DON'T GO to Louie Kee Salon at Fort !!! I never comment and never done this before in my entire life, but i am so compelled to do so. Had an appointmnt , got there around 4pm, they had this valet servce, so i parked and turn on the hazzard of my car. The driver whose supposed to park my car wasnt there so i one of their staff welcomed me and led me to the reception n asked to leave my cars with them, i even asked them is it ok to park there n my hazard is on, they said its ok coz d driver was on his way.
After haircolor, haircut, hair treatment.. Bought 2 hair treatment for home.. 3 HOURS had passed .. 7 pm.. Guess what , to my horror, my car is still there where i left it !!! I was furious coz im sure the battery of my car was drained already. I askd d driver why didnt you moved my car, and he was just makin excuses na d dw nya alam, HELLO!! MY CAR WAS JUST IN FRONT OF THE SALON'S DOOR!! I rushed to d receptionst and told them im not going to pay for the battry replacement, when no one answrd me, they all went backdoor. I called motolite already, coz i had to attend this dinner, im late, but had to cancelled it eventually. Moments later, this lady ( seems to me one of the owner or manager) come out and talk to me , she said its d receptionst fault, and that their lookng for a series to hook up to my battry, but wasnt able to look for one so she decided to buy at d nearest hardware store. But the motolite came alrdy , n they check d battry and said it may start today, but tmw it may not. So i decided to had it replace na. I told them im not gonna pay for everythng since it is entirely their fault, it costs 4400, i said im willing to shoulder the half. The lady ddnt agree and insist series na lang,
but i said no, coz THE ISSUE IS NOT THE BATTERY, BUT THE BAD SERVICE, AND NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. THEY LEFT MY CAR FOR 3 LONG HOURS WHICH IS JUST IN FRONT OF THEM and no other establshmnt was open besides them. NO ONE APOLOGIZES TO ME!!! THey are just pointing fingers. The lady is really rude to her staff also, she called them tatanga t**** -in front of me and some other customer who heard that also. Im hungry, im upset, i jst want to go home. And im not leavng there without them payng the other half, i even said kaht tumwag pa kau ng police. Then d lady got furious dn kc she thinks im threatning her, she said govt official daw tatay nya, i said kahit president pa sya wala ako paki, then SHE STARTED CURSING ME! She even said Wag na daw ako bumalik dun, i said so be it!! Louie went out and already agreed to pay the 2k. But the lady jst keeps cursing me til i left, i ddnt talkd back, coz its sooooo LOOOOW, palingkera sya e, d ko na papatulan un.
I NEVER BAD MOUTH , ALL I WANT IS TO BE COMPENSATED esp no one apologizes!!!!! Not until i got hme when their staff texted me n apologizing, but thats not even enough with the words that lady said to me, grabe sobrang bastos. I even said sino ba customer dto? Para sa 2k sisirain mo relationshp natn, ive been going to louie for more than 5yrs na , para sa 2k grabe.. How much did i pay ur servce last night? Almost 10k! What does that mean? Nalulugi ba sila? Or just plain rude...
NEVER GOING BACK!!!! SUPER BAD SERVCE, IRRESPONSIBLE! UNPROFESSIONAL! This is how they treat their customers! You wont get what you pay for...
