Mommies, between Malate and Harrison which one is much better?  (Nagbabackread naman po ako,as in back read, from page 29,28,27,.. nasa 24 palang ako   , so far malate palang ang nakikita ko na may good experience )

^^ Sis neelyahm, sila pa rin ba ang tie-up supplier ng Shakey's? Kasi when we booked, KCAS na yung binigay samin na supplier nila which we did not avail. We chose to have a separate supplier pa din.

Mga sis, meron po ba dito na naghire ng separate stylist for their event? Ilang hours ba usually ang in-aallot ni Shakeys for decorating the party area? Kasi I called Shakeys 1 hour lang daw ang mabibigay nila sa amin, which is nag-aalangan si stylist kasi sobrang ikli ng time for the preparations. And secondly, ang diyahe naman nun na guests are coming in tapos nagsesetup pa lang sa area. Huhu! Ito yata ang disadvantage pag sa fast food/resto, sobrang ikli ng ingress

^ bukod sa balloons, di na ako naghire ng stylist. masasayang lang budget mo sis kasi 2hrs lang din yung party. i would advise wag na. bawi ka sa balloons na lang, easier pa isetup.

Pencil booked in Shakey's MCS for next year. For those na nag party na there, any tips? Kasya ba talaga 120pax sa ground floor? Tapos, my target balloons and decors supplier said they'll decline daw if sa Shakey's kasi maikli time for setup. Who'd you get for balloon decor and marerecommend mo ba sila?

^^ Nanghinayang ako sis sa balloons. Kasi nung binyag ni baby sa Max's, di na din namin inuwi yung mga balloons tapos pinaputok lang ng mga staff. Sayang lang Yung sa stylist namin, we can bring home some of the decors she'll be using. And Shakey's Sucat wont allow to setup the balloons sa venue, unless if it's their tie-up supplier which I haven't heard any feedback yet here in GT. Mukhang hindi sila matunog.

^ Yes sis. I already booked last Sunday in Shopwise Sucat for October event. They're not offering the MMD anymore since they already have the party package. Here are the food packages they're currently offering. Though, from July 15 to October 15, 2014 lang naman daw ito.

^^Yes sis buffet style ito. But maybe they can arrange naman based on your preference if you want it per plate.

Haaay nako, I'm totally disappointed with Shakey's Sucat. Ang dami nilang nicharge sa amin. Plus ang dami nilang kulang na nabigay sa amin during the party. The pizza is supposedly 9 large pizza based on their package pero 8 lang na-serve nila sa amin. Tapos hindi pa nasunod yung mga pinili naming pizza flavors. Walang Angus Steakhouse sa sinerve nilang pizza. Nakakadisappoint talaga. They served Hawaiian and Pepperoni which are wala naman sa choices namin.

We brought prizes for the games which I bought pa from Divi. Kaya yung mga cards, cape and yung ibang kasama sa amenities nila hindi nila sa amin binigay!

We extended our photobooth kaya additional 1k sa corkage kaya naging 2k corkage namin sa photobooth. Kakadismaya talaga. They did not inform us during the party. Nung magbabayad na lang kami dun nila sinabi sa amin.

May in-house supplier pala sila KCAS, im planning to avail the package b-1,bubbleshow for P6,500. mahal ba?

Update: We went back to the store and personally asked the manager of Shakeys bakit hindi nila naserve yung mga pizza na choices namin. We need to add pa daw additional Php80 per pizza if gusto daw namin yung mga premium pizzas nila for the buffet. Whaaaat? They did not inform us na may additional fee pa pala if we'll choose their premium pizzas.

And so during the party, they served their all-time favorite pizzas in exchange, without even asking us kung if we still want to have the premium pizzas served. Sayang kasi we could have add na lang yung Php80 eh! Akala siguro nila hindi namin mapapansin yun.

Pero anyway, bumawi naman sila kasi they gave us free regular sized pizza na Angus Steakhouse. Pero kahit na, kasi my family is craving for it pa naman tapos wala Sayang, they were expecting pa naman nun during the party. Pero thankful pa din kami for the free pizza tho.

Has anyone had any experience hosting parties at the new Shakey's along Hemady (across from Rob Magnolia)?

Thinking about holding my daughter's 3rd birthday party there - small lang around 30-40 guests. Do I have to get any of the packages or can I just do a minimum consumable? Is there a function room? I want sana buffet or ala carte style - not plated food as I notice if plated the food is usually cold na when served

Hi mga sis, any other reviews for shakey's taytay(near NCBA), mahigpit ba sila and may fees for outside suppliers ? How's the party host? Thanks sa magre reply.
