^They offered 3 yrs 0% interest? Probably , at the  start of construction ka pa nakakuha. Mine kasi is one time 50% dp, pero may 10% discount . This year ko lang kasi nakita yung building and ayoko ng sobrang tagal maghintay. Let's hope nga na maganda naman ang unit.

^Yes sis. 3yrs at 0% interest for the downpayment. And then the turnover will be sometime in 2015. Parang 1st quarter ata. Pre-selling kasi when we bought the unit. Sa amin naman we don't mind waiting dahil for business purposes ang aming pagbili. But having said that, sana maging ok ang lahat including their PMO and yung construction nila para hindi sumakit ulo namin kahit na we'll be renting it out.

5 years na po kami naninirahan sa isang property ng DMCI Homes. We have considered buying a property from other developers but DMCI ang nagustuhan namin. Affordable but doesn't look cheap. Ang amenities mala-resort type and eco-friendly. Nadeliver din ang project on time. No issues except sometimes hindi strict sa pets at sa parking.

backread from page 1 hoping to read feedback about Filinvest pero wala atang kumuha from them.. i recently reserved a studio type unit from them Studio A Katipunan near Ateneo pero nabasa ko may fault line near that area now im having second thoughts but i wont be able to refund my reservation and i'll start my monthly DP this coming July. im not really planning on living in the condo im getting it as an investment pero syempre gusto ko din makasigurado na safe yung place at ok yung developer. turn over will be by 2017 and construction will start 3rd quarter of this year. the unit is about 3.1M and it's 21sqm do you think the price is reasonable?

Hello po ate. Nabasa ko lang po sa ibang forum, isang feedback ng tenant. She thinks that mas maganda daw po ang mga subdivision projects ng Filinvest than condominium. Buildings look awful and turnover of projects are late. I can not vouch for this kasi di ko pa naman po natry. As to the pricing, for a 21sqm unit, mahal po and 3m. I think itshould around 2m-2.5m

ang mahal! for that price e pwede ka na sa 2-3BR sa ibang condo in or near the area. Ang alam ko, Filinvest din ang Bali Oasis, mas maganda sya for me. We almost got it kaso medium rise lang sya, we want a higher floor.

And yun nga, better be safe than sorry. A fault line is a fault line kahit ano pa sabihin ng iba. Lalo na kung ilang meters lang ang layo. Mas maganda yung medyo mga 1 kilometer man lang sana distance.

But then again, yung sa Eastwood and The Fort are all very near the marikina fault din naman din ata. Depende na siguro yan sa construction. Filinvest naman is reputable.

thanks for the feedback mga sis..now i really have to think about it before i'll start my DP although sayang yung 20K deposit ko i'll just consider it as a loss investment if ever rather than have bigger problems about it in the furure.. the reason they gave why ganun kamahal daw is its location nasa business area daw malapit sa mga schools kaya mas mahal sya compared sa mga residential area. im trying hard to search about filinvest pero iilan lang talaga yung nababasa kong feedback online

We got our 34sqm "lovenest" for 2.9M only so yung 21sqm for 3M is expensive na for me.  We bought it 2.6 years ago.  The building and its amenities are not comparable to other condominiums like Ayala, Alveo or Century ha but for the space and its price, pwde na sa amin.  Maayos naman yung lobby and amenities since medjo bago pa.  Location talaga main concern namin kaya we purchased it: beside Eastwood City (mahal kasi sa Eastwood kaya we didn't get from them).  BF fell inlove with Eastwood when we rented out a place 2 years ago and medjo malapit sa Ateneo so +++ talaga siya sa kanya.  Of course sunod lang ako kasi siya nagbayad.  Haha!   We also got one from Century Properties (for investment), 30sqm for 3.7+M naman siya.  Eto the best sa interiors and amenities plus dami pa celebrities, haha!   Our current place is offering 1 year warranty for the unit unlike sa Century Properties na 6 months lang.

My sister and me are planning to pre-purchase. 2015-2016 sana turnover. Kaya lang we want 2br na no downpayment. Is that possible?

OMG, 3.1m for. 21 sqm condo? That's a rip off. Sobrang mahal! Get out of that commitment. Now.

36sqm at 1.6M capiltol hills drive phinma, near katipunan and commonwealth, near UP and ayala technohub
23sqm, robinsons, pearl drive ortigas center. 1.575M - its right beside UAP
28 sqm, shangri-la's The Rise at makati, 2.570M, right across The Columns Makati and RCBC tower.


All these are in good to great location,

thank you sis, i've decided not to push through with it i thought about the money i'll be shelling out monthly to a property na wala pa naman kasiguraduhan at hindi pa mag-gegenerate ng income sayang lang buti sana kung landed house.. sayang yung reservation fee ko na 20K but id rather have my peace of mind hope the other OFW's who got from them will also do their research and think thoroughly kung kakayanin nila yung monthly amortization after completing the initial downpayment. the monthly amortization is almost 50K monthly for ten years if you will rely on their in-house financing.

^sis, wag ka na lang manghinayang. Charge it to experience. Although sayang ang 20k hehe. My sister nga, nakapag bigay na sya ng 20k reservation din plus mga 3 months amortization na for the DP, di na nabalik sa kanya, nagbago din isip nya after. After awhile, she was able to get a good priced one at 42sqm for 3.1M, 2BR. Natuto na kasi sya with her previous experience. Naging entire family effort na kami sa paghahanap para sa kanya. Todo research at ako talagang site visit pa ko or tanong ng bongga sa mga agents.
