resto na gusto kong kainan, haha!

(Good luck to my weight.  I was 200+ pounds last year and I've slimmed down to 170 now in preparation for Boracay....pero mukhang isa-sabotahe ng Bacolod ang beach body ko.  huhuhu)

By the way, I'm a Catholic with Buddhist symphathies (but I'm not Chinese), and I learned that the particular sect of Buddhism that I have links with (Fo Guang Shan) has a temple in Bacolod.  I'll try to visit them when I'm in Bacolod to find out if they are open to the public and if it's nice enough to visit in a city tour.

The temple's name is Yuan Thong, and it's in 2876 Burgos St.-6th Rd., Bacolod 6100 Philippines.  Yung mga mauuna sa akin, baka gusto niyong bisitahin, hehe.
