nakakainspire naman ang mga house construction stories niyo sis yaskulet and arksarah sana kami din ni hubby makaipon na para masimulan na namin yung dream house namin... yung lot kasi namin sa better living is 112sqm pero corner lot siya. wala pa kmi budget we only have 350K din. ang balak talaga namin is 2 story house pero mukhang malabo. sa ngayon nagrerent lang kasi kami. nainspire ako sa house sis yaskulet for 60sqm for 350K!!! balak ko sana tuloy ipagawa na [textspeak!] house kahit bungalow lang muna having 2 bedrooms. mga magkano kaya aabutin ng budget???

^sis super laking mura talaga nitong bahay ko. sabi kasi ng free engineer ko per sqm daw ay nag cocost daw ng 15k. so sa 55sqm aabutin ng 825k. laking tipid na maswerte lang ako at dami ko namenos sis wala nga foreman bahay ko sis eh, daddy ko lang nag bantay talaga tas yung engineer padalaw dalaw lang. hehe.

paano diskarte mo sis yaskulet sa mga workers??? pakyawan ba or arawan? feeling ko kasi aside sa materials mahal na din ang labor. kasama na ba sa gastos mo yung approval ng house plans like electrical,plumbing,structural etc? nakamenos ka din kasi sa building permit. saka dito sa manila mahal ang materyales.

sis all would depend sa finishings, material used at design ng house sa 15k rough estimate lang un sis for us pero siempre meron tayong tinatawag na final estimate hehhe thank u

@gelticyado: sis araw ang carpenters ko. contracta ang electrician ko per outlet siya sis. 250 daw per outlet pero binigay nya saken ng 125 per outlet lang. halos nirefer ng friends ng daddy ang trabahador namen sis kaya mura tas yung sa water ko naman yung nawasa sa lugar namen nag ayos, contrata din yun. materials sis walang pinag kaiba sa manila kasi sa depot ako nabili, halos lahat tiles ko sa wilcon depot. mas menos pa if sa factory ako ng lepanto bumili o sa mga stores na di natanggap ng credit card. eh nag cc ako kaya wala ako choice, okay lang 3 months to pay naman. and sis wala akong approval approval. para kasi siyang extension ng bahay so hindi na daw need as per our engineer. if separate siya as in hiwalay siya sa bahay ng parents ko, doon ako mag kaka building permit etc etc.
