^Napansin ko nga sa Megaworld poorly maintained ang buildings. Yung mga buildings nila sa Eastwood mas mabuti pa mga HDB na luma sa Singapore.

mga sis, any feedback for Federal land in terms of maintaining the buildng/condo? I am torn kasi between Axis of Federal and Sheridan of DMCI.

feeling ko our condo unit with Megaworld was minadali, ang daming repairs! buti na lang it is still within the warranty period. Headache talaga

true! there's this one in Megaworld Eastwood, yung pool area katabi ng mga katabing exhaust ng mga pabrika...nangungutim ang facade ng condo facing that, plus there's algae growing out of the window sills!We had the unfortunate chance of renting it out for 2 weeks...one look at that area and we said to ourselves: if buying properties, a big X to Eastwood area..Sad kasi maganda sana concept-it's a self contained city but very poor execution and virtually no maintenance yata!They say in the lift lobby-only 1 can be boarded by people with pets but hindi naman nangyayari,plus why do they allow people with pets (not to offend dog lovers) live in a condo? kakadiri how sometimes,poop is on the ground! Even the Eastwood mall area,hindi rin safe to walk on, maedyo ingat ka rin sa paglalakad kasi meron at merong dog poo! Ewww...gross!

Robinsons mas ok, tinitipid ang materials sa smdc, i bought a condo near moa, andaming hidden charges, yearly pa magtaas ng association dues sakit sa ulo. Just bought a condo from avida, so far so good naman

Ok, reading all the reviews here, it seems that DMCI and Ayala Land are getting more feedback positively. Madalas ako sa mga condo sa Acacia Estates because I know a few friends living in some of the condos there. Super amazing and totoong resort-living nga talaga. But I also agree na hindi prime location so you really need a car to get out of the place. E sa condo pa naman one parking slot per unit lang and the guest parking pa sobrang mabibilang mo sa daliri mo ang meron libre. Hehe. And if madami kayo nakatira sa condo niyo so malamang hindi lahat kayo naka-car. I am eyeing Avida Cityflex kung totoong within the budget siya. Sana nga. Kasi I am still paying my dues sa car pa so tight ang budget.

i stand by my previous statement about MEGAWORLD. During the habagat, there were leaks on our fire alarm, light, ceilings, tiles, walls on almost every room! buti na lang yung living room wala kasi there is wallpaper. and to think that we're on the top floor.

^ it's still within the warranty and they will fix it. but how sad to think that wala pang 1 year and all these problems are happening. this isn't the only problem and it seems that we have been having repairs ever since we got the unit.

Gusto ko rin kumuha ng condo. Mas ok ba siya kesa sa house? Kasi mostly inoofer sa house and lot e malalayo ang location.

For me the newer condos really don't give you value for money, and the shoddy craftsmanship and inferior materials show in a few years time.

When we were looking for a condo, my in laws were insisting we get an Avida unit, but for the amount it cost versus the size and the fact that we had to finish it pa AND purchase separate parking was just ridiculous.

I'm so happy we found an old condo unit, twice the size of most condo units selling for the same price. We just renovated it. The only instance we get a leak is from the unit above us, but aside from that everything is solidly built. There are also very few units per floor, so more privacy.

khriseeee, have to agree! i was looking at some old greenhills and san juan condo units and they are very matibay. we ended up with our condo kasi it had the best location for us, very low density and mid rise. shame lang talaga on the build. will prolly sell it in a few years and move somewhere else.

agree sis! kami we are processing our papers for 2nd hand condo. almost twice ang presyo sa same size so i think good deal na yun...

imo, ayala pa rin comparing them from another developer na nakuhanan namin ng unit (dmci), mas maganda quality sa ayala

Avida prime taft or smdc green residences?

These two are located in la Salle taft area
I plan to rent it out

Or m place ortigas? For office professionals?

^Sis,  always put SMDC your last option.  Hindi sila matibay gumawa at nasa alanganing lugar (not location).  Most of their condos are built on top of fault lines like the one in Ateneo.  Between ayala and SMDC, of course it's always Ayala.  The one in serendra is caused by gas leak which they already removed.  Electric stove na ata sila for all condos.

Yung in house agent kasi na kausap ko, Sabi they're not doing tie ups with pag ibig.
Eh ang lake ng interest for bank financing. Halos double na yung loanable amount pag tapos ko bayaran yung unit. Ayoko nun.
