Sa mga interested at may preferred view or unit, be ready lang with your reservation fee which is usually P20,000.00 in case interested kayo to  reserve together with your agent on the day of the launching. You can tell your agents to keep you updated or subscribe to this thread or pwede niyo ako iPM para maupdate ko kayo agad in case may new info.

Right now yung Asteria pa lang ang may details eh, which another new project of DMCI. Baka siguro later this year or next year pa nila i-release ang info about Brio--which is good on my end kasi longer time para mag ipon

No offense to DMCI peeps but I just find it really weird na talagang "no info available" yet pero nagkalat na ang mga BRIO posters and marketing material sa internet. (Pero walang info, yung first page lang, kumbaga) Kasi if wala pang LTS ang Brio, even that sort of shoutout can get DMCI in trouble. I'm also aware that before mag public launch, there usually is a pre-launch wherein those who have expressed interest to buy in the way of a reservation cheque and reservation form are given priority. So I'm just wondering out loud. Brio is being considered by my client kasi, btw. Kaya pati ako na-curious. Eh walang mahanap na info. Inabot tuloy ng ghost month. :-D

Are you just renting OR are you paying for your unit right now? Do you have an option to move to more affordable units while paying for Brio?

 Kasi, the good thing about getting a unit in a development that is newly launched is that there is no price increase yet, and hopefully, you can pick a unit that you really want. I think that once you see the computation for a specific unit, makikita mo na dun if kaya mo magbayad ng monthly or not. 20% DP stretchable til turnover naman yata ang standard for DMCI.

Siguro dahil mahirap bumili ng lot sa Makati dahil sa dami ng establishment? O kaya baka meron pang isa marketing move lang para madami magunahan, we don't know for sure

Oo no. Tsaka madami talaga gustong maging resident ng Makati. haha Ako man gusto ko ee. Sa Taguig naman ako. Kaso kailangan talagang mag ipon kung gusto ko kumuha ng unit doon, hirap pa naman ngayon kasi kagagaling lang sa bakasyon at gastos. tee hee!.

Actually may nakita ako na may info about Brio Tower but I'm not sure kung legit sya, baka sa agent sya na website. Andun yung details ng location, amenities at kung [textspeak!]-ano pa. Di ako sure kung pwede maglagay ng links dito so try searching for "brio tower" na lang

I'm renting right now and yes may options ako if I opt for Brio pero ayokong piliin yung options na yun as much as possible haha! So I'll try my best na makapag ipon for Brio witout moving out of Cedar

Nung una ko ring makita yung about dyan sa Brio, panloloko lang kasi parang di mapagkakatiwalaan yung taong nagsabi haha Eh narinig ko na din na totoo nga daw and sa threads. At tama ka mahaba pa ang panahon para mag ipon. haha

The info about this Brio ay talagang pumutok through unit owners and unit buyers, almost everyone got excited about this but then habang tumatagal medyo humuhupa yung excitement kasi nga walang mahanap na info.

@pretty_B 2.1 to 2.3M na ang Centera Studio but payment terms are flexible 6k per month lang ang studio.  Brio is good as well, sobrang accessible sa Rockwell.

Ang dami talagang naexcite dyan sa project ng DMCI sa Makati no? Kahit ako nagbabalak ding kumuha ng unit doon. Pero bakit kaya isang tower lang?

Mga sis na interested jan sa Acacia may binuksang bagong project ang DMCI. Maple Place an Ivory Wood ang name nya. Woohoo! Yung mga di nakakuha ng unit before, eto na ang chancce nyo

Aside sa Maple Place at Ivory Wood, another new project of DMCI is Valenia Residences sa may Mandaluyong. So if naubusan ka Flair, check niyo rin ito. Usually, lowest price is the launching price. As developments increases, nagkakaroon ng price increases na advantage for early purchasers.
