For example, binebenta ng P2M ang property ng seller, then inappraise lang ni Pag-ibig or Bank ng 1.5M ang property, 80% of 1.5M lang ang maipapa-loan ng institution sa iyo, the rest ang tawag dun equity or downpayment, so 2M less 1.2M(which is the 80% of the appraised amount) equals 800k, so yan dapat ang meron ka na pera. idagdag mo pa dyan ang amount na magagastos sa processing sa pagpapatransfer of title and annotation of course.

We want to buy house and lot in an exclusive subdivision and it needs renovation, we actually in doubt with the price so we wanted sana to have the bank appraise the house first para alam namin ano talaga yung price nung h&l. The price is negotiable but we don't know how much yung itatawad namin gusto kase namin malaman muna yung bank appraisal. How possible is that? If I'm not mistaken you we have to apply bank loan muna para they could appraise? Pls enlighten me. Thank you!!

Hi sisses. Baka naman may mai refer kayo, Im looking for pre-owned house and lot within qc area or kahit yung malapit or accessible sa Mindanao Avenue (Ugong Valenzuela, etc). Around manila - espana, sampaloc area ok din sana. Ang hirap kasi humanap ng pre-owned na mura at maayos. Yun lang kasi kaya ng budget ko eh para sana papa renovate nalang pag may extra money.
