Sis, check your location from Philvolcs.  Alam ko fault line ang Ateneo area.  Ako, I send email sa Philvolcs pag meron ako ina-eye na location.  They reply naman.  I asked before if Acacia estates is livable and Philvolcs replied agad naman.

^That's what I always do when I am eyeing on location of prospective condominiums.  They (Philvolcs) answers my email naman.

Regarding fault line in Ateneo:

sis, ilang taon na ako dumadaan dun, parang hindi parin tapos yung building. na-check namin yung units, maganda lang yung payment terms kasi affordable pero sobrang sikip ng 1 BR nila, imagine mga 26sqm lang. dun sa showroom 6 sqm lang yata yung room.

I wonder how the recent Serendra blast will affect Ayala Land sales. People are calling them na Gas Leak Development Corporation na tuloy because of what happened kasi it happened din before sa Glorietta diba? I hope they do something about it. Change the contractor or something.

^Sis, Livable ang Acacia Estates.  Yun ang sinabi lang sa akin sa email.  No other details.  Although I recently bought a condo via megaworld then I convinced my agent to get me certification from Phivolcs na safe yung condo na binili ko.  He got me a certificate from Philvocs stating the nearest fault line and kung gano kalayo.  Kaya I guess you can ask your agent to furnish you Phivolcs certification kasi nagbibigay talaga si phivolcs.

^Yes sis U8, basta pilitin mo lang si agent to produce for you.  Pag ayaw nya, sabihin mo di ka kukuha pag walang certification from Phivolcs na malayo sa fault line.  Nakaspecify dapat sa certificate kung gaano kalayo in meters yung condo from the fault line.
