Shakeys birthday party...

I booked my son's 3rd bday at Shakey's el pueblo. the 2nd floor can only accommodate 80 pax.
I booked it for 100 guests, they said I can have the whole store closed for me already so I will have the floor downstairs reserved as well. Ok lang with us because most of the guests are adults, and their kids are already big na din. I ordered 8 monster meals for now and will depend sa RSVP's  kung magdagdag ako. It is better this way kasi I can add on the day itself naman.  I availed of the party package as well kasi ok naman loot bag nil a will just add na lang foodie loot bags for kids and adults na rin.

ang question ko lang if worth it pa bang magphotobooth, kasi masikip na to put it in the 2nd floor as I will have it as buffet set-up. they said normally they place the photo booth na lang sa 1st floor.
di ba hassle yun. magtatayuan nag matatayuan ang mga tao tapos sa party area mo mawawala ang mga tao kasi nakaabang na lang sa 1st floor for the photo.  atsaka medyo steep ang corkage nila for
photobooth na di nila ka tie-up. P1,000. while yung ka tie-up nil a is P5,500 naman.  but mas mura pa rin  if I get outside kasi I can get it for P3,500 or P4,000. nanghihinayang lang ako sa addition na P1,000.


medyo di daw nga nila advise to have a buffet kasi pipila pa daw mga tao. Eh wall naman ako ibang program, just the activity they prepared. Ako naman ok lang kasi atleast di masayang ang food and they can get what they really like. I can even add ala carte na lang just in case.

^ yan din concern ko sa monster deal buffet, pipila pa guests, plus pwede silang kumuha ng ilang pcs. ng chicken, akala eh eat all you can LOL, ang mahal pa naman ng chicken nila.

Kaya nung una, ganyan gusto ko, then I realized, mas convenient na for my guest yung iseserve na lang na plated, plus hindi na ako mag aalala na baka magkaubusan ng chicken, haha.


Since 3-5pm party namin, na baka ma extend ng 6pm, dinner na, so, iniisip ko, Yung package D, order na lang din ako ng rice sa mga gustong mag rice pa kahit may pizzas and pasta na.

This sunday na ang birthday party ng bunso ko sa Shakey's, sana naman maging successful and happy yung event, and sana sunny weather.

They said naman that they will manage the buffet. They allot 1 chicken per person.
Ang habol ko lang kasi for the kids minsan they do not eat naman everything on their plate masasayang lang. medyo di ko din gusto package D na with soup pa and the pizza is only the hawaiian pizza.
That is why I opted for the Monster Meal Deal.

I guess ok lang pumila because wala naman ibang program aside from the games they will provide.

Sa kanila kasi, hindi nila ima manage yung buffet, kung baga yung guests mo ang bahala na kumuha. Problem dun, baka akalain nung iba, eat all you can.

Kumuha naman ako ng dessert buffet para filler na din, plus the cupcakes and cakes from Ikos.

May bisita nga pala kaming muslims, kaya nag order na lang ako ng 2 pcs. chicken for them.

hi, before backreading, what branch sa QC, north ang may ok na host. english speaking. big venue for 120-150pax. thanks sana yung nagaallow din ng theme kahit generic and food carts/other entertainment na wala ng corkage

Price: 24,000 + ( 60 adults and 25 kids plus superman amenities 3,900)

---> mataas rating nila sa akin, kasi mabait yun staff, lalo na si Rein, very accomodating sila, attentive pag kailangan mo ng assistance nila, napaka efficient, so talagang thunbs up ako sa service nila.

---> Sa venue mismo, maluwag ang parking area, then yung function room, kasya 90 persons, kaya swak na swak sa party namin, hindi masikip, hindi maluwag, since ang total ng naging bisita ko eh 85.

----> Yung food, I ordered Package B na 170/head sa kids, then yung Package D for adults na 215/head, malaki ang servings nila, yun palagi comment ng mga bisita, madami daw.

----> So super happy talaga kami na sa Shakey's kami nagpaparty, mahal ko sila promise!

dahil sa mga nabasa ko siguro shakey's na din kami for my daughter's bday/binyag sa january.malapit kami sa mcu caloocan na branch.pero interesado ako dun sa funzone.anong mga branch ba yung may mga funzone??gusto ko yung MMD nila tapos buffet style malayo na siguro mararating ng 30k na budget

^^sis orangeangel, ako nagpaparty 2 years ago ng 11am-2pm sa Shakeys E. Rodriguez branch. Nag bayad ako ng additional 1k for the 1 hour extension. Anong feedback regarding sa time ang gusto mo? December kasi yung party eh, so hindi ganun kainit.

^sis jenybasti, Shakeys Quezon Avenue and E. Rodriguez branches may funzone din. Kung 30k budget for the food only, yeah... malaki mararating mo.

Thanks for the reply, sis drpeewee we'll be having the 11am to 1pm slot at shakey's kapitolyo since di na pwede the one in quezon ave for dec 22. iniisip ko rin to extend since parang bitin if 2 hours lang. did you get all their in-house suppliers for cake, photobooth, hosts/magicians/clowns, etc?

^^drpeewee, anong klaseng ice cream napasok mo. nakabook na kami sa el pueblo pero sabi nila di kami pwede magdala ng sariling ice cream.

^ hehe, yun pa lang nagawa namin, ang magpa-reserve sa Shakey's. wala ng research na nangyari kasi favorite ni hubby dun. eto pasilip-silip lang dito sa GT pero di ako makapag-basa ng tuluy-tuloy, baka mahuli.

Sis, kelan birthday ng son mo? El Pueblo rin kami pero sa Feb 2 pa ang party. Lahat nga may corkage except for the cake. Just like you, wala na rin akong ibang pakulo. Kung ano games na gagawin nila Shakey's, yun na yun. Ayoko na masyadong mag-plan ng kung ano ano. Mas gusto ko isave yung money for my son.

My son had his 1st Birthday yesterday at Shakey's Blue Wave Macapagal (Courtyard). Overall, ok naman maganda kasi mga give aways nila for kids na talagang magagamit (tumbler, lunchbox, etc).
We availed yung monster deal buffet set up. I also DIY the candy corner which was patok sa mga kids and adults. Hinde kami nag-over expenses sa meal, may naiuwi pa nga kaming chicken, pizza at mojos. All our guests enjoyed the food and program itself. Very accommodating din staff ng Shakey's.
