@pagirllang I'm a unit owner of Avida and hindi pumapasok ang sikat ng araw sa loob condo kaya kahit mainit sa labas you can do the outdoor gym (I'm also not pro outdoor gym) Vita is expensive dahil magiging mini makati yan maraming building na gagawin jan kaya mataas ang price.  Super mahal but selling like hotcake yan for Avida. Like what I said malaking bagay yung location and Ayala can make it happen.  Talagang ganun e people working at Ayala companies are bragging about Ayala e kasi naman lahat ng hinawakan ni Ayala gumaganda, kasama din kasi sa price yung assurance na magiging maganda yung area na binili mo hindi yung for the next 5 years lang maganda tapos magiging pangit na. Kahit nga si DMCI ginagamit na selling point si Avida sinasabi nila kapag nabuild na yung condo ni Avida malapit sa atin gaganda na yung area dahil magkakaroon na ng establishments o dba. lol

Why would dmci use avida as a selling point? I never heard of that. That to be honest is a downgrade for dmci. Hindi pumapasok ang iniy sa loob, thats not a unique selling point for avida alone. Lahat ng condo na tinirhan ko, hindi pumapasok ang init sa loob ng unit. Lahat ng hinahawakan ng ayala gumaganda...is a matter of opinion.

For me, its not worth the price you are paying.

I don't understand why anyone would like a place to live in na "di pumapasok ang araw" to think na I avoid the sun at all cost for beauty purposes pero not naman to that extent na pati where I dwell e ganun. In the condo where I live, sa unit mismo, we are in the corner unit with balcony, all the windows pumapasok ang araw and I don't treat it as a minus but a plus coz I have a view of everything in 360 degrees.

^it's hard to explain na hindi pumapasok pero ganun talaga e.  Kahit mainit sa labas ok lang magswim ganun ang masasabi ko. Hindi naman sa loob ng unit but dun sa may amenity area. Well, one of the top brokers of DMCI is really using Avida as their selling point,  I don't think it's a downgrade in the first place ganun lang talaga gagamitin mo ang facilities ng kalaban mo to your advantage.  Pareho naman magandang company ang Ayala and Dmci e may kanya kanya lang silang expertise.

megaworld sabi nila laging delay ang turn over dahil walang pampondo sa projects so kung mabagal ang bentahan mabagal din ang pagbili ng materials.

ay ganon. Sad naman yun. di ko ganong naririnig yung Megaworld kaya wala akong info about it e. DMCI and SMDC kasi madalas kong marinig. And yung sa DMCI magaganda and naririnig ko isama pa nating sa isa sa mga condo nila ako nakatira.

Megaworld ok din daw. I personally did not check kasi Fort area is too far. A friend got several units from them at happy naman siya with both the purchase and experience.

cheezecake, aling project/s ito? Kailan ang target and actual turnover for the sample project/s you're referring to?

Hmmm, avida centera is delayed, avida san lorenzo is delayed, avida alabang is delayed...avida projects in bgc are all drlayed. almost all friends who bought into avida have experienced delayed turnover.

@pagirllang the person who caused the delay of the projects has been terminated by Tony =D dba sa Robinsons project yung may batang namatay dahil may live wire sa pool and hindi inayos ng PMO.

PMO plays a very vital role sa mga condominium, yesterday I was at one of my clients condo and requesting for a certificate and ayun grabe ang tagal kong naghintay dahil yung PMO nakikipagsatsatan lang sa phone.  Kainis!!!!

Never rely on local media and always check both sides of the story. It was all over the news late May but as local networks go, they focused on emotions. Walang sumunod na balita ng official police report kung ano resulta ng imbestigasyon.

Still, all recent projects have all been delayed. Fact. I dont care who terminated who. Delayed sila sa lahat ng underconstruction projects nila.

Someone got killed sa pool area? It happens, it doesnt constitute behavior or a habit. If it happens again, ill be worried. Unlike say a repetitive delay in ALL projects, and obviously expensive overpriced projects - that is behavior.
