amenities in DMCI condos are impressive, i've visited flair and tivoli gardens. my only issue with them is the type of community esp in tivoli: my uncle living there got turned off one time when a group of weekenders, carpooled by a jeepney, just came in and used the swimming pool. eventually, he sold his unit.

I hope it's an isolated case. My brother also has a unit sa DMCI. Actually, it's his second. He sold the first (a 1 bedroom) bec he needed a bigger unit since his wife gave birth. Like you said, the amenities are great and I myself am planning on getting a condo at DMCI, except I plan to rent with my friends because I can't afford to buy one yet. Maybe someday.

As long as the community living in the condo is comprised of various classes, that won't be an isolated case. I think mas malaki chance pag madami nagrerent ng units.

^i think so nga... and because of the "easy-access" sa amenties, usually kasi nasa ground floor ang amenities ng dmci so there's no exclusivity.

check out one castilla place by dmci. near lrt2 gilmore station. kakaturnover lang, i think there are still units which are not yet sold.

Our unit in Amaia Steps Pasig was turned over last Friday but instead of feeling excited kasi finally we got the keys, nadisappoint and nalungkot kami kasi aquatic pets lang daw ang allowed sa condo.

Bago namin binili yung condo, we specifically told our agent na kailangan allowed ang pet dogs. That was our major hold back. Then nag-verify yung agent sa office nila then sabi is pwede daw maximum of 2 small dogs. So pumayag kami. Then pag turnover sa amin ng unit, sinabihan kami ng developer na aquatic pets lang daw allowed. Di tuloy namin alam ang gagawin.

Yung verification, meron ka hard o soft copy? Otherwise, no choice but to air complaint pero ending they won't allow if yun talaga condo rule.

thanks for this, now i'm confused. our family bought a pre selling unit at two serendra, bawal daw pets sabi ni agent so we need to let go of our dog. will ask them again.

Depende sa developer ito. Based on own experiences and feedback from people we know, Robinsons pinakamabilis. SM pinakamatagal.

If I were you, go to the admin and verify wag sa sales people. I'm guessing sa Sequoia ka? Not sure sa policy nila re pets sa high rise but sa sections A-E (low and mid-rise), pwede. Meron pa ngang may Alaskan malamute doon eh nakasabay ko sa elevator dati. Ang laki hindi na medium sized dog yun

Kung di pa natatayo ang condo, get written confirmation from the developer na pwede ang pets. Mahirap kasi kung agent lang nagsabi.
Or ask if meron na condominium corporation kasi yun nagsspecify ng restrictions.

Basing from experience I can say that medyo mabilis nga mag turn over si robinsons but their quality is not that good.  My family owns a penthouse in ortigas area and a year after ng turnover ng unit aba ang daming leaks sa roofing and our unit kasi has veranda, almost all the tiles are natatanggal na plus leaks coming from the 2nd floor veranda down the living area.  Tried to let robinson management to fix the problems but they denied my request since the unit has been turned over na.  Isa pa, penthouse unit so I was expecting I can do high ceiling in the unit but to my dismay, there are big columns in the middle of the masters bedroom.  Galing!

We also have a unit developed by Eton properties its a townhouse and so far ok naman ang unit namin.  Although we also have a number of neighbours complaining about their units so I can't really recommend because Eton also subcontracts their units to contractors.  So I guess swertehan lang talaga if you know what I mean.

6 months na fully paid, hindi pa rin naturn over. Hay kundi pa ako mag follow up, wala man lang feedback sa status. Pangako kasi 1st Q of 2016, tapos June na hindi pa rin naturn over. Ang pangit pa ng after sales service

yes sisses, sequioa nga. inassume nalang din namin na bawal pets kasi high-rise as per agents advise narin. will confirm with admin and update here. sana pwede kahit small dogs.
