 Check out Better Dog at Pasong Tamo Ext. They are the most trust worthy and have the BEST facilities in the country. Very clean and all staff are genuine dog lovers. Even their grooming center is incomparable. They are the only one i would trust if i were to board my dogs, same applies for grooming. It is owned and operated/managed by Jojo & Tina Isorena so you cant go wrong.

Vets in Practice and in Antipolo I know yung Paraan vet dun nag-iiwan ng mga pets yung mga foreigner na nagoout of town.

Sa VIP nakita ko hinahayaang mag exercise dun sa playpen yung dogs.  pag malaki daw solo pag maliit minsan group silang pinapalaro every few hours.

gustong gusto ng baby ko and her brother mag malling. yung baby ko sanay kaso yung brother nya na pet ng Dad ko probinsyano kaya nakakapagod isama sa mall excited masyado.

I had a bad experience at technohub last Saturday morning! I want to write to their management pero I can't find an email. But I'll make sure my concerns get to them (one way or another... haha).

One week before I had planned to take my boys to Technohub, I was there so I asked a guard if they allowed dogs.

Sabi niya, "Opo ma'am, basta nakatali po! Pwede po!"
Sabi ko, "Kuya, sigurado ka ha? MALAKI mga aso ko?"
Sabi niya, "Opo ma'am, pwede talaga basta po nakatali..."

Edi okay. The next week, I took both dogs, with my sister, to Technohub where we had intended to just let the puppies get the feel of new places. We parked, and we were stopped by the guard at the parking lot. He radioed another guard kung pwede daw ba. Okay daw, so we went on our way to Starbucks sana, kaso when we got to Switch, another guard approached us:

Guard: San po kayo mam?
Ate: Dyan lang po sa retail.
Guard: Mam baka pwede paiksian yung tali.
Ate: Ah okay...
Guard: San po ba kayo mam?
Ate: Sa Starbucks...
Guard: Naku maraming tao... mam paiksian na lang po yung tali kasi BAWAL PO TALAGA ASO DITO. Kasi may nagreklamo na takot sa aso...
Ako: Sige na dito na lang kami, bili mo na lang ako Starbucks Ate!

Sobrang bwisit! Kayang kaya kong magpakita ng pics ng mga aso na nasa Technohub, kaya magcocomplain ako. Just 1 week before my inquiry, meron akong friend na nagdala ng dog niya. Every time na andun ako, may aso akong nakikita.

Siguro bawal talaga big dogs. Okay, fine. Kahit na ba mababait ang goldens, big pa rin sila. Ang point ko lang, sana maging consistent naman yung security nila sa mga patakaran. Papayagan kami ng isang guard, niradio na nga yung isang guard, pagdating dun, bawal naman pala. Buti waived yung parking namin dahil naka-300 kami sa Starbucks.

Ang ending, sa UP kami namasyal, which was great since nakapag offleash yung boys.

Sa totoo lang, I don't give a f^ck kung takot yung iba sa aso, problema nila yun eh di lumayo sila ang dami talagang engot sa pinas, nakakairita! minsan iniisip ko, ang sarap magdala ng aso para lang manakot, hayaan ko lang mahaba yung leash tapos papalawayan ko sila!

^totoo! yan din reaction nung isa kong friend nung kinuwento ko, and yan din una kong naisip. wag sila pumunta sa known pet friendly places kung takot sila sa aso! plus masyado silang discriminating. di man lang nila kinoconsider na maybe may owners naman na marunong maghandle ng dogs nila.

you nailed it sister! tsaka pano natin maeeducate ang mga tao when it comes to dog ownership, kung umpisa pa lang eh pinapalayas na tayo. di man lang bigyan ng chance yung mga responsible pet owners eh, discrimination or should i say kabobohan agad yung pinapairal!

nung nabasa ko to, naalala ko tuloy yung incident one time going to park with my furbaby, bago pumunta ng park eh madadaanan mo muna yung compound church,.

It was sunday afternoon, so may misa (magstart pa lang sya kaya papasok yung mga tao) naglalakad kami ng dog ko tapos may kasabay kami na mag nanay, bale nasa likuran nila kami, dahil mabagal maglakad, magoovertake kami, tapos nung nakita nung mabait na ale kami, bigla nyang hinatak palayo yung anak,

Ale: Ay aso! layo ka baka makagat ka nyan.. (referring to her son)

Ako: Hindi po nangangagat yan good temperament po yan.

Ale: Kahit na aso pa rin yan!

Ako: Hindi nga nangangagat yan! (Nakakapikon. Discriminating. Stereotyped) 

Ale: Sumasagot ka pa, kala mo kung sino ka ha!

(My pet is a 11-month old dachshund  with anti-rabies shot, well socialized and good temperament never nangagat at never nakitaan ng aggression, daming kalarong bata samin nito.. tapos huhusgahan nya na parang kilala nya.. lols)

(binilisan ko n lang lakad ko sa inis, ayaw ko na makipagtalo sa uneducated person,  and knowing na magsisimba sya - nasaan ang values nya?  )

^grabe sana sinabi mo "Excuse me ale, pero SINO KA?" hahaha. Sobrang annoying! Grabe lang yung mga ganyan. I try to respect people na siguro takot sila sa aso or something, pero sana respeto lang din sa dog owners...

BTW, if anyone's interested in joining us, nagwwalk ako ng isang puppy sa UP every weekend (last last week it was Sat morning then last week Sat afternoon). Everyone who sees my goldens say "aso ni San Roque" haha, if I hadn't known na yung dog from Bwakaw ay may teleserye, di ko magegets yun.

Tingin ko mas maganda, sa mga frequently pet visited na place lalo na sa mall, nirerecord or binibigyan ng tag yung mga owner na iaattach sa dogs nila (parang gate pass, pero for dogs SpamSpamSpamSpam) to allow dogs within the perimeter of the mall, kapalit any ID ng owner, syempre. (parang baggage counter) tapos naka log sa record book. Maganda to lalo na kung magka accident sa loob ng mall (poop/pee/bite). Regular & New pet/owner visitors are easily tracked and recored. So responsible owners are easily distinguished over the irresponsible ones.

Any pet friendly hotels/ motels around metro manila? Plano namin mag new year sa manila ayaw naman namin maiwan mag isa fur baby namin sa bahay...

i have a question are pets allowed sa divisoria 999 mall? i saw a shihtzu puppy kase walking inside the mall naka leash naman&diaper. sa lucky china town lang kase alam ko pwede.

^alam ko bawal, may nakalagay pa sila sa mga doors na no pets allowed. ewan ko lang baka nagbago na policy? or baka makulit lang yung owner lol
