^parang ang mahal naman niyan sis, Someone quoted around 700k for my lot of 60 sq. meter.  with 2 rooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and living room, plus the interior is already finish..with tiles, sliding window, detailed kisame in the living room, arched design in the living room doors, and iba pang details..to think na 1 house na yun and double of your 30 sq.m.  Time table niya to finish was 2 months or less... Pero di kami natuloy kasi kulang sa budget hehe..maybe next year..

nakagastos ako ng 150k para sa poso negro at isang 10 meters na pader.. tapos may sobrang materyales para sa kabilang pader., naubos na yung mga cemento at buhangin. Napantay na din ang lupa. mejo nataga ako pero ok lang next time alam ko na pano tumawad.

Medyo off topic po. Meron po bang nakaka alam kung saan pinaka murang bumili ng airofoam roof/ceiling insulator? Is this a good brand for roof insulation or may mas ok pa dito na affordable?

grabe nakaka-drain pala talaga ng finances pag nagpagawa ng house...finishing stage na kami at ang daming gastos...just last night, nag-sign si hubby ng application for fencing permit, and sabi ng archi namin estimated cost for that is 150-200k waaaahhh...di pa kasama ang gate dun and some iron works..sabi ko kay hubby magbakod na lang ata kami using bamboo

^272 sqm sis, di ba makatarungan ang price? namamahalan nga ako eh   di kasama sa contractor namin yung perimeter fence, gate etc kasi medyo late na namin na-acquire yung katabing lot, so kami na papagawa nun since may kilala naman kaming pwedeng gumawa and hubby's brother is our archi, sya nag-costing nun, ininform nya kami kagabi..i never thought na ganun pala kamahal

^IMO sis, i would only accept that quotation if the fence would have a deco stones for finishing  and nice fence grill design.. Half CHB and half grills ba yan?

naku sis for that price, plain lang yan, bale 3/4 concrete then grills yung top, front and side portion lang ha, di kasama yung likod na concrete lang lahat..ang reason daw kasi sloping daw yung lupa kaya lalabas na mas mahal..naku ewan ko ba yung asawa ko wala man lang angal sa presyo samantalang feeling ko super mahal naman nun

edit: di pa pala kasama sa presyo yung grills na ilalagay, OMG, separate bayad pa pala yun susko

di naman sis, sabi ifla-flatten naman nila yung lupa..hay ewan ko ba, justify naman ni hubby na mahal daw talaga presyo ng materials.. so all in all, pati gate and grills aabot kami ng more or less 250k..

usually kase may architect na based sa construction ang rate..for the plan may ibang hindi nagbibigay if hindi magpapagawa, ang iba more than 50k ang charge with all the prints, may iba pirma pa lang 10k na.

How much magpa TILES ng bare cement flooring? And what's the best type of tiles? Gusto ko kasi yung madali lang linisin by mopping, and I prefer light color tiles para bright yung room and clean tingnan.
How much yung TILES and LABOR? What size of Tiles and how many for around a 20-40 sqm up and down kasi? TIA
